We had a large group of 30 today and the food and service was absolutely wonderful! Our servers took good care of us and everyone really enjoyed the pasta, sandwiches and pizza. The drinks were unique and first-rate. So nice to have a great place like this in McKinney! I highly recommend it and will be returning.

Went to the NEW location in Mckinney, across the street from Costco on Hardin. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!!!!! The pizza was DELICIOUS!! The wings were soooo good! I mean, really good. Better than BWW!! I took my youngest with 2 of his friends. Theyd never eaten there, so this was a surprise. WE ARE GOING BACK!! Parking: Its new so parking may be tough. Wait 2 months, and itll die down.. Kid-friendliness: Absolutely!!

So this was my second time coming because I wanted to give another try. This time my order was forgotten. I was with a party of five on a Sunday evening. My table all got what they ordered but I did not. Luckily my table had leftovers so I got to nibble off them. The waitress never got a manger and therefore I never spoke to a manger. I m not someone who wants to make a scene so I did not. Anyways I just hope this helps them get better. The food really is very good.

Great place for drinks, pizza and appetizers. The covered upstairs porch is awesome. Lots of helpful friendly staff. Nice take home cups. The bbq chicken pizza small sized was just right for my wife and I to share for lunch with a little left over.

After having to wait for 20 min. the staff picks up an interior table under a strong fan, we asked to be relocated to a diff vacant table next to the upstairs rail fence, the hostess said NO and we have to go back downstairs to be reassigned a diff seat because that`s not how things were around here, I go downstairs and point towards the empty table on her computer seating chart, she says you will have to go back on the waiting list, I said Fine. We waited for another 10 min, only to find out we were allocated a diff. table than the one I pointed out on the seat map, the manager at the door was bossy and assertive, fake smile and a fake disingenuous attitude. Not happy at all with a cold start, we discontentedly accepted . The Pizza crust wasn`t that great, tasted like it was frozen and not a fresh dough. 1st time to visit the location and definitely the last...Fake customer service skills can be spotted from a distance.....Thanks, but no thanks !

We had a excellent night at the Hideaway Pizza tonight . Our waitress Emma was excellent and since we had never been we asked her what the customers liked /ordered the most . So we ordered Buffalo Wings ( Amazing) the Big Country small pizza ( Yum .. ) and Fried Mushrooms..( Omg they were wonderful) . Drinks were great . We will be back really soon. Great atmosphere we were upstairs nice breeze . It was packed with customers but our food was delivered quickly. Great job , to the staff .

I live across the street and as i was walking out of my house a few HIDEAWAY thugs were rap battling on my front lawn? Ive had the pizza its pretty good and the staff in resturaunt were friendly. Despite this the people wearing tie dyed shirts on my lawn finished their rap battle before summoning some sort of mysterious entity?? It ate my cat, marbles . I recommend hideaway but beware some of these outliers Kid-friendliness: They were super nice to my kids, gave them tattoos and stickers. Great.

Hideaway opened literally at my backdoor in McKinney. The staff uses our neighborhood street to park their cars daily. Last week I was walking my dogs and one of the servers in his rainbow tie-dyed shirts was peeing in the street. The servers picnic on my back fence between shifts and leave trash and discarded food bringing the coyotes back at night. HIDEAWAY you need to police your staff.

Im almost embarrassed how much Ive eaten here lately but the pizza is SO GOOD. The Polinator and Big Country have both been big hits with my family and the fried pickles are perfect every time I get them. The atmosphere in the restaurant is a little wild but the way the interior is broken up likely helps a lot with the noise and its been a nice place to go with family or coworkers for lunch. Great addition to the options in McKinney!

I ve been there twice, back to back days & honestly I can say this place is exceptional. Before I go into my experiences, let me just say - the food is amazing. My 6 year old s only complaint is that the kid s Alfredo is a little ehhh . (I m just assuming it didn t have enough flavor for her but I didn t try it. She LOVED the marinara and meatball kids meal, though.) The first time I visited, I was in a rush and they accommodated me and my time crunch perfectly with amazing service. The second time started off rocky with our appetizer being delivered VERY late. Like, with our meal kind of late. However, this was absolutely made up for by our waitress s amazing customer service and accountability, the manager s great attitude and attentiveness and overall just great vibes. I will for sure be back!

First time into this new pizza spot and I m glad I found it. The pizza reminds me of a personal favorite from the Hochatown, Ok area (IYKYK). Service (Adeline) was excellent. Do yourself a favor and ask for the ranch.

There is a new gem in the town!! The first time we tried this new pizza place. I saw them on Hwy 121 and Preston Rd. But we tried this new McKinney location. They have all kinds of pizza varieties, salad, sandwiches, etc. Great customer service and awesome ambience for your lunch or dinner. Their menu has a large selection of veggie pizzas. The servers were in training but did a great job. We all loved pizzas, bread sticks and Greek salad. I highly recommend this place. Ideal for birthday parties or watching a game while catching up with your friends.

We had Molly as our server this weekend and she made the whole experience. She offered suggestions, answered questions, fixed the sun in our eyes. She really made us feel welcomed and that she even enjoyed having us. She was wonderful. We had the Capone pizza, garlic knots, and pickles. Everything was delicious.

