My family and I were celebrating my son s 21st Birthday and he wanted a good Western Burger. We came across Corralito restaurant and decided to try it. This place surpassed our expectations. The food was mouthwatering and my family enjoyed every bite of their meal. Our server Joseph was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. Also, I would like to recognize the manager Denae and her team for singing Happy Birthday to my son. Corralito Staff made this an amazing family experience!

Our waitress was fantastic (Jimena) I ordered a steak Medium done & when she brought it out, it was rare, so I sent it back & my daughter & I could hear the cook complaining about everything under the sun from the night shift doesnt replace the printer paper to the customer needs to learn how to order their steak because that steak is perfectly Medium, no it was not, it was RARE!! If Im paying $26.99 for a steak bet Im gonna get it cooked the way I like it. I advised our waitress that their cook needed to turn down the volume on his voice cause we could hear everything he was saying. She said yes, he is pretty loud. But overall, our experience was great because of our fantastic waitress Jimena!!! Thanks Jimena, for taking such great care of us!!!

I had been wanting to eat here for quite some time. Im glad I finally did. First, our waitress Alaina was sweet and told us all the great specials going on. She was really attentive. Her service was great. The food.. omgosh, delicious. Steak tampiqueño absolutely delicious. Salsas were very good. Manager came to our table to check on us. This will be my favorite steak restaurant. Better than the others.

My sister and I were in Lubbock Tx and found Corralito , the service is 5 stars the minute you walk in ! JQ our excellent server ! She was awesome and very pleasant and kind and perfect ! Such a cool laid back environment. There was no wait when we came around 4pm. We each tried something different and enjoyed them all. The salsa is fired roasted with the perfect amount of heat. JQ was very knowledgeable about the menu and Kevin stopped by with a friendly smile and joke.

We are from Big Spring visiting, and wanted to try something different. Courteous staff. The chips and salsa was great, especially the guacamole salsa/dip. Food choices were perfect for our family who all wanted something different. Staff was knowledgeable on explaining a few items we hadn t heard of. Great spot for a Sunday dinner (5ish) was very empty when we came. Definitely enjoyable and quiet atmosphere while we were here. Would definitely be visiting again for a date night. Kid-friendliness: We weren t sure what to expect, but with kids ranging from 6-13, it was a great spot. The staff was nice to the kids and explained what they would get with their order.

First, the sour attitude hostess was pretty unfriendly, seemed put out to seat us. My husband received a draft beer with salt and lime on the rim. The mushrooms were heavily over salted, we didnt receive our salad and lastly the steaks tasted very over chemically tenderized. Even the filet mignon! Not a good experience. We had a very unpleasant experience dining here for my mom s birthday. We were the ONLY 6 PEOPLE in the restaurant and our food took over 30 minutes to get to us after we insisted to the waitress that we had been waiting too long. On top of that, our orders were cold and half of them wrong. The funny thing is that the waitress told us that the cook left in the middle of cooking to go to the store so yeah, everything about this experience was ridiculous. Including the waitress who couldn t keep up with drink refills with us being the only ones in the restaurant. Management, if you care anything about your restaurant please address these issues because the experience was unacceptable. Kind of made me upset to have to pay for such terrible service.

Our waitress Sasha was great and the other staff was nice and attentive. First time here. Food took a while to come out and was cold. Had tenderloin tacos and the Arrachera house steak tacos and a side of enchiladas to try. House steak had more flavor and we enjoyed the enchiladas more. They did say food temperature seemed to be an issue maybe just on this night and needed to work on that, and offered a free appitizer to come back. Did not accept but will give it another try.

I got a couple drinks and some enchiladas! The food was amazing! Our host Alexcia was sweet and friendly and gave us a good spot. Sasha was the waitress she had the food out quick and hot, she made great drinks and she was just hustling all along the entire night! 10/10 to the entire staff up there!!

My son and I traveled to Lubbock for a family event. We googled best steak restaurant and Corralito Steak House Lubbock has the best reviews. I completely agree with the amazing reviews. Denae, the Manager, greeted and seated us very quickly. Our Server, Jade, was cheerful, professional and timely. The Sausage Burger was excellent. My Son had the 10oz Filet cooked extra rare. He loved his Filet. Great atmosphere and everything was super clean. Great Steak House and great service!!

The food was delicious, I got the corralito tacos and a baked potato. We were a party of 14 and everyone liked their food including the chips and salsa. Bella was our server super sweet and attentive! Would def recommend and be back when we come again from Dallas.

First time stoping in after driving by it almost daily and I wish I came here sooner. The food was amazing but the service however was too notch. Colton was hospitable and attentive and that alone will bring us back! He was on top of everything and lived up to the companies mission statement that s located right as you walk in. Will recommend to anybody looking for great food in a fancy atmosphere.

What a wonderful experience! The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. My family and I particularly enjoyed the Corralito Sampler, and the Dragon s Passion was very refreshing. When I went I had Alexcia as a host and she was great! She was happy, put together, and well mannered! She gave me a great seat and had my take out order ready by the time I left. Isabella was my server and she was amazing! The food was out quickly, she was attentive, and everything was spot on. Altogether from the cooking, seating, friendly faces, price and time it took to get food out I had no complaints. Vegetarian options: Dishes with out meats! Dietary restrictions: Just talk to them they re great Parking: Parking was very open and a lot of spaces! Kid-friendliness: Great place! Wasn t playing outrageous music, and kind servers!
