Lying and manipulative staff. Took me over a month to just talk to a person, only for them to tell me they can t help me and that they hope I have good credit because I ll need it

VERY professional and knowledgeable group of people. They care about their clients and stand up for you in court. EVERYONE on down to the receptionist are dedicated, couldnt ask for a better group of legal representatives. Thanks Lone Star Legal Aide Galveston Branch. Yall have saved my life numerous of times. Ive been calling for months for assistance and no one has returned my calls or anything. Ive left several messages and still no response. You can never get anyone on the phone only to leave a message, but again no one returns your call.

Never bothered helping. They kept giving me the running around saying they would. Every time I went or called to check on my case I was told it had been close and had to fill out the same papers over again multiple times.

Their Attorney sat on my case, whilst pickimg up 18 divorce cases acter, closing 15, whist my mothers probate fi ally was gpinv to habe its hearing 2 years later! Then she put in a comtinuance lying to the courts stating I gabe her wtong addresses, which at the Hearing my motjers at-litem attorney interject, no that isnt true because you had it on the petitiom. She refused to finish the case! They told me never to come back. Tbeir Attorney Duanna Boswell Rochell screws me over and somehow it was my fault. Good luck to any other person....
