I was very pleased with the construction of our new Scott Felder home in Anthem, Kyle, Tx. Not only was the house built on schedule; but, the entire process went smoothly. S.F. was very responsive in correcting any errors in the building process and communicated well regarding the build and schedule. Kudos to the various sales teams and the construction staff.

I love what Anthem Texas Master planned community end result will look like. Something special is happening in Kyle. Thomas Serhus and Kristina Frost of Scott Felder Homes has been wonderful to work with every step of the way. Theyre both super nice and make you feel like family. Beautiful homes, wonderful worksmanship and the area is growing and at the footsteps of the gorgeous Texas hill country!

We love our Scott Felder home because its not only so beautiful inside and out but also has a creative and practically designed floorplan. We love to come home! I can tell that Scott Felder put a lot of thought into their design plan so that we would feel this way. The whole buying process went very smoothly. Thomas was a pleasure to work with and kept us well informed at all stages. We moved into our home several months ago but we still occasionally stop by the office to talk with Thomas. Hes truly interested in making the buyer feel welcomed long after the sale has been made. We also love to stop by the office to get another look at the model to get more ideas on how they have painted and decorated rooms. They have done such a great job at inspiring us to make our home even more lovely! What I also loved about their integrity is that even after we moved in, they stopped by to personally give us a sweet and thoughtful gift for our home.

A bit long winded but bare with me! Wife and I spent a good two weeks looking for homes all over the Austin area that were mainly new build. We came across Anthem (after looking at about 10 others) thanks to our relator and it made a great impression even though at that time it was in the very early stages of construction. We were impressed with the model home layout and the attention to the detail and build quality SF homes showed. The staff, especially Thomas Dee and Michael were and are welcoming and friendly. In comparison the other properties we viewed in the same price range Anthem and Scott Felder felt like a no brainer. We made the decision to put down a deposit to secure a home with a build window of approximately 6 months from that date. During that time frame the SF team kept us up to date on the progression of construction with pictures/videos and email updates. Given how anxious we were this was an awesome gesture, even more so since we did not reside close enough to visit the home with any frequency. When selecting an inspector for closing (I called about 3) those that knew Scott Felder spoke praises about SF build quality, code adherence, and updates - and our home has not disappointed. Closing and move in was a breeze (even with all the anxiety in the market these days) My bank and SF made it seamless. Since moving in we have found the area to be a blessing. Beautiful scenic views, close to great restaurants/bars in the hill country, plenty of options for our 2 year old son to make friends and play, great neighbors and sense of community. Kyle itself is growing tremendously and we are looking forward to these investments in the surrounding area. After moving all over the country, and living on every coast we are glad to call Anthem home. It is exactly what we were looking for when deciding to purchase a home and are glad we made the decision. The after-sales service has been great as well. From questions about the house and just general banter, I cant say enough about the quality of the team.
