I just had my first PRP hair treatment. If you dont know WHAT PRP is look it up. Great benefits from PRP treatments. First, Id like to mention the value. Their price for PRP treatment is amazing!!! Great value! Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable. I am a male so I was not sure about doing the treatment but they are very kind and welcoming. I did not feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. Franca was the was the one who did my treatment. Very kind and detailed in her work. Very patient and listened to my concerns on areas of treatment. The injections were painless. I really was surprised! I felt welcomed, important and comfortable. Being a man I wasnt really sure if this was for me but in the end it was a great decision to do this. From the moment I stepped in the door, I realize this is not your typical med spa. From the receptionist to the owner to the nurse that did the procedure, I can t say enough. They each treat you like you are the most important person of the day. I have had the luxury of trying out different procedures from different spas and this place is by far above standard. I feel like med spas in North Texas are a dime a dozen, why not pick one where you can feel like a VIP?

Mid August, I found this spa. I gave them a call. I had a fantastic 15 minute conversation with the nurse injector Tina. She is highly knowledgeable On all the PDO Threads taught by Dr. Kwon from South Korea, which was super exciting for me. She has so much knowledge of things I had never heard of!! this girl knew what she was doing! Very delightful on the phone to talk to. I have been researching very in-depth about who I wanted for this procedure and I knew it was supposed to be her with the knowledge that she had. We scheduled my appointment. Everything was amazing. I was so excited. I m getting married soon, so I have to feel and look my best and she was going to do that for me. I knew it in my heart. I sent some photos over. Got my pricing all together. And then decided I wanted to do it sooner so I gave the spa a call. I was told that she was on vacation on the phone and then I was texting with who I thought was one of the girls from the spa, but it was a man and he ended up calling me at 7:30 at night which I found very offsetting a huge red flag if you will He told me that the injector Tina was no longer with them, but he had two more injectors with the same teachings from the same person that she had which was not true. In fact, they do not have an injector at this time. I feel as though he was just trying to get me in knowing that I was going to be a cash paying customer. I did ask for Tina the person that had previously made the appointment with information so I could give her a call so I could feel more comfort and knowing that the injectors would have the same knowledge that she had from the same teacher, they would not give me her information. He was pretty brass about it as well I feel like whenever you find a place and it s something dealing with your looks and how you want to feel about yourself. It shouldn t feel like a sale,it should feel like they actually care instead of telling false information. Being that every single review from this place was about Tina the injector why would I want anybody else? So I went looking for her in our 15 minute consult we did get a little personal on where she is from where I am from so it was not hard to find her so happily found her through a mutual friend THANK GOODNESS! Who knows what could ve happened if I would ve gone in when they eventually did get people working there as injectors what I would ve came out looking like I will not be going to this place honesty over anything as always important! Fast forward to today! I saw a girl Sara With a similar issues from this spa! And the owners responded very brass and unprofessional to the truth of the situation! Not giving me one bit of feedback and or apologies for how I was treated! Extremely disappointed in this lack of response,honesty,and or a simple apology! I was never consulted? Here s the proof!!! Honesty and integrity will always prevail

Had an O shot by Tina but it had no effect on me. The first time i told Tina it had no effect she told me i was the first to not have benefits right away. The second time I brought it up, Tina s reaction was as though it was the first time I told her and I was told that I was the first to have this issue. The third time I was blamed and told my hormones must not work.

Pari s is fantastic. Everyone from reception back is easy going and not pushy with services. I have had 3 sessions of laser hair removal and the results exceed my expectations. Raine has done all of the sessions and she is great! The thought of laser hair removal can be nerve racking as a guy, but Raine makes you feel at ease.
