I highly recommend this service for anyone who is overwhelmed with figuring out how to organize and store their photos! Charissa is very thorough and knowledgeable in all areas of photo/video preservation and I felt comfortable leaving my memories in her care! She has shared many valuable tools with me which will help me to stay organized in the future.

Had a great experience getting an old 1970s university color photograph enhanced. It was a very rushed project and the communications and updates from Charissa were great. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience has been. Yes, Charissa at Forget Me Not Photos knows more about photos, photo restoration, and photo organization than most people on the planet. Yes, she removes all the confusion about where and how to store my photos to eliminate duplicates, ensure all important things are preserved, and reduce the clutter. But the absolute most amazing thing about this process is that she has made it possible to easily revisit all the important occasions in my familys lives with a few clicks! These memories are truly priceless. There was a time I thought I had lost all my familys digital photos for about 12 year period (all the photos of my kids growing up). I was thrilled when these were recovered, and wanted to get them organized. Charissas facial recognition software and her expertise made it possible to categorize tens of THOUSANDS of photos. This is my Christmas present to my extended family this year. All will get access to photos with their loved ones, converted home movies from long ago that now play digitally (!), and printed photo books from paper scrapbooks made long ago. At first my husband wondered what it was all about. Now I think he may be the biggest champion of Forget Me Not Photos! He and I are both telling all our friends about how amazing the solutions are! Ive wanted to digitize my home movies for some time now but I was so scared to send off my priceless memories. Working with Charissa gave me so much peace of mind. Forget Me Not Photos was a pleasure to deal with. I used their services to touch-up and colorize a couple of old photos. I would highly recommend them if youre looking for similar work. So what sets this company apart from the others? Short Answer = Service. 1) The owner listens and carefully takes notes of ALL your specific details. 2) The owner wants you to be 100% satisfied and will brainstorm with you to ensure you get the best finished product. 3) If there is some minute detail that bothers you -- dont be afraid to bring it up. More than likely, it is an easy fix for these professionals. It will allow you to sleep better at night :) In summary, my overall experience with FMNP was A+!

I am thrilled with the results of my photo project. Charissa took me through each step as she designed a path forward to digitize all of my old photos. I now have a totally cleaned up photo library with searchable key words. She optimized the storage requirements and provided steps for a monthly maintenance plan. I can now use and share my photos so much more fully than I could with my photos stacked away in boxes. I highly recommend Forget Me Not Photos.

Forget Me Not Photo Solutions provides a unique service that I was grateful to find. Charissa provided me with impeccable and professional communication, understood exactly what I wanted but couldn t articulate, and provided an exceptional work product that I never imagined. Spanning a long lifetime that included my years as a high school student, college co-ed, graduate, young professional, newlywed, mother-to-be, proud mother, seasoned professional, world traveler, landscaper, and the list goes on, I had accumulated stacks, boxes, albums, sim cards, digital files, and iPhones filled with photos of so many memories and events. On my computer were almost 85 GB of over 27,000 photo/video files, on my iPhone alone there were over 10,000 taking up over 30 GB of valuable storage, and in multiple cabinets, garage, attic, there were boxes upon boxes that contained hundreds of hard copy photos. Consolidating and organizing these was something I always wanted to figure out and seemed to always be on one of my I ll get around to it someday lists. Well, I ve never gotten around to it. A good friend mentioned the services that she had obtained from Forget Me Not and Charissa, and I quickly reached out for a consultation. What would take me hours and days to think about, learn how to digitize, and formulate a game plan to consolidate and organize (let alone actually start and finish the project), Charissa was able to do in a matter of weeks. Charissa compiled a digital copy of all hard copy photos, backed them up to my secured cloud platform, and organized them by date, event, and in the other categories that I requested. Charissa provided many options such as starting with the organization of digital files and then moving onto the hard copies (which required me to search the various locations in the house). In addition to the fully organized digital files she provided, she also organized all of the hard copies! This is a great and unique service, and I am so glad to have stumbled upon it. Forget Me Not Photo Solutions was a godsend for me. I had photos on different iPhone accounts, old hard drives, in random boxes, in frames etc. Many of my photos were not in good shape. I had newspaper clippings that I wanted to archive. I had videos on iPhones, DVDs, Vimeo, and old cassettes from our old camcorder. They were everywhere, but I had no easy access to them. Charissa took all of these, digitized them in one place, completely organized them all, put them on an online cloud based system that is easy to use, and provided backup copies of everything. She even found a large number of digital photos that I thought were lost on our hard drive. She put all our paper photos in archive boxes and organized them. I can now get on one app and search for my photos/videos/clippings by person, date, place, event, etc. I can also use the app to stream my videos. This was truly an amazing experience. I have lived in fear for years of losing my photos of my kids when they were little and of my ancestors to time and degradation of their photos. I never have to worry about that again. This has given me incredible peace of mind to have everything saved, safe, in one place, and easily accessible. Throughout the entire process Charissa communicated extremely effectively, was very professional, and performed every task I asked her to do with great skill. Her knowledge on my options was exceptional. I would recommend her and this company without reservations for any photo issues you may have. If you have been considering a project like this, do it. It will make you so happy you did.
