Looks and feels dirty inside, needs remodeling, and smells like sewer gas bad. Update 9/21/2024 was there today and the place smelled like raw sewage still and needs to be shut down until its fixed. Place made me sick to my stomach just walking in.

I know it doesnt have what Buffalo Wild Wings has but what it does have is great service and everything is done and made with care. I waited at Buffalo Wild Wings for 10 minutes and I asked if it was a seat yourself place, and the kid was like you have to wait over there. I know he was miserable because he apparently had a bunch of messy tables but if he would have told me nicely to wait...... however I get over here to BreWingZ and their team gives the Best customer service in Pasadena! Thank you BreWingZ folks... David was our server and he was amazing

I pull in the parking lot, no parking available. I drive a truck that is highly common for theft so I park in the front where it says curbside because I m not parking my truck behind the building and letting it get stolen no thanks, I walked in and was rudely greeted by a young girl saying I need to move my truck because that is curbside I explain there is no parking and she just says well I don t know what to tell you. Very poor customer service, I am a weekly customer and I will not be coming back.

this is my first time eating here and as soon as i walked in i got hit with a bad smell almost like sewage and vinegar. our waiter was dressed normally didn t even know he worked here, he came up to us and just looked expecting us to tell him what we wanted , we also ordered fried pickles and they were salty, food came and the wings didn t even look appetizing buffalo way to much buffalo. lemon pepper didn t even taste like meme on pepper and the wings were hard as i bit into my first wing. over all experience was bad won t be coming here again.

We went for my moms birthday and The service is horrible, our waitress was hard to find and forgot to bring us refills everytime we would ask. We only got 1 refill the entire 2 hours we were there.Ordering food was also hard/frustrating since she was no where to be found again, we had to ask another server if they could take our order. Since it was a party of 8 the tip was automatically added. $30 tip for poor service is ridiculous to me. First and last time there.

We come here to eat almost every week and sometimes twice a week. This is the first time this happens. We showed up and David told us we couldn t be seated because there were only two waiters on duty and could not see us. We asked if there was a waiting time and he said the waiters are too busy. I guess it s time to look for another place. Then he proceeded to tell us to wait in the car, because we ordered food to go, not cool at all! We felt like we were being kicked out! This place already has low customer volume, because every time we come is almost empty! This is not the way to keep customers. Poor customer service! We don t even know if the manager was aware, because we were waiting in the lobby and she asked him if we needed a table.

The food was great, hot and fresh like always, however there was only myself, and 2 other customers there, and getting service was so much slower than usual. It took 20 minutes just to flag our waitress down to get to-go boxes, she never came by to check on us while we ate, or see if we needed anything. However, this usually doesnt happen when we go and we do go at least 2 or 3 times a month for their specials and she was still friendly when we ordered, and when we left.
