I was injured badly while performing my duties with the railroad as an Engineer, as I left the property for the last time inside an ambulance. I can tell you first hand that at that moment you really need a person to take control of the situation so you, and your familys future doesnt spiral out of control. The railroad at that very instant does everything they can do to perform damage control, and protect their bottom line. They even used a drug test after morphine was put into my arm via an IV by nurses in the emergency room, to make it appear that I was taking illegal narcotics. Bristol Baxley made sure that the Railroad didnt just leave me out in the cold. Lets face it, the whole reason we work is to provide for our family and see that our children dont have to do without just because you got hurt. That was a dark time, but after I contacted Bristol, I could see that with his experience, everything was going to be okay.

I would like to express my appreciation to the Rome, Arata, Baxley law firm. They did a wonderful job handling my case. I was injured due to defective equipment on a engine. After months of physical therapy, neck and back injections, neck surgery, it was determine I could not work as a locomotive engineer again. Bristol Baxley proved the railroad was at fault. I injured my back while working for the railroad. Rome, Arata and Baxley took great care in handling my case. They really steered me in the right direction and handled everything in the most compassionate way. They got me to the right doctors. The staff is professional, direct and on top of it. After I was hurt the name and number I was given multiple times was Rome, Arata and Baxley and I am glad that I went forward with it.
