First time going to a hooters, I was pleasantly surprised. The bartender was friendly and attentive; food was great. personally I think the hot sauce could use more kick but the chicken sliders are absolutely worth a try. The interior is a nice modern layout with emphasis on the tvs honestly I had low expectations and I ll admit I was proven wrong.

Absolute joke of an establishment at no fault of the employees. I paid 1.50$ as an extra ranch because wing and tender combo plates no longer come with a complimentary ranch....only straight wing plates.....If youre doing that bad change the prices elsewhere, out of principle this is just disgusting.

This hooters is definitely not the same as it used to be! The service it hit or miss and the food quality, presentation, and taste has gone down tremendously! Our fried pickles were not cooked nor breaded all the way! Our boneless wings hardly had any sauce? The same goes for our shrimp! When we asked for more sauce due to the lack of we were charged extra? That doesnt make any sense! This location is close to our home, but the food quality and service is not good at all! We have to unfortunately travel to Selma to get great tasting food and good service!

This is a review of 2 visits. I went there during the first NFL game on a Thursday night. I had such a great time that I went back the next day for lunch. The food was delicious and quick. The service was great. And the girls were super friendly and beautiful. A great time both visits. Some certain girls that I want to mention by name that made my visits great were, Aaliyah, Evelin, Neriah, Rylee and Isabelle. They were all so super friendly and made my time there special. I cant wait to come back and see all of them again as soon as I can.

I rarely rate anything on here, mostly because I work with people myself and humans are a tough crowd. But I ve got to say this visit was one of the worst experiences we ve ever had in a food establishment. We were promptly seated and our waitress was acceptable. But she did take a solid 20 minutes after being seated for us to even put in our drink orders. The menus were oily, with food stuck on and the pages sticking together. After a 12 hour shift I (and my family) were looking forward to a satisfying dinner. It took 1hr and 15 minutes from us entering the building to get our food (and I get I m not privy to the behind the scenes but it didn t seem terribly busy) when we FINALLY got our food, 1 order was wrong, the remaining 3 orders were luke warm, and my husbands wings burnt. He specifically said these are the worst Daytona wings I ve ever had we understand so many factors are involved in a successful dining experience, but spending $100 and walking away frustrated is NOT it. Attached is the picture of the literal burnt (cold) wings my husband was served.

Really, really bad service. Sooo many things went wrong. - - Hostess forgot we were waiting for a table and we were skipped several times....we also waited at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged once sat, items were forgotten, never saw our waitress a single time .......And their water tastes like pool water. The crab legs used to be good well at other locations. This one looks promising at first glance. It tasted old, texture was dry, and meat fell part. The cook attempted to hide the old looking claws at the bottom. Im very disappointed.

Wow . Maybe have never felt so unwelcome . Bartender had quite the attitude. Maybe it s from working in that environment. She delivered my wings and disappeared. Where are the fries ? She reappeared 5 minutes later and asked if I would like another beer. I said , I d like those French fries ! She said I can go get them .. no acknowledgment that she d forgotten, acted like this HOW food is supposed to be delivered. So she went back and returned with fries , which were cold ( duh ) , set them down wordlessly and turned away . It s not my crowd in there anyway .

Omg I was so damn excited that I saw a Hooters still and was super happy when my person said just pick something I knew exactly where I wanted to go... We got amazing gorgeous waitress named Rylee I said she was the prettiest one there to me... & the only one with Hooters also... Super sweet, very genuine girl... So go in there and ask for her & help her get thru college and the other things that she needs... The only thing that I was sad about they did not have any oyster on the half shell... Honestly I like their wings, but everytime I ve ever ordered from here (either to-go or dine in) it usually takes at least an hour for them. With that said i usually order when it s busy but the last couple of times it s been pretty dead and it still took more than 40 minutes for wings. It really sucks when it s been an hour wait and the wings barely have any sauce on them or the fries are cold and soggy, but the beer keeps it at at least 3/5