Ordered mushrooms, baked ravioli, chicken baked ranch sandwich, Buffalo wings, and a cauliflower pizza. The ravioli was very good. I thought it was better than most mozzarella sticks Ive had. The mushrooms are a favorite. The sandwich was good. The ranch did make it a little messy. The wings were good, too. Ive had wings at other Hideaway locations, and this location made them better. Normally, the sauce has been lightly coated (almost like a dry rub). This time, they came out wet, which is the best way. The pizza was good as well, another favorite. The restaurant was very clean. The staff are super friendly. Our waitress Jessie was very friendly, and she kept checking up on us. We will definitely be back.

Very busy as it should be bc this place is amazing!!! Got a Togo order had a tiny hiccup but manager was awesome about it! Made it right. Prolly my fault but either way, manager was amazing and fixed it. Food was delicious! Togo area clean and all employees were extremely nice and inviting. Will be back ASAP!! Great pizza in a fun atmosphere! We love the Plano location so we were happy to see them open in McKinney. I had The Capone pizza, the toppings were fresh and plentiful, the crust is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The staff was very friendly and our service was spot on. We will definitely make Hideaway a regular go to.

Kedeydra was very pleasant, smiled the entire time and anticipated our needs. She was friendly, professional and efficient. Our first visit went well and we enjoyed our meal. We went for their Grand Opening and it was totally awesome!! Super friendly staff, clean place, sat on the rooftop patio which was so cute and really nice with plenty of shade, fans, etc. We tried the 50/50 app and a few different pizzas including the Yardbird, Sicilian and Da Bomb - everything was SO GOOD. Excellent service, great value, highly recommend!

Can t share anything about their food as I have no interest in trying it thanks to the lack of consideration for the people living nearby. Since the employees park at the entrance of my neighborhood instead of their own parking lot, blocking anyone from being able to see oncoming traffic, they get 1 star.

Hideaway Pizza is hands down one of the best pizza spots Ive ever experienced! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The menu has a great variety of creative and classic pizza options, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We just got done dining in for the soft opening. Everyone working was SO sweet. We got to sit on the patio which was awesome and the perfect evening for it. I am a big fan of friend mushrooms. They re hard to find. And the ones at Hideaway were worth the wait for it to open! We got the 50/50 and the mozz sticks were great too. All three of us got pizza and the pizza is fantastic! The dough and sauce are wonderful. Toppings were all fresh. Everything came out hot. Wonderful experience and so excited to have a great pizza place nearby!

Hideaway Pizza is a great place to have a meal with a loved one or gather with friends for a good time. The atmosphere is lovely and the service is great. The merchandise is also really cute, I had to buy a shirt. The food is fantastic. I dont like pizza but I highly recommend the Paradise Pie! It was awesome. Vegetarian options: There are delicious salads and plenty of other vegetarian options to choose from Parking: Its a decent sized parking lot for the location. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly place, its great for family outings.

I had the pleasure of attending their soft opening today .. it included a free appetizer and menu item. I ordered the spicy fried pickles and thin crust pizza; they were both really good! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were awesome. Mark, Micheal and Bryan worked the bar and they were very kind and informative. They were all awesome, but Mark was my favorite! I had the opportunities to meet the managers and the owners and they were awesome! Brett was even kind enough to give me a tour of the upstairs bar and patio. The atmosphere was pleasant and I loved the decor! I ll definitely be back!

We went for the soft opening and they were busy but amazing! They did a great job getting all of us fed in a timely manner and making us feel welcome! Molly was our waitress and she was the best! Super great, she checked on us and was super nice, making sure we got what we wanted and exactly what we asked for! All of the employees seemed super sweet. I tried out a local pizza shop during their to-go trial, and it was a pretty solid experience. The Veggie Pizza was loaded with fresh veggies and plenty of cheese, which I loved. The Sausage Pizza hit the spot too the sausage was really flavorful. The Canadian Bacon Pizza was tasty as well, with a nice smoky flavor. The salad was just okay, nothing special, but it did the job. What I really appreciated was how quickly the line moved and how friendly the staff were it made the whole process easy. The crust on the pizzas was just right, perfectly cooked with a nice balance of crisp and soft. Overall, I d recommend this spot if youre craving good pizza. Glad I got the chance to try it!

We were fortunate to be invited to try the to-go trial run. Our time slot was 6:30 p.m. today. Cars lined up to get a takeout parking spot where food was brought out. When we arrived, there were easily about 30 cars in line ahead of us. It took about 30 minutes from the time of getting in line to receiving our food. The staff was super friendly and helpful, considering how busy they were. They had the whole process organized fairly well, and if a car waited too long after checking in, they quickly identified it and worked to remedy it quickly. From what we observed, most vehicles were waiting about 2 to 3 minutes after checking in for their food to arrive. We were fortunate that a friend was in line ahead of us also getting food, and we all went to pick up drinks from HteaO and then to a park for a picnic. Our selections between the two families were a hurricane, big country, extreme, Sicilian, pollinator, build-your-own with pepperoni and sausage, and Alfredo deluxe pasta dish. For four adults and a young child, this was more than enough food. All of the food was fantastic. This was our first time trying the pasta, and it will not be the last, for sure. The Sicilian was the crowd favorite (not Sicilian style, just a name for the toppings).
