Nick helped my husband and I file our LLC. First of all, Nick is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He responds to emails in a reasonable timeframe, we had an excellent meeting with him in person, and he answered all our questions. He also patiently worked with us as we sorted out an issue with our mailing address. His receptionist is very friendly and the office feels professional but homey. The whole experience has been fantastic and I highly recommend. I would also say we are so grateful for his reasonable pricing. That made the whole process doable for us. We were originally going to work with a different lawyer charging a comprable amount, but when we were finally ready to go, she had raised her rates to double what Nick charged for the same service! His rates are fair for both him and the client.