This is sad I ordered online and was told the order would be ready at 12:45pm. Make it to the restaurant was told 10-15 minutes wait for the food. Cool!! However it s passed both time frame, not a single employee came by to see if had been helped. People walk in and are being seated and I m seating in the brightest color possible TO BE NOTICED! No one asked me for anything or gave me an update. So I stand up and still no one came to ask me had I been helped or bring my food. The bartender yells out to me, We will be right with you! 5 minutes ago and still nothing. It s now 1:15pm and I m still waiting for my food a server brings out the sweet tea and said it will be a few more minutes we are STILL waiting on the loaded fries. I would like to know what were we waiting on when I arrived at 12:45.? It s now 1:19 and I m still waiting .1:25 I received FOOD!! 1:49 And the order was incorrect Luckily my boss paid for the food or I would ve been told them to forget the food and give the money back. From an order we did at 11:45am.

These boneless wings were the best we have had in a long time. We live south of Houston so we go to one out there. This location.had the boneless wings loaded up with sauce and dry rub, something that we normally have to end up asking for more sauce or dry rub and are usually charged for. That was not the case here. Really enjoyed our lunch. Great service too.

Worst place I have ate at. Sat for 15 minutes before anyone even came to take drink orders. Then sat another 20 before food order was taken. Mind you this is lunch on a Saturday and the place wasn t even crowded. All the other tables around us were complaining too. We watched the female manager turn another customer s frustration into it being their fault which we witnessed and he did not do. Terrible manager for not accepting their faults and apologizing for the wrong of their wait staff. Will NEVER come back here and be sure to tell anyone else to not visit.

I hate to even write this post, because I know there is probably very hard working respectful people working at Hooters. However, our waitress Naylie was RUDE beyond measure . I understand people have bad days, long shifts etc... but we cannot be treated like we are nothing. My heart hurt so bad for my husband, he asked for military discount she said uh..yeah..then brought him back the receipt with no discount, so he handed her his military ID, and she walked off and said uhh...let me go ask. Its Memorial Day weekend!! Veterans are our and about. Regardless of being a veteran the customer service, was sad. Very disheartening. Customer service is really important, regardless of where you are. No matter how busy, frustrated or tired you . Be the light for someone else, you never know whos sitting at the table and why. I encourage management to educate your staff, work on wait times and be present.

Just spent about 70 bucks for a pick up order of 2 chicken tenders / wings meals fried pickles, cheese curds and a Caesar salad , fried pickles and cheese curds were good. The wings were cold like they have been sitting in the refrigerator, the curly fries had zero seasoning and were also cold , the chicken tenders were bland and barely warm , we placed an order online and the said pickup time was 10:20,and thats the time we arrived so not sure why the food was cold , 70$ down the drain , do not recommend

Husband had a chicken sandwich and it was cold. Had literally a sliver of lettuce. Wings were dry and over cooked. Cups were dirty. Had a greasey film floating at the top of our drinks. Horrible!!!! This was one of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had the waitress we had was completely rude arrogant and should not be in the service industry in any way shape or form the place was not packed she said the wings that I ordered the sauce was sweet not spicy when in fact it was too spicy and I told her that after literally one bite instead of trying to make it right or even offering to make it right she smirked and walked off my daughter is tenders were not crispy in any way shape or form when asked if she could throw them back in the fryer or make ones that are more crispy it was completely ignored, and blown off. She had no problem paying attention to my husband, when the $80 bill came and the tenders hadnt been touched nor the wings except minus one bite she didnt even offer any slice to the situation. Her arrogance and rudeness prompted me to get the manager. The manager fixed it to a point. The waitress then brought us out a new check and asked if there was anything else we would like I said an apology would be nice for the very rude customer service. She then walked off came back I paid the bill even left a tip because Im not ignorant. I informed her that being a waitress is customer service and she should really work on those skills when working with public she scoffed rolled her eyes and made this irritating noise with her mouth like I was a horrible person for mentioning that her service was crappy and that just fixing the food issue would have been great. I informed the manager once again and how rude she was and informed them that I would be leaving a review because this is ridiculous, rude and this is not how you treat people. The manager did say the girl came from another store and thats how they trained them there so I would advise you guys not to go to any Hooters get your fantasies out some other way theres a tilted kilt in Clarksville Tennessee thats just perfect for that DONT EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!! And Hooters you should be ashamed of yourself and your staff. This was my daughters first dining experience and my husbands and as a patron and past employee of Hooters for many many years it will be my last!!!!

