First time going to this franchise. Service was good. Young lady that took our order was nice. My daughters and I enjoyed our mangonada ice cone even though it gave my youngest a stomach ache which could have just been from the chili powder. My husband got the Oreo shake,not sure what its called,but he said it tasted a little bit like Dr pepper, either way he liked it he just couldnt finish it (he likes anything sweet). What I couldnt stand was sitting there any longer than we needed to because it smelled like a restroom all over the place or more like restroom cleaner or when they clean with old mop or rag. We came in using a gift card and they couldnt tell us how much was left on our balance either which was kinda weird. Id give this place a try again but I wouldnt want to sit inside smelling like that. Hopefully it was just that one instance we happened to walk in when they cleaned and unfortunately made it smell bad.

The worst place Ive had to pickup Doordash orders in all the surrounding areas. Every single time I have to struggle to get anyones attention and end up waiting way too long. Today I arrived at 4:44 to pickup an order. The employees never pay attention to assist whoever they see standing there. Basically have to yell out excuse me over the blasting music. Guy says theyre working on the orders and its 5:20 when I finally get asked what Im waiting on by someone else. I say Im waiting on 2 orders. With only 5 items. She said it would still be around 10 more minutes because one order had 3 items? I ended up cancelling both because I didnt believe itd be ten more minutes. The entire time Im waiting there you see them call out orders no one can even hear so when they get to the counter they ask if thats theirs. The employees dont even know what the item is. Its so unorganized and unprofessional.

I will update review if things change. They were accommodating the one time I did call and they remade it but the remake was the same. I let it go 3 times but now on 4 occasions i have gotten dill pickle in the last two weeks. I dont know whats being done differently but it has almost zero flavor. Not sure if they got the mix wrong or changed brands but ive loved them for a long time its just recently whatever happened has made me not want to return for that flavor. Hopefully it gets fixed. Edit for response. Thats fine and i understand things change its just been over the last 2 weeks so maybe they messed up locally or barely put any flavor in these. I get its harder to see the pickle flavor i just dont know what changed so quickly.

Its such a fun place for the whole family. The employees love their jobs, and it shows. We love to play all the sticky games that are provided. It would be great if they offered a no dye option and maybe no sugar option. Syrup made with stevia would be an added bonus! Kid-friendliness: Great for kids

I bought a large Dr. Paradise Premium Soda they have and it was delicious. Unfortunately I only got to have a few sips of the drink and it was empty because apparently the cup was filled 90% of the way with ice. The soda is already not cheap, so this felt like a total scam and I am very upset with my experience. Edit after reply: Either the staff didnt follow your guidelines, or your guidelines are meant to give people the least amount of drink possible. By the time I finished the drink, it was still 80% full with ice. Dont waste your money!

This location is consistently below average. The employees are low energy, and seem like they hate their job, not a smile anywhere. My kids snows were supposed to be baby flat tops, and they only filled them up 3/4 of the way. With the prices being so high, I expect they would at least fill them up to the top. We understand that good help is hard to find, but its consistently unhappy teens at the counter ruining the customer experience.

Gross this place is a filthy sticky mess. There wasnt a single clean table to sit at and our feet were sticking to the floor everywhere. When we got our shaved ice they were gross. Wasted time in line for them to get everything wrong, then they got bothered by us asking them to correct it, granted they had only handed us one of them then asked us for it back after my kid was already eating it. Watching them through the window arguing about it while they kept staring back, (this was only us asking them to make them flat tops.) Few minutes passed and all of the employees looking back hiding behind their equipment passing the snow cones between them, we just decided to cancel everything and get our money back, just to be told they dont show receipts with credits on them, save your money, go to another establishment that cares about customer service. I visited this place a few weeks ago and I was very disappointed. The placed smelled sour when I walked in the front door and the young lady scooped my ice in the cup with her gloves hands. Not knowing if that was the process I waited for my drink anyway paying nearly $5+tax. Lets just say I would not be back and this experience was not the same as the one that came to my job. They were professional, the ice did not melt after 3 minutes of being in the cup and they used a scooper not there gloved hands. Also please tell your employees do not wipe the outside of customers cup with the dirty rag use a disposable napkin.

I love getting their plain snow. The flavors are just overly sweet for me. Management helped me with a customized party pack. It was awesome of her to go above & beyond. Also, just for future customers a partypacks of sno will last 12 hours in a AC environment. I drove 5 hrs to my destination with it & it lasted over 12 hrs. Thank you so much

Every time I visit this place I use the drive thru. Its never quick service, and I feel like Im always being rushed. However, on my last visit, the person who was at the window was extremely nice! She didnt rush me when I was at the box placing my order, nor at the window. I dont remember her name; but please hire more employees like this! Besides that...the snoballs are always delicious! This review is strictly about the customer service. I am well aware that this seems like a teenage crew. But there are truly no common manners. You walk in and they just stare at you & keep working. No hi, I ll be with you in a moment, nothing. Just act as if you aren t standing there until you speak up first. I ve picked up DoorDash from here 2-3 times now and each time the same experience. I witness other people coming into order getting ignored the same. Not sure if calling and asking to talk to a manager would help bc there is never what seems like one in sight but would be glad to upgrade or remove this review when it s addressed.

Absolutely loved the customer service and great shaved ice! However, EVERY SINGLE PERSON that is handling ANY food, needs to wear gloves and that was not the case, today. A SWEET young man handed me my item after wiping his hands on his sweaty clothes and touching the order iPad That is not sanitary at all and I am disappointed in this location. Please do better because being sanitary is a requirement.

The only workers that had on gloves were the ones putting ice in the ice shaver, the person opening the tiny umbrellas didnt have on gloves (she touched her nose and her hair then continued opening the umbrellas touching the stick that goes in your shaved ice). There was another girl getting cups with no gloves touching the inside and rim of the cup. I notified the cashier and she said they should have gloves on and shell let them know. Smh you would think theyd have on gloves dealing with anything that will be consumed by customers, gross!

This place has the best frozen beverages. The ice is so soft and all the flavors are delicious. My favorite is the Tigers blood snow cone thats Avalanche sized!

Went through the drive thru and waited almost 30 mins only to get to the window and cashier seemed confused plus the flavors were wrong from what I ordered. Cashier said they would remake it. Well they didnt even though I told them I would go ahead and purchased the mistake one. Cashier said that it was in the trash. When I get home, its the flavors I did not order.....the one they said they threw in the trash. Im at this location at least twice a week and this was a disappointment that they would lie about a customers order.

This place is soooo good!! They have a great rewards program too. So many flavors to choose from. Good prices and multiple sizes. Other than the very unfriendly girl taking orders, everyone else was very friendly. But she needs to learn to smile and not look like she hates her job. But this place is awesome and we will be back!
