I had the worst experience ever with an old waitress, from the Waffle House in League City was the rudest person I have ever met. I will never ever visit another waffle House in my life because of this worst experience we had We cleaned our own table and she could care less. . We were there before other people, and she attended them before anything for the other table that we wanted to sit on, worst waitress ever. She should not be working in a place like that with the attitude that she had. I don t even know how she even got a job there. Rudest old lady ever

Our family always enjoys Waffle House. We were visiting from Florida to tour the Johnson Space Center and stopped here for breakfast. It was one of our favorite Waffle House experiences. Everyone was friendly and the food was great! Thank you for setting the tone for our day!

Came here a few days ago there wasn t very many people we sat down. There were like five or six employees after waiting 15 minutes some heavyset black girl with red paint in her hair, Finally took our order after an additional 15 minutes. We finally got our drinks. I ordered unsweet tea with lemon wedges. They told me they ran out of lemons. That was the first red flag. 30 minutes later they bring out one item for one of My friends. Dirty minutes after that, they finally bring out our food. Never brought out the hot sauce we asked for it. Got the hash brown order wrong. Then they had some other questionable looking dude with red paint in his hair as well. And there s always some Gotwick/crackheads standing outside. Anyway, since we were starving, two of us ate that slop my other friend didn t even eat. He just walked out. Our bill was $23. I left her a tip of two cents And made sure she seen it too. I placed it right on top of the money and the ticket. Manager owner needs to hire better people.

My family and I stopped here on vacation we were heading to Galveston Beach and had been wanting to eat waffle house for a while so we figured we take the opportunity to stop at this location it was horrible the brought out only some of the food which the hash browns were completely over cooked the eggs were half cooked and they completely forgot I order grits and then instead of apologizing they proceeded to have a terrible attitude needless to say it completely ruined my breakfast I will never stop at this location again oh and let me not leave our that at no point did I receive my complete breakfast I ordered

I had enjoyed this location for a few months, however the older waitress overnight is extremely rude. She criticized my food twice, implying I was getting too much food and then making a comment when I finished it. She also kept touching my friend s arm, making a joking gesture to get her to eat her food. Very weird experience. I m unsure of her name, but she s 55+ with gray hair in a bun and white. I refuse to return as she made me uncomfortable.

Highly disappointed in this Waffle House tonight. Only once in a blue moon we eat Waffle House as we do not have one close by and have to drive over 20 minutes. I ordered online 2 Allstar meals. The first one I submitted no toast, grits instead of hash browns and received no grits for that order and plain hash browns instead with toast. The second meal I ordered mine with hash browns paid the extra money to have them smothered and covered and only received plain hash browns. I also got a side order of grits for mine and just ended up having to split them. I paid good money for good food with a service fee plus a tip. I already knew my food would need to be heated once I got home, and then on top of it not what we asked for. If it wasn t for our bags being tied up and ready I would have checked . Really didn t expect that. FYI- check your to-go orders.

First time going , even though its walking distance from home. Got the midnight munchies so it was time.y wife and I had really good waiter service. Ray was attentive , and wrote down our orders correctly. He greated us with a smile and was very personable. My wifes Angus cheeseburger was really good . I took a bite , so Id know if I wanted to order one in the future ... I had the Texas cheese steak melt , with no onions. Ray wrote down no onions. I get my food and have to pull out all the onions..... The bottom bread was soggy as hell . The sandwich itself did taste good , otherwise. My hashbrowns were cooked perfectly... and a delight to eat. So good in fact , I ordered another one to go. Well to my dismay , the cook , the same cook mind you , barely cooked that one at all. Its browned , but absolutely no crispyness . Just a soggy mess. Very disappointed. Not sure Ill go back. Jack in the box is just a couple minutes away. At least they always gety order right. If the cooks service is that hit or miss , Id rather just not waste my time or money. Ill just pass.....