I went here with my family a couple days ago. I should have taken pictures to show how delicious the food not only looked, but tasted! A far cry from previous pictures I saw on reviews. Waitress was very friendly. We were seated quickly and food was served quickly and fresh! I love the drink prices as well. The music was at perfect level not to mention good old school tunes. Went here on Thanksgiving, with kiddos because it was the only place open. Food was not terrible or fantastic either but it was also late night. Went there 11/19/2023 at 3:45 pm and I sat there for about 10-15 minutes at the bar and didnt get a beer. The girl walked by me about 4 times and after doing a 12 hour shift on a Sunday all I wanted was to unwind after a long week working 84hrs. I had intentions of having food as well cuz I love the food at hooters. But I went to twin peaks I feel this is a much better option and I was warned by a crew member not to go to hooters that twin peaks was better and he was right. Hopefully that changes in the future cuz Im a big believer of benefit of doubt but I had to leave. Maybe next time.

Called simple order in and walked over bc was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Hardly anyone was inside, But it took over 20 minutes to figure out they didn t have a record of our call/order. They retook order and The waitress actually told us the cook sucks so it would take a while. Another 30 minutes we finally got our order- supposed to be 6 wings, pickles and shrimp plate. We got home with two large orders of fries. They forgot the wings at a wing place lol. To sum up - Horribly slow, the wrong food we did get was soggy, nasty, and cold. We called to politely let them know and they didn t want us to come back to get the wings even though we were still in the parking lot.

Great wings! Clean with friendly employees. Had nacho plate which was super big and sooo good! I had 6 wings original with mild sauce and they were cooked perfectly and moist and delicious. Got 20 wings naked to go and they were sealed at top of bag so no one could open if delivery. I really love hooters wings and this place is fun and so many TVs for everyone. Super clean and friendly. Food was insanely horrible. Buffalo Shrimp came out room temperature. Steamed shrimp came out half cooked and still pink/grey-ish. Servers and bartenders looked miserable and manager was busy sitting in a booth instead of talking or trying to help better the situation. Sat at our table at 730 made our drink and app order,took awhile but its a Friday no biggie. Apps came fast ,drinks well...meh. Ordered our food and waited and waited. 9:00 Food came my salad was mush and the breaded wings were cold. 3 plates of cold wings. My Daytona wings looked hot I grabbed one and the bottom was burnt to a crisp. No big I grabbed another. The entire batch was burnt black on the bottom and they purposely plated them burnt side down. The waitress was so embarrassed when we showed her. Needless to say we asked for a manager. He was too busy in the kitchen to come out. Our waitress finally told us it was ok to leave. She would take care of it. She would not take our tip we tried to leave her. Poor girl. We left a total 40 cold wings,a mushy salad, and cold fries. The only hot food we had was the shrimp,cheese sticks and onion rings. We drove in from Austin because we missed Hooters that much. Not alot to miss there anymore.

When I entered, the host was nice enough and she sat me near the big table with the big group. I was thinking to myself, of all the places, why this table? It seemed a little odd. After about a half a dozen times watching the server walk around, I was starting to feel ignored. Maybe they forgot about me. After about 45 minutes, I just wanted to see when they would notice. Again, there wasn t a lot of people there. Other people were finishing up and leaving, and new people were being seated and serviced, and the whole time, I was just left staring around. I m not sure if this is how the wait staff was trained, but none of the staff members will make eye contact. It s the most bizarre thing. Even the guy that I presume is the manager, who went around asking all the tables if everything was OK, also skipped me. There was a family that came in way after me, and was sat right next to my table, had their order taken and food delivered. I was tempted to ask if I can eat some of their s. I don t know, it just may have been a bad night, some sort of miscommunication, or maybe they just didn t like Asians. Eventually, the hostess noticed that I haven t been served and came to triage the situation. I ended up just leaving with an empty stomach and disappointment. Damn! I really wanted some chicken wings too. Oh well, what can you really expect from Hooters anyways?

