My 2 year old had a good time. Paid $12 for the trampoline but employees took a very long time each time to get over to the trampoline and let my child in. It was a waste of money. Spent at least 45 minutes waiting on them. All employees were rude except the young woman at the door.

BEST experience yet! We took my 4 year old for his bday but no reservations or party. They treated him so well like we paid for a party, even brought him a slice of cake with candles on it. 10/10 recommend the Tyler Tx location!! Thank you Zi for everything you did for my boy! It took about 7 minutes for someone to take our order up front when arriving and the pizza took a while after we finished eating we asked for a to go box to begin playing the games. When we were ready to leave we went back to the table we had left our food and it was thrown away by the workers we left very upset since they didn t bother to do anything but say we are sorry.

My youngest has been going to Chuck E. Cheese for his birthday. It is a tradition for him. The location in OKC on I-240 serves beer. The one in Tyler does not. He wanted to have his first beer here. That didnt happen. He did enjoy the games and prizes and the atmosphere. It was Monday, so it wasnt so crowded. The pizza has improved alot over the years. The crust has a nice garlic butter on it. We used coupons to save money. The wait for the pizza was long, but other than that things were to our liking.

The staff of 8 or more with two managers not even a lil busy all on there phone while customer couldnt get service rude disrespectful and untrained staff couldnt even find plates we waited 35 mins to order and after we ordered our food we had to stand in line again to buy player passes I have two kids and each player pass has to have a phone number linked so to all the single moms who have multiple kids and idk dont have multiple phones and numbers on you then I guess theyll have to share which is not something Id want to make my kids share when its by the minute play and even after my best manners and my request to have help or an understanding of how and what the play passes level included which staff and especially a manager should have the knowledge to run the restaurant but sadly no and Im appalled at how they spoke to me and my family my son who is 8 on the speturm used his manners want a lollipop with his ticket winning we waited again 30 mins in line but multiple registers available and working plenty of staff standing around and when I asked can we get someone on the other registered the immature manager who had no common sense or decency for anyone told me she can make us leave. mind you my oldest child who went out to the car before us never had the number on the arm checked so much for safety !!!! we use to love going to chuck e cheeses but after this nightmare Ill be sure to inform all I can to atleast avoid this location no one should ever have to deal with this but I couldnt stand for how they treated a special needs child I spent 169 dollars on two play passes by the min or by the point didnt matter the cards off after they played 40 games and we werent given our players passes back they said we wouldnt need them .so if I have to go to chuck e cheeses ever again it wont be this location .ps no door checker !no safety! no respect for autistic kids or their loved ones. Its just about the money not about giving special needs children and family and safe and sensory friendly place to be a regular kid to enrich all kids

Pretty lame. Came because we live in rural area and there aren t tons of options in variety. Saw online with this had games and what looked like a small little play area with slide. They ripped the play area out to put in more booths. Basically, just a big arcade with ok games. $20 medium pizza that is what you would expect. Employees spent their entire time talking about how they weren t going to work if they were told to. It s kind of what I expected though.

We take our 2 year old daughter here all the time and she loves it. Their food is great and they have a good game selection. The staff have always treated us kindly. We recently celebrated my daughter s birthday here and the young lady in charge of all the party tables did an amazing job taking care of us. She checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The manager was also very helpful and seem friendly.

Waited at the door for 7 minutes before any of the lazy employees came to let us in. Manager looked at us twice but never came. Ordered for for my daughter and I. Her little pizza was $12.00. I order wings for 2. Got seven little tiny wings. The flavor was pretty good. But they cost $17.99. For seven little wings. We shared the salad bar, no lettuce, no eggs, barely any ranch. I asked an employee if we could get some of these things and he never said a word. Our total was $43.00 for me and my 6 year old daughter. We will never ever go back. When we got there we wondered why it wasn t crowded, well we found out.

We took our kids, and they enjoyed the games. Biggest disappointment for me and my wife was how they dont give actual tickets anymore like when we were kids. Theres something thrilling about seeing all your tickets spit out of the machines. But I understand they did it for convenience and probably because of COVID. The pizza was pretty decent. Talk about fun! We had a blast, playing all the games. They have plants vs zombies, Luigi, and the one where you drop the coins and it makes the other coins drop. Best game was the strength meter with the mallet, we won 100 tickets, twice. And the pizza was delicious and kid approved. The salad bar also looked delicious. The soda fountain had a lot of options, all Pepsi products. They stamped us and our child with black light ink so we can verify its our child leaving with us! Great day and got some fun prizes. Pretty good day here! My 2 year olds 1st time at Chuck E Cheese! The staff was friendly, games were fun, we didnt eat there, prices were a little steep for our little family, but the only complaint Id say I had was while some of the young ladies were cleaning up the party tables they wheeled a large rolling trash can on the illuminated dance floor that was at the time occupied by several children including my own so while I was trying to capture these awesome first time moments, I Had to crop out half of the pics because there was a nasty trash can on the dance floor... when There was plenty of room to move it closer to them. But overall fun experience and we will be back Parking: Looked super packed but it really wasnt bad. Dont let the outside parking lot scare you off

