This is my favorite pizza hut. Why you may ask? Well Ill tell you why. Yes, the pizza taste like the quality pizza hut is known for. Yes, the Pepsi is cold and delicious. Yes, yes, yes everything is exactly what you expect and deserve from pizza hut. However, this pizza hut right here has the hospitality that is above level for pizza hut. This pizza hit has a special little gem here spreading some pizza love. The gentleman that works the front and I believe the back as well making pizza is a friendly dude who is quick wit and looks like everything is running smoothly. Super calm collect vibe he is sharing. Dude is cool. Dude is happy and that pizza has a little extra love sprinkled on top. So if you getting some pizza hut, and you know you will be soon, stop in this one. Its a great location and good feels. Win win Keep that pizza hut yummy!

Pizza Hut used to be my favorite but these past 2 experiences at this Pizza Hut just made me not want to return ordered a pepperoni and it looked and tasted like I only ordered sauce and pepperoni had little to almost no cheese time previous my surpreme pizza was made very sloppy looked like a veggie pizza hardly no meat has the pan crust changed becz lately they been looking like hand tossed maybe the pizza guy is lazy if so he deff needs to be replaced Horrible service

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the delivery service I received today. I ordered a pizza and wings from your establishment, expecting a warm and delicious meal to enjoy with my family. However, what I received was an incredibly late delivery and a cold, inedible pizza and wings. Firstly, the delivery arrived a whopping 45 minutes after the promised delivery time. This delay is completely unacceptable, especially considering the proximity of my location to your restaurant. It is not unreasonable to expect timely service when placing an order. Adding insult to injury, when I opened the pizza box, I was greeted with a chilling disappointment. The pizza was ice cold, as if it had been left out for hours before being delivered. The cheese was hardened and unappetizing, the toppings had lost their freshness, and the crust had become stale. It was nothing short of a culinary disaster. Not only did this ruin our mealtime, but it also left a lasting negative impression of your establishment. As a regular customer, I have always expected high-quality products and efficient service, but todays experience has shattered that trust. I strongly urge you to address this issue promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure such a disappointing and unprofessional experience is not repeated. I expect a prompt response regarding this matter, including a refund for the subpar pizza and an assurance that steps will be taken to improve your delivery service.

You definitely need to look into the staff that works at that location. I completely my order online to pay in person. When I went into the store to pick up my order it took 5 minutes for someone to come out even though an employee was sitting in the lobby. When I was charged I noticed the charge was 5 dollars more. After I payed I checked on line that the price was the original 21 and some change. The lady tried yelling me the extra charge was because I used my card. I told her I want to see the statement and she went to get the manager. That took 7 minutes for him to come out. Then told me I was charged for a 2 liter. The lady that charged me told me it was because of using my debit card. I strongly believe this isnt the first the this cashier has done this to customers. Especially since this is a Latino based area so people are getting scammed not knowing better at this store.

The driver proceeded to bang not knock but bang on the door and ring the doorbell my son asked him several times to leave it at the door I asked him through the ring camera to leave it at the door the driver then left back to his car with the pizza my son had to come out to get the pizza and this man REFUSED to give him the pizza without a tip he kept telling him not even two dollars where s my tip when I called the manager Jeff while he was actually very nice I don t feel like this is going to be resolved this man is gonna do this to some again I will NOT be ordering from this location again.

I even said Id give this one a bad review. My mother in law ordered us a dinner box, but we had to pick it up. We went to get it and originally waited 30 mins. I order from here all the time, both delivery and carryout. My pizza has always been so good! Its always cooked perfectly. It wasnt until this past weekend that I had an issue with my delivery. I understand the labor shortage so although the online delivery time was wrong, I wasnt too upset about my order taking longer than expected to be delivered. I was upset that my pizza and wings were over cooked and the wings barely had any sauce on them. I didnt want to call the store to complain so I just did the survey they always email and sent my complaints through there. The store received the feedback and the manager called me personally to apologize and gave me a credit of what I spent that night. It was my first time having an issue out of the 4+ years that Ive been a customer here so Im grateful and really appreciative of the customer service, thank you!!

Not my usual pizza hut but I messed up and sent my order to this one instead of my usual but the place was great. The place was clean and I got what I think is the best dinner box pizza yet. The pizza wasnt burned and is was cooked very evenly. And the parts by the crust where there is burned tomato sauce. There was none the pizza was made to near perfection. I loved it, I made it my new go-to.

I ordered my children pizza earlier today and when I got home the pizza was uneaten and also I seen green parsley or oregano on it so I called to complain I really thought I was going to have to argue or the manager would give me a hatd time about getting a refund or exchanging the pizza for me but it was just the opposite Ms Destiny was so respectful and understanding the process was the easiest Ive ever been through.
