Appears to be False advertising. Look how small the real beef and cheddar is compared to TV picture! Bait and switch. Website said 2 for $7 beef and cheddar everyday value meal They refused to honor it. So 3 beef and cheddar cost me $20.55. and they were dry and stale with not much beef or cheddar. Its a shame cause I always adored an Arbys. Have been going to Arbys for 40 years.

I love Arbys food. I always purchased the double and made two meals out of it. Sadly, they have shrunk the bun and raised the price. Still good, but made me sad. There won t be as many Arby stops in the future. The combo meal turned into 18$ and that wasn t going large.

The old Arbys location was way better than this new one. This is my 2nd time to eat at this new location. The 1st time, I got a favorite gyro of mine & I vowed never to go there again. They actually had 1 tiny piece of gyro meat. This time I tried the brown sugar blt. I watched many videos on YT seeing how amazing this sandwich looked, plenty of bacon. I never post reviews but a 2nd time receiving no kind of protein is ridiculous. I basically got a blt without the B. Not to mention the bacon had no brown sugar. It was regular bacon. The whole point was to try something different. I bought 2 sandwiches for my mom & I. Cost came out to $16.43. So, Im not an unreasonable person. I get that places can run out of things so why not tell your customers that you are short on that so we can purchase something else. Dont rip off customers, just be honest. Such a hard concept it seems.

I love Arbys, always have. I rewatch the Pepsi commercial on YouTube at least once a week because its hilarious. But what happened to the sizes of things? I swear my burger looked like a Krystal or White Castle burger. We have the meats! Just in tiny burgers eh? Still love you and choose you over every other fast food joint. I had a roast beef N Cheddar combo with a side of cheese for my fries. The meat was fresh and hot as were the fries. I tried the horsey sauce, it was sooooo good. I never tried it before, I normally stick to the Arbys sauce. My daughter ate all 4 of her nuggets so I guess those were tasty too, as she normally pays more attention to her surroundings than her food when we go out.

Staff did not greet us and referred to us rudely. Took way too finish our order despite us being the only ones in the store (including no-one in the driveway). Upon our order finishing, despite being the only ones in the store, when they yelled our order one member of my party went up to retrieve our order, he stood there for several minutes as they kept calling us. Went through drive through and was very quick load out time. 1 thing I appreciated the most was not just the courtesy at the drive through window, but condiments and the napkins I received with my meal and was still asked if I needed anything else. I was already in awe by just the little things and the napkins did it seeing how all these fast food places in Victoria, TX never give you napkins 98%of the time

This is the second time weve tried Arbys since they opened here and we will never go back again. First time got some sort of spicy roast beef sandwich it was awful and today my husband and I went through the drive-thru ordered two Reubens and one lg order of curly fries, its a good thing I looked in the bag no curly fries had to go inside to get them.. I will say the curly fries were very good but thats it the Reubens were so bad I threw mine out and my husband didnt like his at all, evidently they dont even know how to make them NEVER AGAIN. Dining room closed due to no one can/wants to work so drive thru only. Out of all chicken products. Only familiar with current menu items and nothing from old menu. No smile. The blame squarely goes to franchise owner and manager. Fire them all and hire someone who actually knows how and wants to make something successful. It is obvious these people don t care about customers or if they can make any money. I should have taken the clue when you see no cars in the parking lot or in the drive-thru, you re about to get a bad experience. Btw, save your money by closing the restaurant. How? You paid for utilities, staff, and food costs (and food waste). That night I would be surprised as bad as it was that they made maybe $100-200 in sales. You lost money. That is the manager s and franchise owner s fault but being ignorant with how to run a fast-food establishment.

Weve gone here twice in the last month. The first time drive thru: the guy was rude on the intercom. Then I noticed before leaving that I was missing a fry. Then I got all the way across town and home before realizing I wasnt given any Arbys sauce or horsy sauce. Then we had the beef and cheese sandwiches... But they had no cheese and no Arbys sauce. Since I wasnt given my receipt I dont know if I was charged for it or not. Then we went last week, inside: they kept getting my order wrong. Had to ring it up twice. I dont really begrudge the girl helping us, she told us she was new and I could tell the people training her were too occupied with being arrogant and rude to actually train her. The food was ok. But for the price, Im not sure how often well eat here with such poor service. Also... Frustrating you cant order from the actual Arbys app.

Can I give a 1/2 star ? I love Arby s but will never stop in Victoria , Tx again. Buns were stale , out of ketchup and little cups to get the sauce. Asked for ketchup packs but never received. Told we will get you ketchup when we have time. Never had time. Manager was rude , rude, rude. The help she had was with high or drunk. I think dogs get treated better at the dog pound.
