I forgot to take pictures of our food when it arrived, so I ll just have to go back again ( perfect excuse lol). Our waitress didn t seem to be having a good day. The chef put his foot in the food we cleaned our plates. The manager walked around asking different tables if everything was to our standards he was very nice. I ordered the triple threat margarita, and it was the bomb. Ordered it twice. When I go back I ll add pictures of my meal to this review.

Arrived there around 30 minutes or so before shift change, I assume. Large party at the host trying to get a head count a situated. Was greeted quickly by another hostess, and i let her know that I was dining alone. She pointed me in the direction of the bar and said to have a seat anywhere. Sat at the bartop, and there was a pair of ladies and about 4-5 tables in use. Bartender greeted me quickly with a smile. Gave her my entire order as i already knew what I wanted and was just trying to kill time while my daughter got her nails done. Got my drink quickly. I requested no chips and salsa. College football and Astros were on the TVs. The bartender and service well bartender were both great, and my glass was always full. My El Dorado chicken came out very fast. It was too fast for a chicken breast to be grilled, sauced, and plated. The chicken looked to have been on a fajita skillet and was pre sliced already judging by the sides of the slices. It didnt look just sliced per order. At Gringos I usually get a chicken breast that isnt sliced. The sauce almost seemed broken. The spinach mushrooms and sausage had slid off the chicken. The chicken was slightly dry and a bit rubbery. Again, like it had been already cooked. Didnt mention it to anyone as I didnt feel like it was a big deal. I still destroyed the food and left maybe a grain of rice. I was tabbed out quickly, and both bartenders said thank you, and have a good day.

Close to the house . good place to eat. Getting a little pricey but about like everything else I suppose went there several months later for a special family event. we sat more towards the back in the main room. Service was very very slow. Must admit I was unpleasantly surprised

We came here after reading an article on the best restaurants to take kids. It did not disappoint. Food was INCREDIBLE, service was so fast and so helpful. The free ice cream was a great surprise! Wish we had one in Tennessee!!

The food was good but not as good as the Pearland location. The service was sub-par compared to Pearland as well. One of the things that stood out to me was managers on a device or their phones a lot. The most alarming thing to me was that nobody was smiling. Everyone looked like they did not want to be there. Its hard to deliver a positive and memorable experience if all the employees seem unhappy. The hospitality industry is about more than professionalism. It is about hospitality.

Its meh... Nothing really special. A place to let the kids play while grabbing a bite. Overpriced in my opinion and the service is always really bad. Its like they are always understaffed. This past visit they sat someone else in our place and we had to wait another 42 mins to be seated I doubt well be going back.

Jimmy changas has really up their food and services this past year. Yummy Tex Mex, clean bathrooms, , and great service. Managers stop by the table with smiles. I think the new GM Vincent and rest new staff is doing an amazing job. Lily is one our absolute favorite servers.

I m really sad, I love Jimmy Changas but the last two times we went the drinks were awful. It tasted like chemicals in the drinks. Today we went for Father s Day and when we first got there we went to the bathroom and it smelled so bad. Being it was a holiday, we tried to ignore it, after getting our drinks they didn t taste right at all. I just really hope they get that fixed, we didn t even stay to eat after.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I placed my order and paid online for a quick pick up. My email confirmed that my order will be ready at 11:41 am. I showed up there 11:48 am and seen there were a couple of cars ahead of me and decided to be patient. Mind you, I am on lunch. Got out of the car (although I parked in a spot for them to bring to me) walked inside to see why the long wait. The first time she said the kitchen was working on the order. I said understandable and walked back to my car. The second and final time was at 12:11 pm. I walked in and demanded to speak with a manager, right before the manager came our she met me in the walkway with my order 30 MINUTES LATER . Dallas (manager) came out and apologized for the inconvenience and said to call the number to see if they can do a partial reimbursement for my money. I say that to say, if you place your order online, make sure its an hour away from your actual pick up time. They will not make it by the email confirmation time provided

Went in for there delicious chips and green sauce like we do once a month for years...to find out they change the chips to something disgusting and hard and taste bad...we told the waiter and she act like she didnt know...then I ask a different waiter and she said it was changed and a few people complain already and they dont know who they going to buy chips from...then there water taste Terrible and they could at least serve bottle water til they fix the water issue in the area.. service could of been better like it use to be...today experience was not good and we are regulars here...bad food ,water ,an service today...maybe next month be better....

Allie was very attentive. She was checking on us every 5 minutes. She was very sweet. The only problem I had is when we first got here there were plenty of tables outside and we told them we want to eat out there. The gentleman who seated us said he didnt think that was possible. My wife and I went to eat lunch yesterday and decided to try eating outside. The food was amazing! Ms. Katrina was our waitress she insisted we tried the queso it was amazing. We never had to ask for anything and she was so friendly, she was a gem as my wife would say. Definitely coming back here, especially for the food and service. Parking: Plenty of handicapped parking Kid-friendliness: It was so fun to watch kids playing outside while eating. Our kids are all grown up.