The coffee was good, would had been better if the waitress had brought it instead of leaving it on the counter to cool. Service is not fast but very friendly. So Waffle House is a strange place, a super reliable place to get a decent meal pretty quickly. They are pretty small inside with about 5-6 tables and a bar that sits 10-15 people. They still take orders on paper and you pay at the register. They are open 24/7 365 days a year, in fact FEMA has an unofficial disaster scale based on Waffle House s operational state. If the Waffle House s in the area are fully open then the disaster isn t that bad, if they are closed then it s apocalyptic. The waffles are good, better be at a place called Waffle House. The bowls are big and definitely filling. The breakfast sandwiches are excellent. Definitely come by if you want some Good Food Fast.

The location is amazing, great energy. All the staff members spoke when customers entered. Marissa was the manager, she had her team in sync even with a rush on an early Sunday morning! They never answer the phone for take out and don t do online ordering. The victory lakes location does answer. I recommend calling them instead. Went here after a punk show and everyone was very nice, especially since it was around midnight. My friend and I got our food and drinks and had fun chatting at our booth. Despite being dressed like your typical 90s punk goth, the staff was nice. So nice in fact that one woman asked if we were alright. We assured her that we were perfectly okay and just wanted to grab some late night breakfast food before heading home. Great food, nice staff, and a wonderful place to go to after seeing a punk concert.

Walked in, bar full of dishes, 2 tables full of dishes. Manager finishes cooking the food and walks to the back. Staff just standing around. No one pre bussing at all. I started cleaning one table and my mom started cleaning the other. One person walked in and a staff member just ignored the person when he is trying to order as they did us and the grandmother and grandson who came in at the same time we did. The excuse was we are shortstaffed. As a former employee of Waffle House over 20 years ago, if we did not prebus or say Welcome to Waffle House, we would be sent home. If we talked to our customers the way that they did, we would have been fired. When you see the server just pick up the tip and not clean the table, then you know they do not want you there and are just waiting for you to leave. Her comment was, I guess I am not leaving early. They had 5 servers, 2 cooks and a manager and none of them can take care or help if they were so busy. No teamwork, nasty attitudes. When the comment was said that we were previous employees/managers of there, the waitress said then get a uniform on to help. When we pretty much did by bussing the tables for them. What happened to the customer is always right? This is NOT the Waffle House Way. The entire shift, if not the entire staff at the store, needs to be retrained the Waffle House Way from management to server or SHUT IT DOWN!! That is ok. Cracker Barrel got our money since they did not want it.

We had take out from here and ordered a waffle that wasn t able to be eaten because there was no syrup accompanying the waffle. We paid 27 including tip for a damn waffle and biscuits and gravy. You d think syrup and butter would be included. When I called the manager, I was told that they never include syrup unless it s ordered! Really? Syrup is not included with a waffle? Most ridiculous thing I ve ever heard. We ve been to Waffle House many times and never had to order syrup for take out or dine in. There are so many other breakfast places around the area that if your paying 27 dollars for breakfast, don t waste your money on Waffle House. Go somewhere that you do get accompanying condiments with your meal. I know we will think twice before we use them again. The two workers there when the items were picked up, were too concerned about their nose rings and chit chat to worry about adding syrup to the order!

The best Waffle House Ive been to, and we go often enough! The staff is friendly and the food is really good for breakfast! They are constantly clea ingredients and straightening up. The bathrooms are very clean. Highly recommend if you like waffle house for breakfast

waffle house here is a little discombobulated, compared to others Ive been too across the nation, but nevertheless the food is consistent. Had egg shells in my eggs, but mgr comped the meal-so I gave the difference to the waitress working on Christmas day. Wont stop me from coming again, things happen. Stores clean, bathrooms clean. The flow seemed slow.

Great food, not great service. My family and I came in, half the tables were full and the other half were dirty. I asked someone if they could clean a table. She said yes and then walked away. The next time I saw her she was taking someone elses order. We continued to wait while she brought the same table drinks. We asked another person if they could clean a different table and she said it would be a while longer. We waited about 5 more minutes and then went to the WH in Webster where we had excellent service and the food was great.