Came in employee didn t greet. Then we haven t been before so asked hiw things work to play games she said we don t have any cards only bands. Then another customer seen there were cards and said can t you give them a card behind counter she just acted like she was being put out to even help us. I just feel like a greeting at the door for a fun place should be better for 60.00 an hour charge. This place has cleaned up considerably. They are short handed so The mouse didnt come out on the hour as scheduled. The play pass works well you buy time/minutes You can stop your time with the kiosk when its time to eat. Grandkids had a blast and thats all that mattered. Manager here does a great job training her staff. Overheard her grilling a new employee If party is in 30 minutes, what . What do you need to do before Chucky cuts the cake? I tried to take trash to throw it away and she took it from me and said i have it . She is a very vivacious woman and it shows in how well the restaurant is being ran. She appears to really care. Big group with birthday party and she is out helping to sing happy birthday . Helped her jr staff set ip for party, etc. she is an outgoing and vivacious personality and Chuckee would do well to train and move her up. The pizza was much better then it was a couple of months ago. Be careful how you order your chicken wings. Make sure it is with bones, or you will only get chicken nuggets. We had a great time with our granddaughter and will be back.

Opted to play only thats $26 for 1 hour unlimited play (only option now) At least 5 machines out of service including Mario kart and several basketball machines. A few machines took my play spins a few times, some of the games are not even on. Games havent been serviced recently at all. Its almost like they WANT us to go to Grand Slam instead. I m currently at Chuck E Cheese. Been here almost 2 hours now and Chucky hasn t come out. Manager said only 2 employees are here and the rest called in. You don t let all your staff call in on you like that. The kids come here to see Chucky at least 1 time. There are different games but the games with balls are either stuck in the machine or they are not there. My daughter had to climb in a game to get the balls out. Overall I m disappointed because my son talked all day about seeing Chucky for his birthday and that did not happen.

WE HAD MY GRANDSONS 6TH BIRTHDAY THERE N THE KIDS ALL WERE UPSET BECAUSE HALF OF THE MACHINES TO PLAY WERE BROKE N HIS PARTY WAS FROM 12:30 TO 2:30 PM N OUR PIZZAS WERENT READY TILL TILL AFTER 2:15 PM N THEY HAD A FLOODED RESTROOM AREA N VERY SLIPPERY N DANGEROUS N WE HAD TO GO TO THE SLOTSKYS SANDWITCH STORE NEXT DOOR TO USE THE RESTROOM N TAKE ALL THE CHILDREN IT WASNT GOOD AT ALL !!

The remodel looks great!! Love the fact that the games were updated and theyre 100% focused on kids specially now that we have grand slam ( which is always packed, teenagers going wild and alcoholic drinks). The only complaint is the food, not good and sloooow service.

As always we love Chucke Cheese The kiddos love all the games. We did come an hour and a half before closing and was told we could not order any food that the kitchen was closing down. Kind of a bummer. We drove 40 minutes to go there and were starving Had to go eat Chillis instead which was wonderful and we stayed 30 minutes to atleast let the kids play the games at chucke cheese. Would not recommend this place due to poor customer experience.

We got there at 8:10 And they turned us back and said they were closed , but on the website it clearly says 9:00 , Was not happy about that ! They should change the hours if that s the case , we drove 30min just to come and play with our kids for us to get turned away !

Newly remodeled! Super clean and nice inside. All the games seem to be brand new or almost new. I love the digital time/points and tickets system for the games. The pizza was ok, I dont expect amazing pizza here but it was decent. Staff was really nice. Our car battery died and the game maintenance guy was nice enough to jump start our car. Kids had a blast. Definitely going back again.

It was ok. Went in on a thursday around lunch. I hadnt been there in a while a lot has changed. The card feature was cool kinda miss the tokens. A few games didnt work and a couple that were token ones didnt actually give you a token. Feel like the games didnt give enough tickets and when I tried to pay the difference to get something my toddler would actually want they said I couldnt and couldnt buy a lollipop with tickets. But my toddler had fun so thats good.

It was my first time going. I ordered a medium size veggie pizza. They got my order wrong at first bringing me a supreme pizza with pepperoni. They corrected it by making a veggie pizza. They offered to let me keep the supreme pizza for free, which I appreciated, but I didnt want it. I also got a small drink. They were lots of games. The TVs had many 3D animations featuring Chucky the mouse and other characters. Its a very kid friendly environment. The price of the meal was a little high, almost $21, but overall the whole meal was delicious and I did get full.
