Went to Complete Care Eastridge as a walk-in patient today. Had a few bumps being provided an appt at that time instead of being booked later that afternoon, but they made it work!! Saw Dr Carter, she continues to make me feel welcomed and listened to. She discussed my concerns, provided portions for treatment and gave signs to watch for that would be good to follow back up on. Dr Carter is simply the best!!

The care given to me was all around great, from the receptionist who checked me in. I was seen the exact time of the appointment. The phlebotomist who took my blood used the butterfly needle I suggested and was gentle. However I went 2 days in a row to pick up my results and arrived at 4:45 and the doors were already locked after I talked to the receptionist and told her I was on my way and would be there before 5pm and she reassured me that they closed at 5pm. My only advice would be to be honest about the time the employees will be leaving and locking up so no one s time is waisted.

Ms Moon and everyone are very pleasant and efficient. I rarely have to wait very long when I have an appointment. I would give 5 stars if her nurse wasnt so rude. Ive dismissed her actions the last few times Ive had to deal with her but this last visit has made up my mind to find a new provider. And I hate doing that.

James Wiese I count on Dr Voesack for his vast knowledge and his diagnostic skills. I trust his decisions and he s always been right. My wife and granddaughter go to him and appreciate him, as well. His staff is very polite and does their jobs very well. I hope to keep Dr Voesack for a long time since we are so grateful to have him. Jan Wiese I d give 10 stars if I could. The nurse and front staff are friendly and very proficient and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Voesack is a very good doctor and diagnostician and I am very comfortable with what he says. He is very kind, too, and listens well. He takes very good care of my husband and I and we are very grateful to have him. 20+ Stars

I typically take my kids to the Complete Care Clinic on 87th. I was unable to get a same day appointment so I took my kids in 30 minutes before closing time as a walk in. The front office ladies spoke with the Dr about seeing us. He gladly accepted. I cannot say more about how helpful and friendly the entire staff was. Definitely would use them again.

I have always gotten very good service from every area of the visit. I would say area would be 10 or better. Very friendly, and know all of their parts of the jobs. I have never had any problems of getting any medication that I need in a very timely matter. I hope this will help! I am not sure when I started goin but I think it is 24 or 25 yearsyears

I had an appt at 8am. The day before my appt I got an email asking me to show up 30 min. Early in order to fill out paper work. I got there at 7:30am. Door locked. They didnt open the door until 8:10am. So much for following their directions. The appt went quickly and smoothly until I was taken to get a blood test. I had to wait 15 min for the tech who draws the blood to arrive and do her job. Wow! By this time I was hurting pretty bad. I could hardly wait to get out of there.

Dr. Voesack (via Andrea) called to tell me that my labs were all fine with the exception of my TPO for hashimotos. When I looked at my labs, I was flagged s pre-diabetic (A1C 5.7), low vitamin D, and what I believe is anemia (mcv 67.1, mch 22.1, rdw 18.5, hemoglobin 11.8...not 100% positive that I am correct on that one but I am fairly confident)2 . When I called the office to ask why I was told that everything was fine, I was told pre-diabetes is not real. you are either diabetic or youre not. The Mayo Clinic, The Cleveland Clinic, American Diabetes Association, and the CDC would beg to differ. Finding a different doctor IMMEDIATELY.

I had an appointment last Thursday (7/7/22) and was supposed to get test results back Friday (7/8/22). I got no call and no answer when I called. I called again this morning (7/11/22) and I still cant get my test results bc the medical assistant is out. Why can t someone else tell me my test results. Its a whole Dr office but there is no one there to give me my test results and tell me why they prescribed me medication. This on top of during my appointment , all the Dr did was listen to my heart and lungs. I was in and out in 5 min, wasnt asked any questions, or given any info. I m livid. I could be dying and I don t know it bc no one has told me my results.

Everyone there is incredibly friendly & giving of their time. I got really sick this summer & my insurance required referrals for every new specialist I had to see. The nurse went above & beyond to make sure I got them as quickly as possible so I could receive treatment. Im not exaggerating when I say she (& the rest of the folks here) saved my life. Youll be in good hands here.

One of the most unorganized clinics Ive ever been to. The front desk personnel is a joke. The person who takes care of the prescriptions doesnt. I called several times to get the prescription sent to the pharmacy and when it finally was sent it was wrong. Customer service is not a priority at this clinic!!

PREPARE TO WAIT. Forever and ever. We were the first appointment of the day in order to avoid the longer waits, and it fit perfectly in my one year olds nap schedule. The office didnt even open until WELL after we got there, and there was only one nurse there are the time. We had to wait for the rest of the office staff to even show up. We were finally taken back to our room 40min after our appointment time. THE FIRST appointment time for the day. We waited and waited and waited. On top of that, they forgot to do the blood work they said was needed (I had never heard of that before and no one else had either, it seemed weird to me.) They assured me they sent all the information over to the lab and they called them and reassured me we could go whenever was easiest for me and my son. We went to the lab and waited there for an hour before they told us the doctors office NEVER SENT the lab request over. In fact, no one knew what I was talking about. We have traveled quite a bit so Ive been to a few doctors offices and this one was the worst by far. Admittedly, the doctor we saw was just fine. The staff and wait times and false promises, not so much.

Receptionist are very unfriendly. Nurses and doctors are fine but to call and get an appointment or have refill request expect to be put on hold at least 10-15 minutes. Always showed up to my appointments early and others come in after me went ahead of me. The receptionists run the office not the doctors and decide what level of care you need. Twice I went for mandatory check ups and both the nurse and doctor said my admittance form said I was sick with a cold? Never was. Again doctors nice, getting through their gatekeepers a living hell, have never felt so demeaned or treated so poorly by a secretary.
