My experience here was great! I needed to send something quick, and with a tracking number. Beau was very kind and helpful, was able to give me all carrier and price options so I could pick the quickest, cheapest method that would work for me and provided a receipt with tracking information. Very professional and efficient. I will utilize their services for any other mailing needs and highly recommend!

Update The whole reason I wrote the initial review was the way my mail was processed was incorrect. I Read another review with issues with certified mail .. Imagine the post office calling you and letting you know there is an issue with your package. After having to open a case with the post office after 30 days the post office has declared my package to the IRS LOST. I have had packages lost and found. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE BEAU/BO he said the store does not give out and or don t have certificated slips. So again why was I charged!! EVEN THE POST OFFICE THEMSELVES COULD NOT ARTICULATE WHAT THIS LOCATION IS DOING AND IS NOT STOCKED WITH WHAT IS NEEDED. I told them they are looking for a priority package with priority stamps marked as certified mail. I highly leave this trash location alone. Not only did my important mail to the IRS disappear but was charged 22 more cents for a stamp. Nothing about this location is right . AND I HONESTLY Don t NEED A RESPONSE OR SORRY APOLOGY. I have heard from y all on 3 different occasions there is nothing this company can do or say.. just glad I ll be getting my money back at the bare minimum I don t know why you need to clarify you over promised and under delivered. Sent out a package before I was satisfied.. AND IM JUST INFORMING PEOPLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH AFFORDABLE SERVICES AND HAVE ALL USPS DOCUMENTATION. Also work on training of your employees and also work on empathy. Never once I have heard an apology just blah Blah. I will take my grievances up with my bank and get the money from the company that didn t do as promised..

I paid for the notary s signature and he over looked a page when I went back to get it signed he was rude and refused to even let me explain what I was trying to say! Trashy customer service!

Loved my service. You might think to go across the street to the US Postal Office .but think again these guys are great and family-owned. You can bet that you ll be greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Great atmosphere!!! Great service!!! I was totally new to mail but they walked me through the process for something important I needed mailed out. Please stop by and support these people. Small businesses help everyone and this community needs them around!!!

They were so nice I dropped off a package and got my daughters passport picture taken, I was in and out in a few minutes! Im not sure about all the bad reviews they were very professional.

Excellent service! Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. On two separate occasions, their staff saved my bacon. The first time, I sent back a defective cell phone covered by insurance. Three months later, T-Mobile lied, claiming it was never received. I went by Pearland Postal Plus and their staff went back through their old shipping logs to find the tracking number from the original prepaid label, which proved the package made it to destination.(saved me $180) Another time, just recently I lost the shipping invoice needed for my new company to reimburse relocation costs. Again, they reprinted, scanned and emailed me the invoice I needed to recoup $200+ in shipping charges. And to top it all off, they even provide notary services and have a computer you can use for printing, signing docs, scanning and email. Awesome place and sometimes a little busy, but never as bad as the post office across the street.

My favorite place to send out packages, by far! I drive all the way across Pearland to send my packages through them, and havent gone anywhere else since I discovered them a few years ago. Besides being friendly and knowledgeable, they have a wide variety of services and go above and beyond every time to make it easy for me! Thank you!

Staff was rude and the guy got upset because we asked for a receipt. Not the first time it happens either. Dont feel comfortable sending my parents here anymore. What a shame. Management really needs to teach their staff that if the customer needs a receipt for their drop off, it should be provided politely. Very unprofessional, do not recommend this place.

Thank you for the wonderful advertising of your business in your response to ConsiderThis but it did not really address my concerns and I did not understand your response that you don t provide certified letter services as your representative Nathan on March 19, 2018 did sell me services for a certified letter and I have emails from Nathan regarding this as he requested the tracking number again which I responded back to him and STILL never received the receipt as promised. As to not answering your phones, I had left a message requesting a return call since NO one answered and NO one ever called back either. Your response is not helpful and I believe people can judge that for themselves if they choose to go to a business where promises are not followed through (and where you are essentially calling me a liar regarding the incident with the certified letter stating you don t even offer this service. Check again!!

Pearland Postal Plus staff do not wear name tags nor introduce themselves so I will refer to individual s based on general age and gender. The middle aged gentleman has always been very warm & cheerful even if just dropping off a package for pick up but the younger male & female staff could use a remedial course in how to interact with the public. (Both act as if it is the last place they want to be and their attitude shows). Attempted today to call this business during their regular business hours but no one bothered to answer the phone and left message to have someone call me back with again no response over several hours! Yesterday just dropped off package again at 1:30 PM midweek and it is advertised that pickup will be made at the latest from 4:30-5:45 PM but does not post when USPS picks up daily (which would be a helpful bit of information for customers). Found out pickup for USPS packages is apparently around 12:30 PM so had just missed it, so it was delayed another day before getting into the system. Had sent a registered letter with return signature request earlier & had already put regular postage stamp on letter prior to delivering to Pearland Postal Plus. Usually customers receive a stamped, dated receipt for your records that the Post Office delivers to them the next day but they will NOT send this to you even after spending 3 times what the Postal service charges for the same service. I called back & requested they send it to me anyway since they had my paid first class stamp already on the registered letter and charged me full price and then some for their handling it. (They had not deducted the price of stamp from their charges). The younger male very reluctantly agreed but I never received it! I do know our local Post Office is extremely busy with limited hours & usually long wait times for service, but paying 3 times for the same type of service (I have sent packages through them that were 2 1/2 -3 times more expensive than sending through USPS and these were packages already packaged and labeled and only needed postage!). So I do NOT recommend Pearland Postal Plus as they are extorting people and still NOT willing to provide basic services such as a stamped, dated receipt (without insisting it is your responsibility to come back again the next day to pick it up) or packages going out the same day they are dropped off! Or even answering their phone during business hours.

Helped me out with a big situation.I misplaced my certified mail receipt that I really needed to find though it was from a few months back so in hopes of trying to find it would be like a needle in a haystack operation. Norm was gracious enough to look back that far and actually find it for me and called me the next day to give me the news. So to say they have good customer service is an understatement,they are fantastic.Biggest plus is there are no lines and you can get all your mailing done quickly and accurately.Fantasic store.

Pearland Postal Service always takes great care of my needs. Whether Im shipping locally or internationally they take the time to make sure everything is in order to get it to the right place. With so many options of carriers they always let me know what the best choice is for delivery. All this and way less headache than the post office. Thanks PPS for great customer service.

Anytime I need to send anything more than a simple letter, this is the place I go. For instance, today I walked in with a fifteen pound stack-of-books which were quickly boxed up and labeled within minutes, without me having to lift a finger. The friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff have made sure I always have a good experience; a rarity these days. To boot, they have good tunes playing while you wait. Thank you for providing a better alternative to the post office and ups stores.

They waterproofed the item I was shipping for free, and answered several questions I had about different shipping combinations. They even let me borrow some scissors to cut a zip tie on my truck.
