When I walked into the restaurant, I was overwhelmed with the smell of what smells like old frying oil. And the chicken tastes like it. Not good. Fries also not good, but tater tots ok. Cute atmosphere. I only stayed bc my husband wanted to try it. No customer service.

My family was going elsewhere to eat lunch but the wait was too long so we decided to give Birdcall a try. Wow! This place was really nice. We loved the vibes, the sandwiches along with all the various sides were all good. Our server Andrew was very attentive and came to check on us several times. He made us feel welcome and we will definitely be back with the rest of the extended family. Parking: Plenty of spots

My first and last time. Im glad that I ordered the kids meal chicken strips because if I would have spent more than $5 on this mess I would be going back. So it took about 5 mins for me to get my order just to get burnt chicken strips. I asked for well done fries not burnt chicken strips. They had no flavor and I dont know if thats because because all I could taste was burnt batter. Although I can appreciate chicken strips not being dry these taste like they were fried frozen so the chicken was really wet to the point the burnt batter was falling off. My experience in cooking tells me they fried them frozen so they cooked super fast on the outside which locked in all the moisture on the inside leaving the chicken dang near to wet. However the lemonade and fries were good.

My main issue with Birdcall is the use of the marketing term, all-natural, to describe their chicken. That term has absolutely no meaning. If Birdcall chooses to clarify what that means, I would love to hear it. If the chicken were organic, theyd claim that; if it were free from antibiotics, they would say that. So what does all-natural chicken mean? As far as I can tell, its a gimmick to make people think their chicken is better than any other fast-food place, even though its the same quality. That being said, the food was pretty good, but its overpriced, even with the effects of the rampant inflation over the last few years. I opted for a Nashville hot slider because Id already eaten lunch, but I wanted to try the food. For $4.50, it was way too little food, but it tasted good. My son had the kids meal with the strips and fries. He liked the chicken but not the fries. I actually liked the fries; they were well seasoned and hot. Unfortunately, my favorite things were the Tractor Organic sodas and lemonade. They were perfect. This place would be killer if you got a bit more value for the price and they dropped the all-natural claim, unless they want to expound on what that actually means. For the price, it should mean organic, free-range, antibiotic-free chicken, but Im quite sure it does not.

This place was so good! We had never even hear of it before. We got the Rancher and the Southerner, they were fantastic. The tster tots have some kind of like ranch seasoning or something - they were seriously the best Ive ever had. The tots and the fries were perfectly cooked - nice and crispy. The artisan sofa is also so good! Root beer, cherry cream or coconut, you cant go wrong. They have a sandwich of the month too. So glad we decided to stop in and try it! Well definitely be back! Vegetarian options: They have a meatless patty option for all sandwiches.

I have wanted to try Birdcall and was finally in the area on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was pretty full with just enough space to wait comfortably after ordering. I just got an original sandwich to go, but this sandwich was DELICIOUS! The first bite was tasty and juicy and so good! The chicken was tender and flavorful and balanced well with the portion of pickles and bun. Glad I didnt ruin it with any condiments. Service was also great and looking forward to one coming to my neighborhood within the next year! Until then, will have to come back to try more!

This was my first time visiting BirdCall. Mykayla the sever was very professional and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very retro and fun! The food was very good. More expensive than chick-fil-a but by a few dollars. I believe this to be reasonable for the quality which is provided. My only critique would be the music in the lobby was quite loud, which resulted in other visitors having to talk very loudly to communicate. Otherwise I would recommend BirdCall if you want a gourmet chicken sandwich.

Birdcall hit it out of the park on our first visit! Hubby had the Nashville chicken sandwich and liked it a lot. I got the meat substitute and if I hadn t known better I really would have thought it was chicken. Service was so friendly and prompt! Our second visit was just as good. Tasty new restaurant in our area. Sandwiches are a little messy to eat, but good and flavorful. I enjoyed the Brussels sprouts salad as a side, its a little spicy. Other family members liked the shakes and the cookie. Update: still enjoy the food. We do digital ordering and go through the drive through. Double check your order because three times now Ive had missing items and had to go back or bring it up when they hand me the order. They make it right, but its still frustrating.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I ordered the burger, and it was honestly incredible like a better version of a Chick-fil-A sandwich, but juicier and more flavorful. It had the perfect balance of flavors and was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, but what really stood out was the service. Jean was exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed. I truly appreciated how accommodating and friendly they were throughout my meal. We had reservations for a party of 27 with Kenny the manager. When we arrived, the assist manager Chris was very curt and dismissed us and walked in the kitchen. And would not acknowledge or try to assist. Two kiosk were broken, no put of order sign on them. Asked Chris for district managers number. He refused and walked away. There was no tables reserved. Chris needs a lesson on diversity, his attitude was not professional. The resturant was busy. Half our group already ordered when the 2nd half arrived. Since there was nothing reserved as promised some of the second half went home and the rest went to Chiloso Tex-Mex Resturant in the same shopping center, and food was so much better. Sme will be boycotting this bad customer service, wantabe managet Chris and resturant

I did a mobile pickup and when I got there the lady in the drive thru obviously has hearing problems. She told me the wait was gonna be a long time bc it s packed. I got park in one of the spots and 5 mins later someone else pulls into the drive thru and got their food instantly. Today is the first time since visiting this location that ive had the worst service and interaction with an employee. The young african american man in the kitchen with locks was extremely rude. I ordered my food online thirty minutes prior and he kept making excuses and pointing at the customers and telling me everybody ordered online, not when there were multiple families in front of me who used the kiosk in the restaurant to order.

