Very bad attention and cleanliness, very bad service and lack of respect, I went to the place through a job application and they gave me an appointment, I arrived that day and the person who was supposed to attend to me was not there, they told me to come another day at 2 in the afternoon and I went and the person was not there either and they didnt even let me enter the place, they helped me at the door, I dont know what form of hiring that is and I dont know what conditions the employees really have

The young hispanic girl (cashier) with big thick eyelashes.. I looked at my receipt no name on it, didnt see a name tag only way I can describe her.... But she was very rude and very annoyed by me asking what the deals and promotions were and was annoyed that I was going to make the online order at the register (store bone dry empty)because I asked about the $7 lovers deal and told me I couldnt order a personal pan pizza The Hut deal in store but I ordered it at the other Pizza said they were different franchises and had different deals told us we couldnt sit in the restaurant because its closed so we sat in our car never called us for our food never brought the order out never nothing shes very rude I will never return to this pizza again... And it took 20 minutes to get the food but the employees seem to be able to sit outside and smoke cigarettes I was confused on policy an procedure at this store for sure

Health department would have a hey day at the Pizza Hut on 8th Street in Odessa. Place is trashed out. It is noon, normal lunch time and the chairs are still stacked on tables. I am the only customer in the restaurant. Floor is filthy, sticky and dirty and most likely not swept or mopped from night before. Bathroom is gross with filthy commode. My memories of Pizza Hut dine in are shattered. Wont return and requested my family find another restaurant for lunch.

I would never order from Pizza Hut location at 2131 E 8th St, Odessa Tx ever again due to bad customer experience, ps i am a former employee from ( Snyder Pizza Hut ) I had ordered the dinner box with three different pizzas & two orders of Wings & three 2 liter drinks They forgot to give me both of my wings & drinks cause they didnt inform the driver about the wings & drinks The driver was nice to give me a ride to pizza Hut to get the rest of my order, but they want me to pay for the other wings, all they had to do was replace the wings or give store credit but no they give me attitude instead I dont know what kind of manger that allowed employees to treat customers very bad, ps the restaurant was very dirty in the kitchen area PS the Lady who took my order her name was Jessica

I had ordered online for carry out, it was around 9:00pm, and I decided to wait in the curbside parking area for my pizza. No one else was in the parking lot besides employee vehicles, I assume. I noticed many employees looking through the windows at my car, with a concerned look. A few minutes pass by, and 3 OPD officers surround my car. The pizza hut employees had called the police on me, as they thought I was a threat to them, by simply sitting in my vehicle waiting for my pizza. As soon as I got out of my car, the police stepped back as they realized I was not a threat, and was in fact, simply waiting on my pizza. The employees all began to apologize to me, and offered free condiments, but I was not phased. The incident was shocking, and slightly traumatizing. The pizza was good, but the experience was not.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I was denied to reorder after they posted my order as delivered. Thus location needs to be shut down. This is not the first incident Ive had. I want there last Sunday July 23 right about 8:06 p.m. When I walked in it looked like all the staff were sitting at a table having a good time all the dining chairs put in the tables, but when I said I wanted to dine in they said that the dine in closes at 8:00 pm. That I could only order carry out. I had friends coming with me, but due to no dine in available we decided to go elsewhere. Is this common for all pizza hut stores or is this the only store doing this? Ive started reading the reviews for this store and Im seeing a pattern of the lack of interest for making this a great store from the top down. So sad to see what used to be a great chain now is horrible.

Called in and they made up a story about how they knocked 8 times and called me multiple times. Neither happened. This store has really great customer service and the pizza was amazing. They forgot to put the 2 liters coke and the driver said no worries i will be back with him.
