We had a party of 10 and the restaurant was dead, it took 2hrs to get our food, waitress kept forgetting what we ordered and seemed like she didn t care that we were there, food was cold and steak and hamburgers were over cooked. On top of that, the restaurant smelt like it was moldy. Disappointing because Red Lobster used to be our favorite restaurant.

Restaurant smells like fish tank and is decrepit as of 2024. The linens are gone, and replaced by cheap paper napkins. The furniture is broken. The waitress has halitosis. They didn t have any crab. The lobster tasted particularly old and fishy. The food was mostly inedible, and I m leaving my meal uneaten which is impressive considering I was raised in poverty. This was disgusting, and if the kitchen works like the dining room this place is a genuine hazard. Worst experience of 2024. Paid $100

It has been years since my last visit to this location. I remember Red Lobster use to be the go to place for sea food and we recently went for dinner to celebrate a 51st birthday. Growing up it was always a Big Deal to eat at Red Lobster, so we were going for the nostalgia We were a party of 12 and I called to make a reservation an hour and 1/2 before we arrived. They were able to accommodate us and had our table ready when we arrived and seated us immediately in the bar area. I think there was maybe two other tables seated. Not busy at all. Service was slow, but it was okay because we weren t in a rush and we were a large party. Only complaint was croutons on salad were rancid other than that the food was good. We arrived at 5:15 and left around 7 and it was much busier, but not packed. Overall it was good and I d say perfect if you have a large party. Just make sure to make a reservation so they can be prepared like they were for us. Kid-friendliness: Many options for the kids. Something on the kids menu for every picky eater.

Ive been to red lobster many times and I enjoy their food. We had a new server who was very sweet and kind back but Struggling with the menu and things like that. We went on a Wednesday and the special was surf and turf. Only twenty five dollars for a sirloin and lobster, tail with a side. I have to say it was very good and that was a really great price. Of course, you could not go to red lobster without eating their cheddar biscuits. I swear they must put crack in them because they are absolutely delicious. And its very, very hard to eat only just one.

Waitress was good, but took one hour to get our drinks, I asked for sliced lemons for my water and it took them 45 minutes to bring them after I requested them again. I ordered stuffed mushrooms which I never received. There were nats all over our table and in our food and drinks. There were 8 of us celebrating my wifes birthday. The mens bathroom was nasty, very unsanitary and paper towel racks were open and wet from other peoples wet hands. I will not ever go back again

We placed a large of food to go. The ordering process was simple online and the location did a great job. Almost everywhere I have ordered food something is missing or you can tell the food has been sitting. This wasn t the case at Red Lobster when we ordered. The food was hot, ready on time, and not a single item, sauce, cutlery, etc. was missing. I would definitely order from here again. Worth every penny knowing you aren t going to get home and find things missing.

The food tasted delicious and was freshly prepared. The biscuits were right out of the oven delicious. Our server had the only tables that were seated. It took her awhile to get to us and was very busy the whole time we were there. She provided time for the other staff time to congregate and chit chat.

Me and my daughter went yesterday morning, had the crab and shrimp scampi. Was all amazing. Didnt get pics because well we dug in. The waitress was so friendly and made us laugh, so much, we came in when it first opened and were treated with smiles by everyone and even had the door opened. Love this place and its my daughters and myself favorite place to go since she can remember. Kid-friendliness: They are amazing with kids and kid menu, they get to color as well

The host sat us quickly since it was an over all empty restaurant when we arrived. In the total 1 hour that we were there all we received was the bread ,water ,and our appetizer. Our food took 40 minutes to be brought out only after we asked to cancel the order. We didn t receive any water refills or were checked in on the entire time we waited for our food. Our appetizer took close to 20 minutes to come out. The mushroom appetizer was delicious ,but over all we did not receive good service .

Worst Mother Day Dinning ever. 1 star if I could give a zero star I would. We called at 5 asked about the wait...we know its going to be busy. They said on the phone its a 40 min wait. Being from the Midland area thats perfect time . We got there and the girl whoever was running the hosting station didnt even put our name down. To make a long story short we waited in the lobby for almost 2 hours to go and sit down for dinner. We approached the hostess different times about whats going on with our table we got a text saying or table was ready then we approached another lady she looks like maybe an assistant or something I dont know but basically she gave us the cold shoulder and told us we are going to have to wait more were basically fixing to leave and then another lady approached us brown hair dont know their name none of them had to name tags on and said is this your number we are so sorry let me take you to your table. They had no bartender no mixed drinks. People were having a drink out of plastic cups it was a mess we will not be going back here

We used to love this place, but the last few times the food and the service were subpar. We made reservations by phone 3 hours prior and when we arrived they checked us in and told us it would be a minute before our tdeparture able was ready. 45 minutes later the hostess told us that our reservation wasn t until 7:45 when I had actually made the reservation for 7:00. We were finally seated at 8:00. It took another 10 before a server took our drink order. Service was very slow, waitress was very unfriendly, and the food was hard, dry, and tasteless. Not to mention that I was brought the wrong food. We were there for almost 3 hours total!! It was $148 for a horrible meal and experience. The friends that went with us and another couple we know were very disappointed as well! Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

I got the endless shrimp, and it was amazing. They have a plethora of different shrimp flavors to try and I personally recommend the grilled shrimp. The server was so nice, and was understandable with my requests and inquiry s about the shrimp. The atmosphere was calm and very romantic. I highly recommend for a date but could get pricy.

