Beware, very very angry manager at this location! We got to see him yell at the employees, complain about employees to the drive thru customers and then get rude and disrespectful with a delivery driver. Very interesting. Food

I ordered a Bacon Biggie bag and got 2 kids meals. I had them delivered because I do not have a vehicle right now. I called up there and the lady who answered the phone, asked me to bring in my receipt. I explained that my car isnt here rn that is why I ordered through door dash. She continued to tell me to bring in my receipt tomorrow when the manager is there. I got upset and hung up. I LOVE Wendys food. This is unacceptable.

Sat in drive thru for 15 mins 1 hour before close didnt even bother to say closing early helped 4 cars in line ahead of me and 8 cars behind me were waiting. They were hiding peaking around food prep counter.

I do not recommend this place. I just spent a while waiting to be served and the employee is looking at me as I am there to order and continues talking to a customer as if I were not there, after getting tired of waiting for them to finish their conversation. I decided to leave. I dont plan to return to this place.

The past 5 times our drive thru orders have been wrong. Hamburger only Ketchup. How hard is that? Also the staff doesnt know the difference between a Hamburger and cheese burger. So many things wrong with the communication at this store it I too much to write. Food : 3/5

Well now I just had my mvr ran .. an. I spoke to the county clerk an they just mentioned that the case i had in 2020 which was handled by Jason was not dismissed I specifically mentioned that I wanted to work with them to help my record jason mentioned they could help... I had to do a probation period which I completed With good terms... but my case still seems not to be dismissed? How can this be... .. I waisted a pretty decent amount of cash on this firm..

The experience was pleasant overall. Its a simple fast-food joint with decent service. While the nuggets were just okay and didnt stand out, the customer service was exceptionally warm and cheerful, adding to the positive atmosphere of the visit.

I ordered a baconator fries and this is what the MANAGER (a man) gave me. No BACON, fried were cold n the cheese wasn t even melted !!!!! N they served this to a customer (me)!!!! How embarrassing for Wendy s that this is what the service and their food looks like when they serve it to the customer! I hope this gets to the right people so that some attention would come to this place. So sad! In other places the Wendy s is my fav! This place is a joke

almost every time my partner and I come through theres been menu items messed up or missing, and the past 2 or 3 times now, we get to the drive through about 12:30-12:45 a.m. and theres nobody there at all to take our order. during the time it took to write this out, there were 3 or 4 other cars that just left the drive thru. if theres an hour change thats more than fair, just post signage that theres been an hour of operations change.

My fiance went to Wendys specifically for me after working a 12-hour shift and needing to come home to eat and shower and go to bed so he can get up at 5:30 in the morning. He ordered me a Daves single and a queso fries and I did not get queso fries I got cheese fries so I called the store and I flipped out on them I dont understand why people cant do their job! Because last night I came through the drive-thru and got queso fries with no problem at all so I wish I could leave no stars at all but unfortunately I have to leave at least one star!!!!!!

Went through drive through. Sat there longer than usual. Employees would look at me but wouldn t acknowledge I was there. When I did get my order, the employee quickly handed it to me with no pleasant communication at all. I had to honk my horn to get someone s attention to get my french fries which had been missed. I should have left without them, because they were room temperature and dried out. I wish they were like in the commercials. I miss the days that there were rules on how long the fries could sit there. One good thing about it is my dogs enjoyed them.

When you are going through the drive-through? You can t get ketchup or napkins? Unless you ask. Why have a drive-through when you re in a hurry and you can t even get napkins. It happens all the time at the Wendy s I frequent. Whataburger doesn t do it. Other burger joints seem to accommodate when you re in their drive-through. I m always in a hurry if I go through the drive-through and I m not even set up with napkins. I find it disgraceful.

Im at a loss for how they can mess up an order with two sandwiches and two sides. They gave us one sandwich we did not order, and completely forgot the other sandwich. Very disappointed. After ordering 50 dollars worth of food and getting home to see that only fires and chili Bowles were right makes me mad. Never had issues till today but it was an experience issue. My burgers 9 of them all were supposed to have it all and when I arrived home they only had cheese, one piece of meat and buns. Next time Ill just go to sonic next door. I didnt wanna cook because I was to tiered but ended up having to go into my kitchen to add I paid for that they didnt add because they were to busy . Very disappointed!!!!
