Doc is amazing and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get professional headshots done. It was my first time getting my headshots taken, and he made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. That helped me look more relaxed in my shots rather than stiff. He made sure to understand what the pictures would be used for, and if theres anything specific I wanted out of the session. Since I was new to this, he gave me direction and ideas to work with, which I really appreciated. Doc uploaded the shots into a gallery and was very responsive in helping me choose my final images. His edits are also beautifully done, as you can see from his past work!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! we had an amazing experience with Doc. I had contacted a few other photographers before Doc, but once I spoke with him, I knew I was going with him. From our first interaction he showed an interest to understand my needs and personality which he brings to bear in the pictures, and what amazing pictures we ended up with! The photoshoot session was fun, he didnt try to rush us through the session, I took my time with my wardrobe changes, I really had a great time. Hes not only very creative, he also has style! It was so hard for me to select my best shots because they were all so good. He worked with us in selecting the final photos and ensuring that the cost worked for us. He gave us the best deal ever!!! I cant stop talking about Doc. If you have any photography need or just want to celebrate yourself like me.... be sure to go to Doc List!

Doc is a great photographer! I highly recommend him for any type of photography. He is professional and really knows how to get that winning photo, especially for people like me that dont photograph well. I had the BEST experience working with Doc... Every time I meet someone new its always a little awkward but up until the day we collaborated we stayed connected and discussed details and I was always asked if I had questions or things I wanted to create discuss etc. Made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. No boring small talk at the shoot. All fun and getting to know you type stuff. Hes super genuine and so much fun while remaining 100% professional. Doc has an effortlessly creative eye and understanding of the human body and its ability to make magic in front of the camera. The studio is beautiful and set up so perfectly.. I even got to borrow a fun outfit from his variety of wardrobe.. The shots turned out amazing!!! Looking forward to our next project. I made an amaizng friend while creating. I strongly suggest hiring him for your next creative work of art.

Doc list took our wedding photos--before, during, and after--and they still get compliments as glowing as our marriage. Subsequently, Doc has taken studio portraits of Cindy and me which we take delight in looking out. Although the photographs are delightfully honest, if not candid, we continue to ask, Do we really look that good? It doesnt matter. The photos are that good!!

Posing naked in a studio with a stranger is no easy task! I was nervous! Doc List was very professional and instantly made me feel comfortable. There s something empowering about overcoming the vulnerability of nakedness, and Doc List s encouragement helped me achieve that. Even though Ive performed on television for decades, I find myself tensing whenever I am doing stills. Doc set the atmosphere at his studio that helped me to relax and get past my self-consciousness. The results were wonderful. Doc is a total pro and his artistic eye brings out the essence of his subjects. He certainly did with me. 10/10 Starting with excellent communication and constantly checking in on me to make sure we where on the same page. It made it very stress free to have such direct and constant contact of expectations, boundaries, and appointment times. In studio Doc has a really fun and easy going attitude, he was very respectful of social distancing which is important to me. His studio has excellent changing room and plenty of fabrics and props to get creative with and create ethereal images which also made it comfortable for me as a model to have a place to unpack or do final touches. I would absolutely encourage anyone thinking about working with him to do so.

We met Doc at the LGBT wedding expo in Austin and won a free photo session/portrait with him through a prize drawing at the event. We re glad we won because we had the pleasure of taking some beautiful pictures and got to know him a bit in the process. He s very professional but still creates a relaxed and friendly environment which is helpful when at least one person in your party doesn t jump for joy at the thought of picture taking. Ha ha. We did end up buying extra prints and digitals from our shoot with him because there were too many pictures we liked just to choose one. Ultimately, the prints we received were wonderful and we definitely plan to use Doc for any future portraits.

Doc took beautiful headshots for my son. He was extremely professional and quickly captured the essence of my son s character. When we showed up today to review the photos, he was able to narrow down the photos to 99 out of the hundreds he snapped. He also picked about 9 he thought would be best used as headshots and for my son s comp card. I was in complete agreement. His eye is impeccable. You know a photographer has done a brilliant job when you would like to leave the studio with all 99 photos. We will certainly be utilizing his mastery for years to come.

I am an actor, author, scriptwriter and instructor. I LOVE Doc. I have been photographed by him and have worked with him in collaborative ways in my web series, but I also simply enjoy his work in galleries! I could write volumes about how fun loving and incredible he is, or how flexible and hard working he is...lets face it, you dont have the time to read any of it, but let me Cliffnote it: he is AMAZING. Not only as a Photographer. Because he is easy to work with, open, creative, confident, encouraging and prompt.
