Truly some of the best food in New Braunfels. Each entre has a unique, delicious flavor and is prepare to perfection. I often stick with one or two favorite items at a restaurant, but in this case, Im looking forward to going back and trying something new. Christelle makes you feel at home and treats you like youre her only customer. Wonderful!

BRILLIANT !! Catered turkey ( Caribbean ginger orange ) perfectly prepared & personally delivered by Chef Cristelle. Big family gathered and preferred this bird to traditional smoked turkey alongside... delivery on-time, ready-to-carve. Chef followed up day after for feedback. A Pro !!

Christelle goes to my church and we were excited to come today! She puts heart and soul into each bite. My in laws couldn t stop raving about how delicious the food was too. I especially loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and watermelon lemonade. My father in law loved the lumpia egg rolls! I got the Haitian Steak with bean salad and it was so tasty and fresh. The flavors are truly unique and you really can t order this anywhere that I know of! She operates the place with excellence. Not to mention the River views are exquisite. New favorite restaurant!

Do yourself a favor and eat here! I came for breakfast and the eggs were amazing. The roll was also super delicious. But you really need to get the watermelon lemonade. I know its $6 but trust me, get it. The owner is so friendly and fun to talk to. The sitting area overlooks the river. Just get here before its super crowded. Once the secret gets out, there will be a line every day.

Chicken kabob, lumpias (a bit small, yummy though), strawberry watermelon lemonade and key lime pie...amazing. If you like spice, fresh habanero and jalapeno on the side with the kabob adds a really fresh complimenting spice. The key lime has the full tart flavor of lime without being sour. Perfect sweetness. The owner/chef is so friendly too. Ive had a lot of disappointments food wise out here so this was a much needed breath of fresh air, especially with those fresh ingredients!

We tried this place out on Saturday afternoon and absolutely loved everything we ordered. We had the passion fruit juice and the watermelon strawberry lemonade and both were super fresh and delicious. We had the lumpia for appetizer and it was absolutely perfect! For our entree we got chicken skewers with rice and the best mango salsa! The chicken was tender and juicy and super flavorful. To finish off our meal, we had the coconut creme brulee which was fantastic as well. We will definitely be back to try more dishes soon! We also enjoyed the friendly service and the nice view of the river on the deck.

Wow. Thats the way Id describe this place in one word. First the service is amazing. If you get the owner she lives up to what she says, she cooks with love. Her service is very friendly and its very authentic. The food....lol. Wow. Foremost the kabob are out of this world. I got the steak ones but next time Ill try the chicken ones but its juicy and has this great home cook taste you just cant beat. Its like you got an aunt or uncle whos so good at cooking but now you have access to it way more frequently! The ceviche was the next incredible menu item. It was fresh and super flavorful and its made right then and there. It on a hot day will cool you down and feels so healthy. I love it. The salmon poke not my most favorite but I finished it. It was different but I liked it a lot not same reaction as kabob and ceviche and lumpia. Lastly lumpia was amazing too. She offered home made lemonades, passion fruit and strawberry that you could buy and man I loved the passion fruit one. Lol I spent more money than I thought I would but I am full and really feel like I ate food that was made with love. New Braunfels we are really lucky to have this place! Theres not much great options in this town. I think muck and fuss and mcadoo is over rated but this place deserves its over 50 perfect 5 star rating on google. Its amazing! She deserves business enough to get her in creekside in a huge restaurant! Thats what I hope she aspires for as life will be further made if she does. Im rooting for ya. Good food is good food and that is this! More people got to know about this legendary food! Wish hours and prices were more accommodating but I get it. Im a huge fan--Ill be back many times! Hope you do a grill fish option, that d be amazing!

This place was my absolutely favorite place at the NBTX farmers market. Every Saturday morning I would walk over and get lumpia and a big homemade cinnamon roll. So much so that the owner remembered me every week, called me by name, and always gave great service. Now they have a brick and mortar and in such a cool spot. Looking over the Comal River, you can enjoy spectacular Caribbean food and drinks for a great price. Seriously some of the best food in town, great location and ambiance, and a great owner. 10/10

I had a friend refer The Golden Pineapple for lunch. My husband and I tried it yesterday and we will def be going back. I wanted to order the whole menu! Haha The ceviche was delicious! We also had the amazing lumpias, steak and chicken kabobs, fried plantain and the home made fruit juices. Loved it all! If you like spice you can ask for more spice but be careful because they can use Serrano peppers if you want it really hot! Will def be back!

My all time favorite thing I have ever tasted of hers, and top 2 favorite deserts in the world is her coconut flan. It. Is. Incredible. Fantastic! Chrystelle catered an event in my home with a delicious spread of options that were both flavorful and delicious . Her 3-bean salad, mango salsa, Cucumber salad, Queso, Ground beef, Coconut crème brûlée, and of course LUMPIA were devoured by everyone. So good!!
