I had been to this place for half leg waxing and had a very bad experience. Never consider this place for your waxing needs by any means. The person here seems to have 0 knowledge on how waxing works - she did not heat the wax enough and by the time she stripped it off of my skin, it was cooled down completely leading to a hell of a pain! She claimed the heating it more isnt good for my skin but I strongly felt that temp was far from reaching that threshold. And after stripping, the way she applied oil with cotton was pretty rough which wasnt necessary IMO - she could have been gentler! On top of that she asked $45 for just half leg waxing which is way too much for this kind of a service. Ive been to many waxing places and had much better and economical experience over this place!

I would not recommend going here the service is very disappointing and the hairdressers are very rude. I was on call with them for an appointment and I got an insanely rude response. This is the worst salon experience Iv ever had, so much attitude! Please learn to be respectful to ur customers! This was absolutely ridiculous, never going to this salon ever again.

Emma was my stylist and she did a decent job on the haircut based on my preferences. I didnt have any major demands, just frame, trim and layers. The haircut turned out to be good. I had concerns on how poorly the salon was maintained. The place had hair and dust everywhere. It did not look clean. I hope they do something about it.

Being new to the Leander area, I was looking for a good stylist, and I can definitely say I found Sara. She did the perfect 3 layers as I wanted and was very quick with the haircut and blow dry. Im definitely going back to Sara for haircuts and will recommend her strongly. Requested style: I wanted layers in my hair and she was able to do it just right

Really unhappy with the way Emma cut my hair. I had very very long fine blonde hair (down to my butt). She started with shampooing my hair and kept rubbing my hair in circles, creating massive knots. Then she broke a bunch of my hair trying to detangle it, while explaining to me how to detangle. I know how to detangle my hair and I wouldve been gentler and faster if I had done it myself. I asked for face framing pieces in the front. My hair was all one length so I wanted some face framing pieces to soften it up especially because I wear my hair in a bun a lot. She initially kept the length and trimmed off only an inch in the back. Then she started on the front... And kept pulling hair from further and further back on my head. She couldnt blend the layers despite cutting away more and more so now I have blunt choppy angled layers that suddenly end and then a tiny clump of hair from the back that was the original length. The layers are not even on either side of my face. She curled it nicely with the help of the owner but that just hid the problems from me until I got home and washed my hair. The worst part is Im getting married next month.

I am so excited to write a review about this Salon. My hair color appointment with Sara was at 9 am and dang it was right at 9 that Sara was at the salon. She is such an amazing stylist and even a great human being. I sent few pictures of the hair color I wanted and she gave me the exact same thing. Sara even gave such amazing hair tips while working on my hair. I have got so many compliments from everyone to who I recommended Sara whole heartedly. Cant thank her enough; I am not going anywhere else for my hair. She is a 10/10 :-) :-)

WORST HAIRCUT EVER. The hairdresser completely butchered my hair. Did not do at all what I asked and made it look like a mullet. When I pointed out that it looked bad she suggested I clip up the short parts. I am completely traumatized by this experience. I do not want this to happen to anyone else.

worst experience to my wife today the staff seems like not professional and skillful. she wanted her hair cut as per the picture to avoid confusion but the old lady just trimmed her hair short with no splits no trim of side hair everything left as is and just said done. to just cut it short she would have done at home with a pair of scissors and why we need waste of money going to this salon. never going to this place again. worst experience in USA

When the owner is there I ve always gotten good service but this time I came in and sat for an hour and no one ever acknowledged me at all! They only spoke to the Spanish speakers who all came in way after I did. I tried to get someone to even speak to me and no one did so I just left. I have never experienced such rude behavior when the owner is there but this makes me never wanna return again! (Sara is amazing and this is nothing against her purely the other women working in her salon she was not there today)

So today I went to get a haircut at this establishment, I asked for a specific kind of hair cut and before I could even see what they had done to my hair they gave me the complete wrong haircut. To be fair the worker did not speak very good English. I don t remember her name but she did not listen to me multiple times, all around decent haircut. Just very poor communication with it. 2 stars, haircut wasn t bad just not what I wanted, complete wrong cut, cut off 7 months of growing my hair out.

I had been here for my haircut, 2 months ago. The owner Sara is very friendly and does a great job. She charges reasonably and set my hair perfectly after haircut. Even after 2 months, my hair looks great. She even suggests the best hairstyle for our hair texture. Totally recommend her!

Decided to give this place a try, since my friend who usually cuts my hair was out of town. Im so happy I did! Anshu did a great job of giving me some layers and adding a little u shape to my hair since it was a little boring straight across. I asked for only an inch to be taken off and she did exactly that! The ladies here are wonderful and Im so happy to have found a great salon near my home.

Sara was able to accommodate her schedule around my flexibility. This is my first time experience with her and i am amazed by the way Sara highlighted my jet black hair. Went here last minute for a haircut and was really pleased with the service and cut I got! I usually keep my hair long but was in need of change so I cut almost a foot off. I really appreciated that she communicated and asked what alterations I wanted after the initial cut. I will continue to go here in the future! Ive attached a before/after photo for reference.

The lady with pink hair razored my hair pretty badly, and I am still trying to recover from it, My long hair feels like a broom on the ends, also they don t use good heat protector or maybe not at all before using curling iron, my hair is pretty damaged now.

First time here, Very nice people, when my 4 year old was done getting a haircut she let him help her decorate the Christmas tree while my husband got his haircut. Rating 4 stars only because the lady that actually cut their hair was talking on the phone while my husband was trying to tell her what type of cute we wanted which was kind of annoying . After moving to Leander I was still driving to Round Rock to my place that I had been going for three years. (*Before that I was a faithful client to my stylist for 8yrs; she moved). So, I don t jump from one stylist to another unless I m searching for someone new. I don t care for chain owned hair salons. So when I saw Sara s salon, I gave it a shot. I was so impressed with the service, how clean it was, and that she listened to me regarding what I was wanting. She gave me a plan, we followed through, and I m very happy with the outcome. I also really appreciate her honesty, when asked, what she thinks!! I ve been going to her for over a year now and finally found my place in Leander.

I took my daughter to get simply layers....she did a terrible job...look like a kid just chopped her hair...one side was longer than the other.....i will never ever go back to that place.the owner cut her hair.i could have done that myself...i had to go to a difference place today to fix it.please dont wast your time.dont go there.

Those that know me know I don t go to a salon often, knew Sara from doing my eyelashes.....walked in - Sara listened to me and she shampooed me, cut and gave me a wonderful style and I m back doing touch up color and toner ..... this is confidence - I m a do at home color girl. DO NOT GO HERE. The owner cut my sisters hair. She spent 10 minutes degrading her and telling her go awful her hair is (it has some bleach damage). When the hair cut was over it was a full inch longer on one side. We went back in and asked her to even it out and she immideatly started blaming my sister and refused to take responsibility. She was incredibly rude and horrible at her job.
