I didnt take any pictures and will have to the next time I go. Quaint older home restored and remodeled into a cigar shop and lounge. Very friend staff and great selection in the humidor. The atmosphere and people there the few times Ive gone in have all been friendly and welcoming. Cant wait to go back and enjoy smoking and talking with friends in the future!

This place is amazing. Im new to this area and was quite happy when I found this place. I went on a Saturday, and they had a bunch of sales reps there. It was like a party/cookout going on. The place is a house with a backyard and everything. I didnt have time to hang out, but I wished I could have. Prices were roughly what I spent back where I used to shop. Ill be back.

I came in for the first time this evening. Great atmosphere, I was immediately approached by an employee, turned out it was Kurt the owner, I explained it was my first time, he gave me grand tour. Wonderful lounges, gathering areas, all wrapped up in a beautiful old home. I am a new cigar smoker, so it was really nice to hear a regular member step in and help out other new customers find the right selection for them. The overall experience was was excellent, I will certainly eeturn soon!

Bridge blew me away! I had never smoked a pipe (was recently gifted one) and he took 30 minutes to explain the history of pipes as well as showed me how to properly clean, pack and light a pipe. such an awesome experience! Their Q1 tobacco was great!

Came in from Mississippi and initially went to another cigar shop. After walking into the shop that shall not be named and not having a single person greet us or offer us any assistance after standing there for two minutes, we decided to head down the road to Eldorado and I am so glad we did. This shop truly makes your experience feel like home, pun intended. The guy working there that day, Bridge, was incredible! Friendly, informative to use cigar novices, and welcoming as all get out. My friends and I loved our time there and will definitely be stopping back by there the next time were in the DFW area!

Went this morning with a good friend of mine whos a veteran and a firefighter. Ive been wanting to come here for a while now.Selection was ok but the man attending the the place was not very hospitable. I like to browse because theres always something different Id like to try. He stayed with us in the humidor until we were done shopping. It was very awkward. My buddy smelled a cigar and he pretty much scolded him for it. We are both in our 40s and the last thing I need is something looking over my shoulder seeing what Im doing. I asked a question and his answer was Like I said... Maybe it was the time of week(Sunday). Good luck to yall but I dont see myself ever returning.

Never been in a better cigar lounge! Awesome atmosphere, comfortable seating, ample outdoor area, awesome humidor, phenomenal owner and staff and a must stop location every Wednesday night (trust me). Recently got a one-on-one pipe lesson from a member of the staff (Bridge). He gave me a step by step on prepping a new pipe, packing, lighting and post smoke care of the pipe. It s the first time I ve smoked a pipe and not had to relight. Bridge knows his stuff in all things tobacco. If you re not enjoying ya some Eldorado cigars you re doing it wrong. Can t recommend enough!

Eldorado Fine Chars is exactly what you would expect from a cigar bar/lounge. It has a comfortable seating arrangement, a bar area, na outdoor patio, and lawn games with a fire pit. The history of the house is cool, so make sure you ask the employees about it. This was our first time, so we got the tour. Staff is friendly. We will be back!

I was looking for an environment I felt comfortable! I m from the Bay Area in the San Francisco area. Last year I came to Texas visiting family in Fate during the height of COVID-19 and only purchased a few cigars! Bridge gave me a tour of the lounge, great customer service. Great new shop in downtown Rockwall, just North of the square. They have a good selection and a clean walk-in humidor. Memberships are done annually and come with a decent size locker. Good spot to catch a game with all of their TVs or to just have a whiskey night and relax.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at El Dorado Fine Cigars, a staff member by the name of Bridge was incredibly helpful in helping me pick out a cigar that I might like and gave us a tour of the historic home where they are located. He mentioned that they have memberships available and gave us the benefits of having a membership there and made us feel very welcomed. Im definitely considering gifting my husband a membership for his birthday, it would be a great gift for anyone really.

This is an outstanding shop. Feels like home. Great ventilation- so even the non- smoker can be very comfortable. TVs everywhere so you never miss any action! Great back porch to really kick back on a our nice fall days and nights. Need a recommendation Bridge can provide it - in fact if you new to cigars and he doesn t recommend it - skip it! This shop has a gorgeous humidor and a nice location complete with a great looking lounge and a backyard area that seems like it would be a great place to chill. That being said, anyone who s ever helped me/worked there hasn t worn a mask one time i ve been there. no social distancing and no regard for the fact that this product is something you re going to put in your mouth. also, every stick i ve purchased has been at least $1-2 dollars more expensive than any where else in town. sanitation in a cigar shop should be treated similarly to a kitchen- again, something you re going to PUT IN YOUR MOUTH. Selection and location aside, if you have any concern for your health during this global pandemic, i d avoid this shop.