The serving of salad was great! The side of the dressing was not. I have to supplement with my own because it didn t cover even half of the bowl. They need to allow the vegetables to dry or spin them because there was a lot of water in the bottom with thinned out the dressing and made it soupy at the bottom. I ordered extra chicken but couldn t really tell if there was extra or not. Overall good experience but needs to be tweaked.

Upscale, self-service, fast food chicken! The chicken sandwiches were absolutely amazing. The tots were very good. There was a good drink selection. Fries could use more seasoning. They are a little more pricey like Shake Shack or Savvy Sliders but its way better than those two. We ate dine in and someone brought us our food. He was very nice and told us if we needed anything to come to the front. It was a little weird sliding my card before ordering at the self serve kiosk, but we looked at the provided menu first so we knew what to order. Good job, Im sure well be back!

The Real scoop . Been wanting to try this place and finally took the plunge with NO prior knowledge, research or anything . Just pulled up with a friend and walked in to this Old Krispy Kreme!!! Let s see what s in store!!! Building paint on point design on point and I gotta check the restroom ..wowowow ON point . Just one thing offer some sort of paper towel ..bc ppl gonna open the door with wet (no super dry hands) and there is no option to open the door with my feet after I cleaned my hands. Ok back to the grub and menu . Great concept love that you can get sub grilled chicken free of charge .. so we tried it all . Nashville tenders . Grilled sandwich and fried sandwich with special tots!!! Every thing perfectly seasoned came out fresh and tasty . Tenders juicy and good flavor not too hot not too bold perfect!!!! Ordered the Rancher with tator tots, Deluxe with fries, and 3pc Nashville Hot Tenders. Ok, I have tried Nashville Hot chicken many times, and I just dont like it. The tenders were not wet, but a dry rub. It tasted like straight cayenne powder with a strange after taste. The Deluxe was good, juicy chicken. The Rancher was good, too. I really liked the bacon onion jam. The only problem is that its really messy. I got about halfway, many napkins, and it fell apart. The fries were ok, not my favorite. The tator tots were ok, but again, not my favorite. The restaurant has a nice vibe, and its clean. The staff was very friendly. Theres nothing wrong with this place. I just wasnt really impressed. Unless you are a HUGE fan of Old Bay seasoning, steer clear of this place. The chicken fingers were tepid and chewy like they had been sitting around for a while. The tater tots were hot and fresh, but were coated in so much Old Bay-like seasoning that it turned my stomach. No sauces are included with purchase of chicken fingers, you pay extra for them. The sauce that I tried was gross. I ordered three chicken fingers, but could only choke down one of them. I answered the bird call this once, but I will not be back. There are just too many terrific chicken places nearby to tolerate this kind of inferior service or quality.

I had ordered the original chicken sandwich, it smelled good and tasted good, but I was surprised it didnt come with any kind of sauce on it. But I added mayo when I got home and it was delicious. I like to try coleslaw everywhere I go and this was My first time trying Birdcall so I had to order some. Unfortunately, it wasnt good. The furniture, lighting, decor and ambiance are unique, cozy, family-friendly with the options of the large group seatings and free arcade games. The service was good enough. I ordered from screen and all orders would have the waiting time written and the shelf location where you pick it up. I ordered tater tots, milkshake, chicken stripes, chicken sandwich, coconut soda and a fruit cup. Total price was more than $30. The tater tots were the highlight. It has some barbeque flavor, and I dont even a big fan of barbeque flavor, but I enjoyed it a lot because of the lightness, crunchiness and not so greasy! I like that they have the options out of generic soda. Chicken stripes and chicken sandwich were disappointing. I mean, they were okay but I expected so much more flavor and yumminess that worth their price tag! I was going to give 4 star until I saw my fruit cup. Half of the grapes were brownish, squishy, slimy I couldnt eat them! I was shocked that such a clean, organized place with a little bit pricey chicken didnt care about quality control. I ordered fruit cups many times from similar chicken restaurant that was cheaper, but I never had this experience, the fruits are always fresh.