3:00 pm. I wait 15 minutes to be seated. Twenty minutes to get order taken. Because they are short handed. Bar has 15 people sitting there. Bartender is taking care of all of them AND fixing drinks for the other three servers who are caring for maybe seven tables. About 16 or 17 people. The server who turned out to be my server standing at table next to me for ten minutes talking to the three guys there. Obviously friends or boyfriend.Meanwhile NO MANAGER TO BE SEEN. He/she probably sitting in office eating or napping. Guess I shouldnt be surprised...been to this location once before and service was the same. Time to close this location PERMANENTLY.

We ordered 20 wings, half lemon pepper and half Parmesan garlic to-go. The wings were so salty they were not even edible. After several attempts to reach someone at the store we finally gave up. There is literally no way to get our money back and that s very frustrating.

Stopped in today for a quick bite & a beer. What a great time I had. The most amazing, attentive, courteous and helpful Raven was my server. She was extremely helpful with a variety of food suggestions. The Caribbean Jerk Wings were outstanding. The Onion Rings were a great side. Raven kept my glass of Blue Moon from never going dry. An outstanding experience. Thanks mostly to Raven & great food.

Order the Loaded Tots for an appetizer. They were out or didnt have Chives. But they were good! Perfect amount of cheese, sour cream & bacon. Did miss the chives! The Chicken Sandwich with Daytona Sauce, grilled onions & Swiss was really good! However, I had to ask for more Daytona Sauce. The chicken was cooked perfectly! My fries were warm but tough. There was plenty to share. My wife ordered the shrimp tacos. She said they were tasteless. They had shredded cabbage on them, should have been coleslaw. The place was clean! The service was good! The white bikini tops and jeans shorts just were not Hooters Attire. This was our first visit in probably a year & a half. Nothing special to rush back too except for chicken sandwich & tots. Hopefully, they will have chives.

Just stopped in on the way home. Food was gross. Shrimp was raw and cold. I asked the server to ask them to cook a little longer. When it was brought back it looked exactly the same but with a bit more seasoning. Tastes exactly the same disgusting. Server stopped waiting on us altogether. Never apologized or tried to make right. The servers name was CeCe and all I can say is don t complain because you will get zero service afterwards. Pick a different restaurant this one is terrible. The manager was nice and courteous. Hopefully she can teach her servers how to be courteous as well.

Awful service, myself and my wife arrived and were told it would be a 15 minute wait there was no one else in line waiting and plenty of tables. We waited 15 minutes asked yhe hostesses if we could at least be seated, she said no we had to wait. Manager wasnt any help either she said we could sit at the bar. I said to here whats the difference between sitting at the bar and a tabke ordering drinks. We walked out of there dont recomend this place to anyone.

NOT the best Hooters in the chain... My son just turned 13 and asked to go to a Hooters and this one was the closest... It was slow Sunday in there in MY opinion... I told them it was my sons 13 birthday and I THOUGHT the ladies would come sing him happy birthday after our meal... Food was great, cuddos to the chef... Our waitress one the other hand should have checked on us more... I dont remember her even checking on us for drinks until we were about to leave... So we finish our meal, then she comes with a little (shot glass size) dessert for my son and says its on the house and that was it and walked away... As we were about to leave I asked why no birthday singing... Her response was The girls were busy (it a slow Sunday around noon or so)... My sons 1st time to a Hooters and we picked the wrong one to stop at... Hooters is suppose to be a FAMOUS fun family oriented business.... This one was too friendly in MY opinion... I think the best part was the food and the hostess, she was in the black top and was extremely nice... This Hooters fell WAY SHORT of expectations compared to others ones I have been to around the country...
