I have never been so excited inside a Costco in my life. They had everything you could dream of and more. Need a legit little race car? $1600. Lose ur wedding ring? Replace it. Apple products? Have them all. But, don t buy Apple and their litttle l like monopoly acts to keep people stuff to their ecosystem. Management doesn t even pretend to have any intent to ever trully innovate on these p.O.s defices.! Samsung comes out with book like phones (that thing is mine once I escape Apple ecosystem Where is Elizabeth Warren when it counts? Nowhere to be found.

Costco is almost always a good experience. Arrive before 4pm and graze while you shop. The folks at this Costco are typically friendly and helpful, Id say always but I suspect theyre are exceptions, the selection changes every week.

My neighborhood Costco - oh how I love/hate going here. It seems they are always busy no matter what time of day or date I would go. Now I try to make a list - get what I need - shop a little bit - and get out of there as quickly as possible. I do like to the self-checkout, but at times there are staff there to scan for you anyways. So that defeats the purpose of self-checkout, dont you think? I go maybe every 3-4 months to restock certain things.

Its just a warehouse you need a membership for ,I heard about it for year and the hype and Im not impressed. Too crowded, bump into people with bad B.O , cheap food , somewhat good pricing for items in bulk but its not all that. Forget about clean restrooms too many barbarians squatting on the toilet and it stinks badly lol . I expected far more better ,but I think Ill stick to wallet World or Sammys club .

Would like to see greater consistency in the bakerys Baguettes....too often they are not adequately proofed/risen. It appears they are rushed and therefore too dense. Sometimes they are good....but that is rare. The Ciabatta rolls are my go too when the baguettes are poorly baked. Please try and get both of these right.

I had a frustrating experience at Costco when trying to use the self-checkout without visa card and paying with cash. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome as a customer. Despite having cash ready, I was not allowed to complete my purchase, and their lack of assistance made the situation even worse. Very disappointed with the poor customer service.

Good quality merchandise at great prices. Love the food, fresh fruits, veggies and breads! We love the freshly baked goods in the bakery section ranging from crossiants, muffins, pies, cakes and more. Amazing frozen food and juice varieties. This place also sells specific Indian food supplies like paneer, yogurt, whole wheat tortilla etc. Clothing options depends on seasonality and style. Shoes and socks choices are good too Great place to buy gifts, books, toys etc The nuts, dried fruits, cereals, staples like rice sugar salt etc are abundantly stocked and of good quality. Key replacements are done here as well. ************************ The lifetime warranty on the cell phone covers screen protectors are not the really lifetime coverage. Had a recent experience today where they discontinued carrying a specific model cover and when asked to replace since it ripped, I was charged extra over what I paid earlier in order to replace with another models cover that fit my old phone. I was also told to contact the manufacturer (Pelican) to check warranty coverage and protection. Not sure if such service protection should be called lifetime warranty? We love Costco for their customer honoring commitment, but this is not the experience we had been having in the past decade or so and makes me think if something changed recently...

I had the worst experience today. After buying something, I was leaving and one of the employees checked my receipt at the exit, one item was not paid. She checked the receipt and the items in my cart one by one and looked at me like I stole something. It was not my fault, it was the employees mistake. They didn t scan one item. However, the employee at the exit treated me like I stole something and told me to wait next to exit. It was very terrible experience at the Costco today.

This was my first time visiting this location we just moved from Arlington so the location I have always visited has been the one there. The cashier was extremely rude (his name was Rudy) I informed him that my card is an international card to which he said well I still need to scan it, he didn t even thank me or said hi to me. I know that when it s an international membership you have to inform them so they push a different button so it works. I still go back home to Arlington so I will just try to do all my shopping at that location instead. It s just sad that people work that type of job and are t nice.

I refuse to renew my membership after a year as a member. The price of the membership is a lot higher than other membeship wholsale clubs. Other than that, the fact that you can only use Visa and no other cards was a huge problem for me as all my cards are Master Charge or Discover. If I didn t have money available on my only Visa account I could not put gas or buy in the store. Horrible!! Oh, and the excessive check of the membership card and receipt. You have people checking you 3 times, when you come in, when you pay and when you get out. If you employed less people to police your members maybe your prices could be lower. I just paid $20 (limited promotion) for my membership at Sam s Club and they accept all type of credit and debit cards. Revise your rules and regulations if you want to keep your members.

