Walked in at 10:30 on a Friday night excited to get a burger to go, only to be told that the kitchen was already closed, but the bar was still open. I understand if I came in 5 or 10 minutes before closing, but to be turned away 30 minutes before closing, while a lot of the staff was hanging out and talking to each other by the kitchen, is a really big letdown. At least advertise that the kitchen closes at 10:30 and the bar at 11. Ill have to think twice before deciding to come over here again and giving them a second chance.

Weve never had such a horrible experience here. Ordered 3 mushroom Swiss burgers... all 3 looked pathetic, like they had been under a heating lamp for a week. Barely any mushrooms and the ones on it looked like they were asking to die. No flavor, Luke warm, and dry as a fart. Waiter came by several times, bur because he couldnt get the order right, couldnt get us refills, and there were 4 tables in the whole restaurant so really there was no excuse. 18% gratuity for nasty food and the worst service ever. I wont be returning here. They used to be great. Now they are grrrrrrrrr!!!!! Do NOT recommend

Alerted the restaurant at least an hour or so ahead of time that we would be going over for lunch with a group of 40. We got there, and we were served by one very slow young man. Eventually, he was assisted by other staff who really didnt make a difference as they forgot to bring out sides that accompanied each individual meal. I got my food last and it was bearly room temperature at best. I still ate it, and it was good. I was pretty much eating by myself since others had left, and we had all been served at different times.

Customers beware the waiters at this establishment are charging a fee for paying with a debit / credit card and if you decide to pay cash they leave that fee on there if you dont request for them to remove it since youre paying cash they also try not to show you your bill they just tell you how much you owe unless you request to see your bill. If you are in a party of 6 or more they automatically charge you a tip as well .

The first time there and service was horrible. I Bought a ticket for a fundraiser that was for a carry out a Burger, Fries, and Drink combo. I went to claim my ticket and I was not allowed to eat there even though I took guest to try out other food and deserts. I offered to pay the difference on my ticket along with the other plates we planned to order so we can eat and experience the restaurants atmosphere and get some Drinks, but we were not allowed to eat there. We went there with some friends, our first time. They did have live entertainment and several big screen TVs. Service was very good and the food was great. My wife had the catfish plate and said it was the best in the valley. The hand breaded mushrooms were very good. I had the mushroom Swiss burger which was almost too big to eat. I was too full for dessert. Which was too bad because they had bluebell ice-cream. Only downside was a 3.8% service charge that I didnt see until I downloaded the bill at home. I dont understand the charge.?for use of credit card? Didnt see anything posted at the register.