The inside was pretty nice but a bit confusing as to where to pick up to go orders (no signs anywhere) and the ordering machines were not working so I had to wait a while to be helped. After getting my name (I had ordered online) food took a while even though I had already received a message saying the food was ready. I got the rancher chicken sandwich and for the price I could have made it at home, semi burnt chicken and way to much bacon jam. Though the bacon jam was delicious my sandwich was so loaded with it I literally could not taste the chicken. If there was BBQ sauce on the sandwich it was overpowered by the bacon jam and there was no cheese on the sandwich. The fresh fruit bowl was a joke, basically a bowl of unwashed grapes with a cutie (mini orange) thrown on top. The mango juice drink was very watery and had little mango flavor. First time trying this place and I know its new so I will give it one more try but not very optimistic and do not understand all the good reviews.

Nobody with any sort of self respect and love, or at least appreciation of food, should ever eat at this restaurant when there are so many better options nearby, not just in taste, but quality and price as well. The chicken here is bland and small. A sandwich by itself is $10 after tax and the sandwich is a little bigger than a McChicken from Mczdonalds. Want to make it a combo? Fries and drink are extra, $15 all in. A large drink is the equivalent to a small at Whataburger. Nothing about this place is good. If you re in the area and hungry for some good, if not some of the best chicken you ve ever had, just go to Ricky s. It s in the same shopping center. I don t know what concoction of drugs and corporate synergy the owners of Birdcall were on to make them think anything about this restaurant was good idea, but this ain t it.

Everybody is friendly, clean store and nice decorations, highly recommended. Parking: Right off the main road, easy to get to and open parking. Kid-friendliness: Toys and an arcade machine. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps near the doors, and there s two bay doors that roll up with ac blowers in the doorway, easy to get a wheelchair in the restaurant.

Weird design overall. Not unpleasant, not unattractive, but just odd and surreal. A fever dream as they say. Style screams airbnb but its for a restaurant... Also the books on display seemed way over the top. What are you eating? Eating? No, I am reading. Oh I thought I smelled fried chikin. Anyways the food was really good and honestly even better than cfa. The chicken here is more firm and it has a less intense grease flavor. Also loved the brussels sprout salad side. Did not likethat they had no salt. Fries were good but they dont offer salt packets anywhere... I also wonder if this place is even profitable or if its some weird startup monry pit like sweetgreens. There are signs... The weird gender neutral bathroom signage, the inability to print receipts and thr only way to get a receipt is through email or phone, an obvious data collection trick. When finished ordering your name will pop up on the screen with a timer when its expected to be served. They serve margaritas for adult beverages. Their Fries are fresh with sea salt on them. I wanted to love Birdcall, but this new restaurant cannot seem to get it together. From its awkward dining room layout, clueless drivethru employees, consistently burnt tasting food, over priced menu items, I am not sure who this caters to? Food should be simple, but the kiosk system makes it complicated. The dozen times I have given this place another try, ends up feeling like a punishment. The managers ate friendly enough to offer replacement food, but are unable to replace the time I wasted giving them a try. Today was the final try. You failed me again Bird Call! I got the kids meal just to try out the food. You can tell that all the ingredients are fresh and everything is made to order. But I did not really care for the flavor of the food. The tater tots had some type of barbecue dry rub seasoning, which I think is there signature seasoning. It tastes exactly like a Lays barbecue potato chip. Same w/ the tenders. Also, the tenders definitely need some type of creamy sauce like a buffalo or ranch, but thats on me, I didnt get any sauce. If you like that barbecue flavor, then you would love this. Personally, its not for me. I went through the drive-through and the young lady was extremely nice. She even offered my dog a pup cup and service was really quick. I would come here again on someone elses dime to try something else lol.

I was expecting more from this restaurant but so far its been pretty underwhelming. The online presence is great, decor is nice, and staff is friendly. I believe the food is a bit over priced relative to the size of the sandwiches. I seen a post saying watch out Chick-fil-a...and respectfully stop playing with Chick-fil-A like that. Ive tried lunch and breakfast and the sandwiches are just subpar in my humble opinion. First time here and the pricing is a bit deceiving (receipt posted to make your own opinions) all meals were ordered as combos with a side and a drink. The tenders were a little tough, the sandwiches and fries were really good though. If your expecting regular bbq sauce nope it s homemade but good so not a complaint there. Why 3 stars the service when we got to the window she took the card as payment and another women came essentially threw the bag of food at us said bye and shut the window and walked off. We sat there and said umm we didn t get our card back so another woman came and gave us our card back and we didn t have the drinks, well when the women came back with drinks she pushed them through the window so forcefully that it spilt in the car, and on the drivers side door of the car they finally gave us our card and receipt and we just pulled over to clean the mess out of the car and off the side of the car.

You can tell the quality food is there. Did not feel heavy or bloated after eating. Service was so kind and very efficient to order myself. Plus their teas and lemonades are delicious. Marketing and atmosphere is engaging and vibrant. Looking forward for Lake Highlands location to open!