No Ahy, good service, very bad service, I spent half an hour at the reception, the food is good but a lot of delay, they dont even bring you water with your drink, so the waiters dont serve you well at all and the floor is dirty. Our server was amazing. The food was good. Definitely try the bacon mac & cheese. The Gran patron margarita was really good. Perfect amount of alcohol just when you need it. The green apple wave which is new at red lobster is good. It s got a little kick to it so if you like ginger beer, definitely a must try. The coastal colada is a definitely must try. If you wanna try something with a kick, I would definitely suggest try and get spiked. Food was definitely good. It was cooked to order. We had some issues with the filet mignon being undercooked, but the waitress got that fixed and it came back perfect. If you are looking for a casual learning experience, I would definitely say this would be a great place to go for a family dining or a quiet date night experience.

This was by far the worst experience ever. Our server Crystal was extremely rude, she took almost 15 minutes to greet us ,the restaurant was not busy by any means. Crystal never came to refill drinks or remove dirty dishes from the table. The Manager Kristi brought the food to the table and when I explained I was missing an item and my side was incorrect the server Crystal appeared and acted as if I was delusional . The manager never apologized for the issue and when my missing item was brought out it was thrown on the table and she walked off as if I was bothering her. This was very disappointing we just asked for to go boxes and was offered a tiny container that would hold a side of fries, it would have been impossible to fit a plate of food, we had to ask for a bigger containers we payed our bill and just left. This is not how customers should be treated.

This was my first visit to Red Lobster in years. I only have one complaint and it s about them not having crab cakes anymore. I was taken to lunch by my good friend/ daughter in law. Our server s name was Kameela ( sorry I m misspelled her name); however she was great!!! She was very friendly and she didn t seem annoyed when we asked for things. Our cups were never empty. The restaurant was very clean. The food was freaking awesome. We both had the Ultimate Endless Shrimp. I had a grilled shrimp skewer, Walt s Choice shrimp, and the new Salt n Vinegar shrimp. All were delicious!!!! I enjoyed it so much that I had my husband take me to dinner on Friday night of the same week.

Me & my husband love red lobster we come here at least once a month sometimes the wait is long depending when you go but that is normal in this town , but this time we brought our friends to eat it was their first time eating here and they loved it ! I do not suggest this place at all. Smells bad inside the restaurant. Idk what the smell is, But its horrible. It smells like mildew, mold and idk what else. The smell sticks to you. The health department needs to give them a visit.

This is going to sound very familiar, but my wife and I used to work at the same Red Lobster at the same time many years ago. The one we ate at today was the same one we worked at and it is a shadow of the shadow of its former self. The menu that has been paired down there so much really doesnt have any real options. It reminds me of the menu at that Cafe on My Cousin Vinnie, breakfast, lunch, or dinner whats your choice. If they dont figure out that more options are what the people want than they will stop existing all together. Its just sad... Update, had crab legs tonight and they were good but the new stuff that they are putting on them is pretty much for looks since it doesnt really add any flavor but it sure does add to the mess.

Recently ate at Red Lobster in Odessa the service and food was great. The whole staff was wonderful the general manager, Mindy .the general manager Mindy came by to see how everything was. She was very friendly and polite! Great experience we will be back.

Friday night at 7:15pm and I m told an hour wait. While. Walking on seeing onto the restaurant there are 7 tables open and unoccupied. How is there an hour wait and only a couple of groups waiting on the lobby? Very disappointed

Every time we try to go here to eat, no matter the time of day or evening, the wait is always over an hour. Today, it was an hour and a half. How about starting call ahead seating, reservations, pening another location, something to make it easier to get in.

Went today for lunch... I ordered the endless shrimp offer, one of the 3 selections I made was wrong... About a third of the shrimp were overcooked... One that was supposed to be coated in hot sauce were only about 50% coated... Wife ordered the fish and chips, the fish was so overcooked you could have sanded the paint off a car... After being served the waitress never came back to see how we were doing until she brought the payment tablet my wife complained about the fish and the waitress said she took the (uneatable) fish off the bill like she was doing us a favor ... Then finally asked if I wanted anymore on my all you can eat shrimp, then it took another 20 min to get my second servings... Guess they are saving money and product by not having to bring more than 2 rounds... Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time or money...

Tonight, we had our date night dinner at Red Lobster. This time, I saw they had Biridi crab, so I had to try it. Cz we both are fans of deadliest catch. We started off with seafood stuffed mushrooms. My husbands main course was endless shrimp, and I had the Biridi crab. It was all delicious as ever. Thank you Dietary restrictions: We both are keto however tonight we both carbed my choice the mushrooms. my husbands choice was the biscuits.

Had to wait 30 min for a table. Then had to wait another 30 min for food. Hardly any people there. Then we didnt get any biscuits until our food got there. They were cold and hard. The side was supposed to be mashed potatoes. We werent told until we got our food that they were out of mashed potatoes. Then had to wait 10 min. For a baked potato. We then asked for more biscuits.