It is really annoying that you are like this, on two occasions at the self-payment service they have been very disrespectful, I was paying and my card was declined because the chip was not working and the person was yelling in my face to take the card away and swipe it again She was very rude because I didnt understand English very well. If you join, do so online. They do not honor the 20 off promotion in store. I had to pay $60 to join. The girl at the counter, however, gave me a cute costco water bottle for not being allowed to honor the 20 off promotion. The store had a lot of great items for sale. We got food, but my mom in law got more. I still had to order from walmart for pepsi products & Iced Tea, but not bad. We will definitely be back now that we are members.

I recently stopped by Costco and was very impressed with the clean store and high-quality selections. The best part - the cheese Danish pastries and cinnamon rolls! Straight out of the package, the cheese Danish pastries are soft, but when you toast them in an oven or convection oven, they become dangerously good. The only downside is you have to buy two packs, totaling eight pastries, which can be too much for a small family. However, they make great gifts for family or friends! The cinnamon rolls have an improved recipe that s even better now! They are incredibly soft and fluffy, with a perfect mix between bread flour and other ingredients. The portions are a bit too large for one person, but indulging once in a while is worth it for the gooey goodness. If youre near a Costco, you must try their cheese Danish pastries and cinnamon rolls. They are absolutely worth buying! Also, saw some cute outdoor furniture at great prices! Plus their return policy is second to none.

Tried this Costco today and had a terrible experience. I ve been shopping at Costco for almost 20 years but went to this location instead of my usual one since I was in the area. I had my 3 kids with me (2 in the cart and 1 walking next to it). We stopped for a couple samples as that is the highlight of the Costco shopping trips but the lady sampling macaroons was the rudest person I ve encountered at a Costco. She would only put 1 little sample cup out at a time and my kids wanted to try a bite to see if they like them before we bought a pack. I had to take one cup and hand it to a kid then go back for another then another (I didn t take one for myself since I know what they taste like). I wasn t even done handing my third child her paper cup before the lady YELLED you re welcome!! Then told the lady standing next to me how rude we were. I didn t even have the chance to say thank you yet as I was handing my kids the sample and trying to stay out of peoples way and not block the isle. They had thanked the other 2 ladies we got samples from earlier in our trip and the popsicle lady even told them how sweet they were. This lady just seems very bitter for some reason. I decided to just go check out and leave after that encounter. While standing in line the cashier was giving the lady in front of me a hard time about her order because she was an instacart shopper and wanted to keep her 2 orders separate so she left a couple smaller items in the cart instead of putting them up on the belt. They were rude to her and brought a manager over to deal with her than proceeded to talk about her in front of me after she left. Then while leaving the person at the door was complaining about her job to another employee. I don t know what s going on at this Costco but the employees don t seem very happy and don t act very professional. I ve never had any issues shopping at other Costcos before.

Please explain to me why you have a self checkout but have an associate standing there to scan all my stuff...then you have someone at the door to check to make sure that your own employees are doing their job well. Not to mention the people that are scanning your stuff nake you feel like yoi just inconvenienced their whole life. If you dont want to do the job then dont be there. They have a variety of health foods, organic foods, nuts, electronics, toys, books, other media, food platters and deserts for special events, and bulk items for large families. They also have good prices on clothing for the family. There are usually lots of samples to try some of the food items they have for sale. I like to come and see whats new at the store because they frequently change items and they also have different specials throughout the year. After shopping Costco has a walk up food counter that offers a great deal on a hot dog and soda. They also have pizza, chicken bake, cookies, ice cream , ciabatta sandwich, and a chicken caesar salad.

Just about everything is great here HOWEVER I do not trust the rotisserie chicken, I got a raw one last year and decided to give them a second chance, today s chicken was raw in the center again please review your quality control measures, you might need new thermometers and/or the ovens could be losing temp ***Something is seriously wrong.***

I ve been a regular customer at this Costco for over 10 year. I always like shopping here. I went to Costco today (4/19/2024) and left the store around 4:25pm. The worst experience happened today. One of the female employees is so RUDE. I didn t get her name cause she left so quickly after what s she has done. She s around 50 years old. She had many empty bulk boxes in her cart. Shoulder length hair. She s wearing a blue polo shirt. I met her at the wine and veggie section. I left my cart for about a 1-2 minutes to check wines. When I was back to my cart, she asked if that s my cart. I nodded. Then she said It s in the way. with a nasty tone and expression then she left like a storm. I froze for couple seconds. I can t believe this was happening at Costco and my kid had to see and hear everything. So disappointed. It s not Costco standard.
