I girlfriend wanted to come here for a little anniversary date. I had no clue about the prompt nor do I have artistic capability. The Dude was are teacher and made it a very fun experience and actually helped create cool paintings to take home.

My daughter and I absolutely love going to Painting with a Twist. Our favorite artist is The Dude! He has such a passion for life and teaching! He makes art fun and enjoyable for beginners and advance artist. He reminds people that we re all creative and to not let perfection stop you from having fun and letting go! You have to give Painting with a Twist a go! I ve gone with my family, with my husband, and with my daughter! We absolutely love it here!

I took 4 of my grandchildren to Painting with a Twist this summer. Animal Crackers was the perfect choice of art. Ages 12,10,9,8 were completely captivated and enjoyed every minute. My friends and I had so much fun. Our instructor Eboni was the best! Not only was she very friendly and welcoming, but she was a really good teacher. My husband and I love coming here. It has become our favorite kind of date. Weve been at three different locations (2 in TX and 1 in FL) and it is always a great experience. Instructors are very friendly and happy to help you with the techniques or colors but most importantly they genuinely want you to relax and have fun!

I had THE BEST time painting my dog, Michael! I have been wanting to do one of these classes for so long. If you love your pets, enough to put them on your wall - you should use this this class ASAP. What fun!!!!!! I came into town to visit my daughter and she found this fun painting class and it was ACOTAR Themed!!!!! We laughed and laughed and enjoyed talking with everyone who took the class with us! The teacher was amazing!!!! She walked us through every step and helped us when we needed help and was so encouraging. I have NO artistic ability and was pleasantly surprised at how my painting came out! This is Ramiel Mountain with the city of Velaris from the ACOTAR book series by Sarah J.Mass.

It was my first outing with my little sister Milan . I volunteer with big brother and big sisters and I frequently do painting with a twist but she doesn t and she loved it was ready to try it again. Such a fun and relaxing experience Mackenzie our instructor was awesome and so was the entire staff all giving us pointers on relaxing and making the painting experience flow with ease . I have been coming to this painting with a twist location in McKinney for roughly 10 years, and I love it! Don t let the paintings scare you it s worth the temporary anxiety. The teachers are amazing. I have mainly worked with Cody over the years (also known as the dude) the step-by-step instruction makes this an easy girls night, birthday party, corporate event/fundraisers or just a night friends and family . All of which I have done. They even have kid camps (spring break and summer) as well. If you take the time to visit this location you will not be sorry. Let loose, have a drink (or two) and have some fun! Something we all need more of these days.

Highly recommended! 3rd time visiting Painting with a Twist McKinney for a work party. Great team building experience. We made a candle and painted a Christmas tree. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and our event went smoothly. The studio was clean and organized and the staff was friendly and enthusiastic. My 9-year old daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful painting experience with Ms Katie! We both had such a great time. Ms Katie knew when to encourage my daughters deviations from the example we were using as a blueprint, and when to encourage her to stick within the lines. Even then, she didnt say, No, do it this way, but would ask my daughter, Cool idea! What do you think might happen if we did it that way? Love this studio and cant wait to be back.

We had our daughter s 6th birthday party here and it was a blast!! Tamara did the scheduling and found us the perfect paintings for our Mario theme. She made it so easy and stress free to get it all planned. I absolutely loved how the parents and kids were painting together. It wasn t just a kid party where parents stand in the corner watching all the fun. Yet the icing on the cake was our instructor Cody. Came here last night for couples painting ( single canvas is an option if you are going with a friend but there was also a mountain painting in the next room as well) Cody was our instructor and he was super funny as he guided us on the painting! His dad jokes were killer. They have two stools in the studio with a back support if you have back issues. my partner does and we were able to score one for him. They also have foldable chairs but they don t quite reach the canvas. Standing up is an option too. This was my first time and it was pretty cool! I am glad we spent date night here!

My boyfriend and I went for a couple s date night for a first time experience. Our instructor was Chelsea and she was absolutely fantastic. She had the greatest upbeat energy full of warmth and made us feel right at home. She is actually a true artist which made the learning experience that much more easy and enjoyable to follow. We are absolutely already talking about coming back for another date night. Highly recommend!

Cody, the instructor was awesome . He made the whole experience so much fun. It was my daughter s first time painting and she thoroughly enjoyed it . Out of all the painting with a twist locations near us we noticed that this particular location had a lot of kid friendly options. So even though this location is a little bit of a drive ( we live in Frisco) , we chose to go there . And I am so glad we did . Can t wait to go back again . Thanks Cody for making it a great experience.

We celebrated my daughters 8th birthday party at Painting with a Twist and we loved it! My daughter wanted a party where she could really share a moment and doing something along with her friends and not the usual party where everybody is dispersed. Cody (The Dude) was awesome! It was a super funny and entertained party, even for those kids with no painting experience like mines! The Dude knew how to catch everybodys attention during the entire party! Now me and my husband cant wait to return, but this time for a Friday Night Date!!

I took my mom to the paint your pet workshop. We had a blast. The instructor Cody P was amazing. He complemented everyone s panting.
