Was double charged on my tip that I did not approve of and the service was awful. I had to wait 20 minutes for water and tea and 40 minutes for the food. The waitress complained which was unprofessional. Would not recommend spending money here at all.

Ive never been in such a place that Ive regretted being in, let alone allowed the thought of me wanting to eat here. The food was not good, very slow service. The cook had no compassion whatsoever bcuz it showed in the food when it was brought out to us so much so that the manager took care of the bill with a party of 5. If I could give a zero, I would! My husband and I ordered online for pick up and they gave us a pick up time of 20 minutes after we put the order in. My husband went to pick up the food and he went inside and gave his name and they said you know it ll be out in a minute. An hour later, I told him to literally ask them where the hell the food was, and at that point they announced for everybody that was picking up online food orders (Approximately TWENTY PEOPLE) that they might as well just get a refund online because they hadn t cooked any of their orders. So my husband and TWENTY other people sat there waiting for minimum an hour, and the staff never once said we re not gonna be able to do your orders they just let them sit there with no information, including when people inquired about it. This is extremely unprofessional, but not surprising for Tyler because Tyler is just , stinking rude. Look, it s food service, not rocket science. If you can t fill the order, tell the people right away so that they can go on about their business and not sit in your restaurant wasting their time for an hour. I definitely won t be utilizing this IHOP ever again, Horrible customer service! P.S. They have essentially stolen the money of these TWENTY people as there is no way to request a refund on their website when you ve ordered online for pick up. I ll be calling my attorney in the morning about the theft of our money.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! We are a Black American Family and just wanted to have breakfast together. Waited 30 minutes before we had to go look for a waitress to get our drinks even ordered! They were not busy and a few waiter/waitresses they were sitting on their phones or hanging around the area. On top of that the waitress was rude when my family and I asked about when they would take our order for drinks, the woman rolled her eyes and proceeded to walk off. That encounter was a bad impression but we gave it another try until she came back and gave off the impression she didn t want to serve us, wasn t taking our orders down and was giving bad vibes. We decided to leave and instead of trying to keep us or even attempt to change our minds she shrugged her shoulders, said ok and just immediately walked off. I understand people have bad days, heck I do as well but please remember that we as customers mean no harm and just wanted to enjoy a regular breakfast out with family at a place I ve enjoyed eating at since a child. I hope no one else has to go through this, this experience has impacted my family and I but I hope in the future there will be no more situations like this

It s Good Friday today, trying to grab a late meal, two people, we are waiting to be seated for 30 minutes, we are here since 22:15. We saw 5 families came, saw they are not being seated and left, not the best way to make a good business as a restaurant if you are losing customers like that. An update, I took the food around 45 minutes to be ready. We were in the restaurant a total of an hour and a half and ate only 10 minutes out of it. The server Becca was nice and she is the reason it s not a 1 star review.

We normally have like a mediocre experience here but our server - Smiley - was so, so sweet. I absolutely loved her. I hate she was the only one working (I ve been there) but she didn t miss a beat. She was polite and kind and lived up to her name. My only issue has zero to do with her - I just wish there was more illumination of the building. It doesn t look like it s ever open! Went to this location due to the other location off broadway being too busy. Very little people at the time we sat down. Took 10 minutes for someone to come to place our drink order. 2 of us went to this very sparse IHOP location, across from Aldi. Feb. 17th, 2024 around 8:30-9:00 PM or so. Extremely neat and clean. Service and food were excellent. We had salmon and shrimp/cod platter. Impeccable quality, I was not expecting and pleasantly surprised. Thank you staff, I imagine it is not easy due to erratic hours and slow times. I appreciate you. Food was exactly as pictured on the menu, absolutely fresh tasting.

I wouldnt have even given one star but I had to give something. I placed an online order for pickup and drove all the way from Whitehouse to pick it up but, when I arrived I was told that they were closing early and were not taking any online orders. I was never called and told this was the case and was told I had to call back to receive a refund. If youre not taking online orders, you shouldnt take peoples money and then not call them to say there was a change in plans. So, basically you took my money but never gave me any food. This is awful customer service! I would like a refund!

Unfortunately, our experience was completely a disaster. We were a group of 8 and we were seated in a room with another large group. There was only one server and she was struggling to take care of all of us. Runners brought out our food from the kitchen. 3 of our plates were cold and the runner took them back to the kitchen. We were never offered any refills for our drinks and were not checked on to see if we needed any condiments to accompany our meals. After 15 minutes the server came out with our ticket and she had no idea there was a problem with our table. She went to the kitchen and came back asking if we wanted our food to be remade, which told me the food was taken back and had not been redone. The server told us she spoke with her manager and the manger said she would not charge us. I have never had this poor of service when I ve gone to a restaurant, it was a sad experience. The service was lousy. The food lacked... The Grits were soupy, SMH cheese wasnt melted in the Grits. The beef tips were tough and had way too much worshire sauce. It also had mixed onions ( green, yellow). The beef tips used to be my favorite meal at IHOP. This also used to be my favorite IHOP. The next time I am in Tyler, I will try the one on 64. I guess Belinda is the only person worth anything in the building. She had over 15+ tables on one whole side of the building, the only server out of five that was helping anyone at the entrance. (Literally stayed for almost a hour and never saw anyone else help the door, three of them looked at people, never spoke and kept walking.) The heavily pregnant girl was moving probably faster then she should being as shes about to pop any second. (Please do not name that baby pancakes if this place causes you to give birth) Service is the only five star rating. Food was good but Belinda made everything better. Its a shame to have to watch her struggle with no manager in site and other employees being blatantly ignorant towards paying customers.

Well, to start with, lets be honest. The atmosphere of an IHOP is what it is, a diner. That being said, this one was very clean and had very prompt and friendly service. The food, though, is where it was really on point. My girl and I shared a Colorado omelet, blueberry pancakes, and banana-caramel pancakes tacos. Every bit of it was phenomenal. Not one single thing to complain about. Check them out sometime. You wont be sorry.

They had plenty of waiters doing a great job. 10 tables I could see had no food for an hour but drinks were being brought out regularly. Not sure what the kitchen has going on because we waited an hour and a half for our food and then ended up getting sick after eating. Definitely not going back. Kid-friendliness: They had nice high chairs and they have a changing table, in the womens restroom at least, however my kids were crying saying they were hungry because it took too long to get our food. This place is a disgusting joke. They NEVER have workers, if you place an online order you wont get half of your food and the employees are lazy.

I ordered the Classic Eggs Benedict. The muffins were hard as a rock. I told the waiter and the manager about it. The manager should have offered me a discount to make it right. She did not do anything at all. I was very disappointed and won t be back.
