Mr. Parzivand gave me only win in my fight with a large healthcare corporation. This corp. has deep pockets and already humiliated me personally and jeopardized my career plans. When leaving my former place of employment, there was a lot of legal challenges that arose that was way over my head but thanks to Mr. Parzivand s immense knowledge of the employment law, the transition was very smooth. He facilitated all legal correspondence with the opposing counsel so I personally didn t have to deal with them, while keeping me up to date regularly with the progress of the case. You have come here because either you or someone you know need help with an employment issue. We can certainly agree that these matters are not the pleasant one to be in, but sometimes legal means are the way to seek justice. In my case I had a situation in which it seemed the Employer acted without following certain expected guidelines resulting in unfair treatment. I approached the Employer, but my requests fell to deaf year. So I wanted to check if I had a case to pursue, my goal was to make them undo and correct the mistake they made. Here is my take-away: 1. Hessam is reasonable without the overhead of big firm law offices. You get the personal attention your case deserves, without having to lose your shirt. 2. Like with any services you hire, it helps if you know what your goals are, seek to work with the provider you have engaged. Along these lines Hessam is completely transparent, honest, will listen to your objectives, advise you on your options, and help with the path you have chosen. 3. He is not afraid to take on big corporations or act tough as and when needed for the desired goals and justice. 4. Going in you would have an idea of what you will be spending and what might turn-out at each juncture. 5. He is honest and transparent, you pay for the services and help you seek, you will not think he is out there just to make money, drag your case; it is a fair exchange.
