Awesome place. I went with my family and the room challenged our intelligence. This was our first escape room. We made to the last clue but didn t make it out on time. I definitely would recommend this place. This a great area as there are a lot of restaurants a few doors down.

We did the Casino Heist room, it was honestly good and interactive, all the puzzles and their triggers are contained inside the room, which makes it a lot of fun, not every escape room business handles escape rooms that way with others using the game master as the trigger for the puzzles which takes a lot of fun out of it. We cannot wait to go back again.

I really respect a business whose management is heavily invested in the establishment and makes sure their customers experience was worth while. Despite the rough experience on my second visit here, the effort put in to make things right made me give it another try. My following experience certainly made up for the previous one, which had nothing to really do with the room itself. More so some of the employees. The rooms Ive played were really fun and well thought out. I cant wait to go back and try to tackle the remaining ones.

Overall a great experience. Very cute and decorated room with many details. Fun puzzles. We had fun. Sometimes props would not go off at the time they should. Also some of the clues on the screen were redundant, wouldve preferred a personalized voice tip instead. Also wished they wouldve given us more time, for what we spent with some things already solved or redundant clues. And/or let us keep going like 15 or 20 min past the hour to solve it.

We did the Last stop on L-Train, and we do NOT recommend. If you are looking to solve and engage in your escape room, or visit one with multiple rooms this is not for you. It s a 30 minute experience that took us 20. The story line was bare minimum and was definitely not a crowd pleaser, nor an exciting escape room. Save your MONEY!! i should have asked for a refund. #notimpressed

First off, I want to say that this place was very clean and well put together. My wife and I chose confinement for our escape adventure today. We had a great time! This was only our third escape room attempt. We thought the room was put together well and the puzzles were not easy, but offered enough challenge to make us think. We really liked everything about the room, and guess what? This room was the first part in a series of six rooms that are all tied into a story. That means every time we go into another room we progress in the tale as a whole. So cool!!! If you are just starting out in escaping, keep going! Our first two rooms we really sucked and had to have at least ten clues to finish, and extra time. This time we did it with only 5 clues and time to spare (7 minutes). We want to encourage everyone out there who has an interest to go do it... and learn from every experience. You wont regret it! We also say DO NOT MISS Red Door! Such an awesome place and the staff even let us know about other escapes to try out. Who does that? Only people who love adventure and sharing it with everyone every way. Thanks to everyone at Red Door for being AWESOME!!!

I have been to a lot of escape rooms, and this one had a lot of potential, but all of the interesting things were after getting out of the first room, and we were sabotaged on our first room because our game master kept giving us clues that we had already solved, making us think that we had to keep using those clues to do additional things. Even when we responded to a clue by saying we already did it, they kept flashing the same clues up on the screen. I don t know if they need additional staff or if the staff just need to pay more attention, but it ruined the experience. I don t think I would go back, at least not before maxing out the other escape room opportunities in town.

Based on my experiences here, I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent at this location. Friendly employees that provided good customer service. Prices are a bit above average compared to other escape rooms I know of from different companies. The rooms Ive done here are true to their level I would say (Easy, Medium, Hard). Good challenges and puzzles. Fine story lines. Fun for various ages. I would say this place is worth the money. Would recommend and would return here again.

Had a great time here, my only complaint was getting ripped off 90$ because the manager refused to give us the discount posted on the website. He said that it was no longer valid and the website was wrong and he would call corporate office and blah blah, one of our friends was using the bathroom and overheard the manager and another employee talking about this and the manager was corrected by the employee but the manager said screw we wouldn t know about it. Well sorry Ricky or whatever your name is we heard you. And is shady people like you in charge that ruined the end of our experience.

Gave this place a try twice, had fun, however, some of the puzzles just either dont work right, or someone isnt paying attention to the cameras when the puzzles are solved to release the magnetic lock on the clue boxes. For example: My party had solved one puzzle rather early, then entered the combination to open the next clue box, retried it several times, then we spent one of our free hints to solve it, thinking we were mistaken. It confirmed we were right. And the solution WAS right. However didnt get registered until AFTER the hint was spent a little over 30 minutes later. Overall, again fun, just some of the puzzles either need tweeking, or the game masters need to pay more attention to the parties actions. In my humble opinion, not worth the money we spent.

My bestie and I really love escape rooms so when this place opened we quickly got through all of the rooms and earned red door keys and have been waiting for new rooms ever since. Something we still have yet to see. Since my 7 y/o nephew is in town I decided to take him and my mom who ve never done a room before and the receptionist tells me that they got rid of the red key program in february and that theyve long since changed the rooms years ago only to find out they all have the same names, same decor and same puzzles. So not only was this hyper expensive ($85 for 3 people) but the room keeper let us know they only changed the room objective a couple of weeks ago. To top off the mediocre experience, the room hadnt even been reset properly. Locks were left open and the whole room was made easier since the first time I had done it. Thats too much money for something Ive experienced in Cali for LESS money with MORE people and BETTER quality.

We came as a family with our 6 and 9 year olds and did the Once Upon a Time room. It was disappointing because our game master gave clues that were extremely unhelpful and didn t pertain to what step of the game we were on, which just ended up confusing us. We didn t end up making it out of the room on time because we couldn t get the last box open to get the final piece of the puzzle. When the game master came in the room, we asked her how to work the box and she couldn t even figure it out how to work the box to open it. Overall not a great experience.

Came here for the first time and did their mini game which lasts 30 minutes and it was super fun. While you re waiting to start you get to try and solve a riddle for an extra clue to use during your game. Will definitely come back thanks to the kind employees!
