We came in last night for the first time since the remodel and it is very impressive. They have done a great job with the revamped style making it feel more welcoming and modern even more than before. It would great to see them make a similar effort for the outside tables area as well! Our servers were Alexa and Shakeil and they were both very friendly and responsive. We started off with the Forbidden Fruit hookah in the exclusive with a milk base, and it was excellent. Lasted a long time too! We also got their smoothies (taro and mango), both were tasty. We then decided to try another flavor and got one of the tangiers flavors that cost a premium, Kashmiri Peach, but that was an overall disappointment. The flavor and the smoke was extremely light. When we brought it to Alexas attention, she tested it and felt the same so she took it back and brought us a new bowl of flavor mix which was ok, but not worth the extra charge for these special flavors. Overall love the vibe, but one thing I fond just confusing is why are the staff not given a description of each hookah flavor so they can be informed about the products being sold. This is not the only hookah lounge that I have noticed this in, but seems like having them informed so they can be helpful guides to choose flavors would just be a big plus point to put Muse above the competition.

Easily one of the best hookah lounges in Houston. The decor, the food and drink selection, the playlist, and the staff are all top notch. Alexa is amazing and attentive and always makes me feel like a VIP. Zed does a great job managing Muse and it s always good to see him whenever I stop in. If you re looking for a dope hookah lounge with immaculate vibes, look no further!

Hookah was great. Madeline was amazing. Please ask for her. She went above and beyond. She was so friendly and great attitude. She made the trip to Houston. We had the private room for 12 of us. You need to reserve it before you go in. They have great ventilation so its not like a hot box in there. FYI- They dont provide alcohol.

I have been to many many hooka places around many countries and this place is just OUTSTANDING. The ambience is of a 5 star hotel lobby with quality seatings, artfully decorated walls with ample lighting fixtures. Spaces between the tables are adequate for privacy yet feeling of nice gathering of a good crowd. I had Afzaal Paan Raas flavored Hooka with Pakistani desi strong and perfectly brewed tea and it came with classic cookies. All very professionally served and presented. Staff was extremely welcoming and efficient. My bill was $35 for two people, a very reasonable price for its worth. It is a MUST visit place for a family or friends night out. I only hope that they open a place like this in Minneapolis one day, where I am visiting from

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you. From working nightlife and coming to this, I can tell you I m in my adult, peaceful stage. It s so nice and chill here. No alcohol is served which is kinda of a good thing, but the music is at a good level. The food is amazing, along with the hookahs, drinks, and employees here. I conversate with every server that I ve had and I always get a great experience here. Also you can bring games such as card and board games, your laptops, or whatever work you have to do. This is by far one of the best hookah spots to chill at with a nice group of friends or family or even by yourself ! I couldn t get a clear photo the food due to the video but this was amazing!

I went here for a quick business lunch - meeting yesterday and around 5pm we were seated immediately since it was empty. I ordered the chicken shawarma and my business partner ordered the beef shawarma hummus. We got two teas and two waters. Somehow we were charged almost 70$ for this. The taste of the shawarma was horrible. It just tasted like chicken pieces that were individually cooked, not like actual shawarma meat. The spices were also completely off. There were raisins in my hummus and what seemed like frozen pita bread that was heated up and served. The food in general was horrible. On top of that they re charging 8$ for tea pot that serves 2-3 small cups of tea. The waitress also failed to mention that 18% gratuity was already charged to the tab for 3 person table . None of us ordered hookah. Why are we automatically being charged 18%? It wasn t a large party and we didn t get any hookah. My partner didn t know it was added so as a courtesy he added additional tip since it asks you to tip when presented with payment. This is day light robbery. 70$ for two shawarmas and 2 waters and teas ? I will definitely go elsewhere moving forward.

We went to try this place for the first time, and trust me, the service is horrible. We were told that the wait time was 15-20 minutes. We told them that it was okay and waited patiently. But they kept assisting people who came after us just because those people were friends or acquaintances of the managing staff. We ended up waiting for 50 minutes, yet, with no chances of being seated anytime soon. We were literally the only people waiting to be seated. Disappointedly, we decided to leave and end the torture. I do not recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy their time.

Went to Muse for the first time and absolutely loved the atmosphere and vibes. Very classy decor. Nice chill vibes. Perfect place to catch up with friends. I ordered the honey siracha wings which were excellent. And the hookah never seemed to run out even though we were smoking it for hours!! Also loved the exceptional customer service we got. I used to go to Muse all the time before the fire so I was very excited for the reopening. I was not disappointed the atmosphere and decor is absolutely beautiful and has a very chic lounge feel to it. The food and drinks were great as always. We had Alexa as our waiter she did amazing she was very attentive and continuously checked on us to make sure we didn t need anything and cleared any trash we had on our table. I know there is a temporary menu because you are adding new things and figuring out what works but please don t get rid of the sandwiches and paninis you had before I loved them!

This was my first time coming back to Muse after the renovations and we were pleasantly surprised at everything! The atmosphere, the service, the food, the hookah, everything was on point. Anastasia took really good care of us and came back multiple times to check up on us! The manager also gave us a fruit platter on the house! The music also was 10/10. I will definitely be back!! However, there s room for improvement in terms of the lounge s ventilation. The space tends to get quite smoky, which can be overwhelming, especially compared to other indoor lounges like Huqqa Social and Lush, where the air feels more breathable. Implementing a more efficient exhaust system could greatly enhance the comfort of their guests. As for the food, it s fairly average. While it serves its purpose, it doesn t quite match up to the other exceptional aspects of the lounge. In summary, Muse Hookah Lounge shines with its staff and decor, but would benefit greatly from better air circulation. It s a place with potential that, with a few tweaks, could offer a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Checked out the recently reopened and redesigned Muse Cafe. They did a beautiful job on the interior design with a nice open concept with lots of modern fields. Hookah is on point we got the boneless wings which were also very good. Owner hooked us up with a fruit platter, and I loved how they served their Chai with some parley biscuits!

Okay .i ve now been here 4 DAYS IN A ROW so when I say you re in good hands, believe it. This is definitely the kind of spot i ve been waiting for in this neighborhood. The place is good with awesome ambiance. Hookah was great. I enjoyed tea more then hookah they also give parle -G Biscuits along with Tea. Place is amazing but I think the should install more exhaust because the Lounge was full with smoke with near to half occupancy. But I really enjoyed my evening.

We stopped by Muse last night after dinner just to relax for a bit. Muse has a very calming aesthetic to its environment. It was pretty packed at 11PM but not too loud. I got the Passionfruit Refresher Mocktail and my friend got the Mint Lemonade Slush, both were extremely tasty and refreshing. I m not a hookah smoker but I said why not. We got the House Mix BMW (Blueberry, Mint, and Watermelon) I m not sure I knew what I was doing but the flavor was nice lol. Great place!

Great Hookah lounge on the Sugarland end of town, comfy seating and a nice variety of hookahs to choose from. Probably the best spot overall on Highway 6. Hookah, food, drink selection are all welcoming and great. Staff are nice as well.

My husband surprised me to a trip to Muse for a Saturday date night and I m so glad that we found this hookah lounge! It s super clean, the flavors we got were amazing (strawberry and mango), and the staff was super attentive. The store is super clean and has cute and tasty mock tails and have food available to order as well. Our server Denise was amazing and made our experience here so much better.
