The food great, everything came out fresh and hot and the rolls and cornbread was fresh and out. Only thing the tea was watered down. But, everything was absolutely delicious. My cousin had the beef stew, with mac n cheese with a Pepsi. I chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and turnip greens. We both apple cobbler. Thank you for all you do.

Its a pity and a shame that this restaurant has gone so downhill so fast. I could always count on getting good food here but theres been a marked decline in the quality of their food. Perhaps the kitchen was having another bad night. Our server certainly was experiencing difficulty. The prior visit was bad so this was supposed to be the redemption visit that turned out worse than before. Now where am I supposed to get home cooking?

Today I arrived at the restaurant with my husband & my son, we registered for a table and it took them 40 minutes to give me a table. I didnt leave the place because I really like the food, but they made me wait because I asked for a waiter who spoke Spanish for more convenience but Its not because I cant order food in English, the guy said that they werent serving me because no waiter who spoke Spanish was available. It bothered me a lot because there were tables available & the 40 minute wait is too long. We were very hungry. I didnt think it was very nice on their part. of the little boy I signed up for when I entered The food & the waiter all very good .

I have visited this location plenty of times in the past 5 years, and the mommas pancake breakfast has been consistent and my primary order. I recommend ordering the breakfast with 1 of each syrup. The maple syrup is excellent. The blueberry, strawberry, and butter pecan syrups are great. The service has almost always been excellent regardless of server. The store staff over the years has been well trained, friendly, and professional too. I love Cracker Barrel, and this location is up to the standard.

Really nice place for breakfast and lunch as a couple and as a family. Tasty southern food, really good breakfast options, good coffee. Biscuit beignets... SO GOOD! The food is okay. It is a place where a lot of elders go. Some of the other customers made my family , and I uncomfortable due to us being an interacial family. One older lady was giving my husband the death stare while I was in the restroom. When he spoke she asked for a to go coffee and plate , and then she gathered her belongings and left. Cracker Barrel is going down hill. The items that were the best before were OK. Fathers Day, my elderly father waited 20 minutes for a spoon so he could eat. His soup tasted bad and was only broth and a couple of carrots. Bread was delivered right before the check. Had one roast beef meal and one meat loaf meal which was dried out and no sauce on top. Was suppose to deliver curb side, but had to go in after 20 minutes. Order was missing fruit cup and three additional extra meals for later. When went back in manager acted like I was lying that I was missing fruit cup and said it was in the side of bag, but agreed that the other meals were missing along with one biscuit. From the moment we walked in, Bre greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. She took the time to answer all our questions about the menu, made recommendations. Throughout our meal, Bre checked in on us regularly to ensure everything was to our liking. Her attention to detail was impressive, and she was always happy to refill our drinks or bring out extra plates when needed. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she was able to answer all our questions about the dishes with ease. But what really set Bre apart was her friendly and genuine demeanor. She was warm, welcoming, and had a way of making everyone feel like they were her favorite customer. Her positivity and energy were infectious, and we left the restaurant feeling like wed just been treated to a special experience. Mommas pancake breakfast was delicious. The pancakes were nice and toasty & the extra butter heighten the flavor of the pancake. Bacon was more than enough & crispy. The atmosphere was nice & quiet, it was early in the morning when we were in attendance. Which did me to believe that the night crew did not clean up the place properly, as there were remnants of food on the floor that had not been swept up. The bathroom also looked like it needed a big time cleaning.

The quality of the food is not the normal standard of Cracker Barrel. For example, we got the broccoli rice casserole, and there was no rice in either of 2 servings. The managers are very nice and professional and try to make things right, but this restaurant cant seem to deliver a complete order.

This used to be one of my favorite cracker barrel restaurants in the country. Used too. Service has gone down hill. They do not check on you to refill drinks unless you ask plus on Sunday they did not automatically bring out rolls until we said something. Also no ALE8s In the gift shop...we even asked and they had no clue why last two times they had no ALE8s in stock. We had to drive to another cracker barrel In area to get some

Checked in at 12:39PM. Got in line and waited for a table for 20 mins. Waited 15 mins and had to stand up to notify the host that we were not served yet. Waited another 10 mins for drinks (water) to come out. Finally gave up at 2:10PM. We left hungry and there will never another chance I get back to Crackle Barrels.

I should not add any stars food is HORRIBLE and every time I go service is horrible. Need a new cook and trained staff. Asked for extra butter got it after pancakes were cold. Hash browns were soggy.
