I ve ordered twice online this past weekend and today, both times I ordered avocado toast with bacon, and both times I failed to check that they didn t even add bacon. Considering it s a whole dollar extra and I wasn t told if they were out of bacon if that s the case. This is my go to Dunkin and kind of upsetting they re getting my order wrong especially when I typically order the same thing.

Previous encounters with other franchise locations left me with low expectations for visiting today, especially later in the afternoon. The team surprised me though, even and especially on Donut Day. The store was decorated, honored the Free Donut with purchase of a drink promotion, completed the order of drinks and donuts both correctly and timely, had personable employees, and actively worked to keep the store kept and clean. I look forward to returning and would reccomend them to others in the area for anyone looking for coffee and donuts past noon.

Just stood in line for 15 mins to get some ice cream with my kids, only 2 others in the store. Nobody acknowledged our existence, much less got us ice cream. None of the people behind the counter seemed to have any idea what was going on I hate leaving negative reviews, but this seems to be the only way corporate entities make changes.

Really disappointed in this location. I was excited that it was finally opening back up. I have been in a couple times and the chocolate cream filled donuts have very little filling. The last time 3/11/24 I got 2 and they had little to none filling. I didn t even eat them. I won t be going back.

First time here and the last time here. Waited in the drive thru too long so I opted to go inside. Once inside the workers saw me come in and completely ignored me for nearly 10 minutes. I asked if anyone worked on the Dunkin side and no one responded. So I left. Unreal, I have never experienced a total disregard for a customer. Do better in training your employees Dunkin. Taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible food and drinks. I understand when you first open or reopen an establishment that little mistakes might be made. First time we went the guy didn t know how to make a frozen drink he had to call his manager so she could tell him step by step how to make it. Came out clumpy with chunks of ice. We asked for a refund, but he said we couldn t get one because we ordered it on the mobile app and had to call customer service. The second time they burnt our breakfast sandwich and didn t give us any bacon our drinks tasted like pure sugar. This morning I went to get an ice coffee. It tasted horrible very bitter. The customer service is just not great. When you say something about an item they just look at you like they don t care with no response. This will definitely be the last time I go to this location it s just more convenient for me because it s two minutes away from my home. If you really want some good coffee from Dunkin Donuts it will be a 15 min drive to Centerville and Northwest Highway but it s definitely worth the trip. Never had any issues with their drinks, their food and the customer service.

Updating my review but leaving the old one below so it will make sense. This location was closed for about a year due to a fire. I was reluctant to return because of my previous bad experiences, but it was on my way and I needed coffee. The young lady who helped me was sympathetic to my concerns, patient, friendly, helpful and attentive. My order was correct, my food was hot and fresh, the hashbrowns werent dry or burnt, the coffee cup wasnt half empty and the donut actually had filling in it! Not 100% full but maybe 7/8; Ill take it (it cant be easy to fill the inside of a donut when you cant see how much is in there!) And to be fair, I dont need the other 1/8 calories ;) Im guessing there is new management after the repairs, so I am hopeful. ------------------------ Ive been to Dunkin all over the country, and all over the metroplex. This one is consistently the worst. If you order a large latte, you will get a medium drink in a large cup. If you order a donut with sprinkles on it, it will have about 5 sprinkles on it. If you order a cream filled donut, it will gave a dime sized ornament of cream. Out of the 5 individual hash browns in my order, Im pretty sure one had been made the day before, 2 were dry and crunchy and the other 2 tasted like theyd been fried in month old grease. Bagels with cream cheese have a thin film of cream cheese--if that much. And its been like this for years. Skip thos store and go to Rockwall or Centerville. Vegetarian options: Easy to opt out of meat Parking: Its not a large lot but its not a large store. Its in a little strip mall in front of a Home Depot, but Ive never seen the parking lot full, so I dont think its an issue, and even if it were there is sufficient supplemental parking available.

If I could give them negative stars I would. The store says it opens at 5am. Wrong. The employees have to open the store at 5:30am due to the manager always having trouble with her kids. Get another manager that can open the store on time and get employees that arent snotty about having to open the store by themselves, which is understanding BUT change the hours if you arent going to open until later. Never again at this location.

I was charged $35 for an order that I expected to have. They could have given a courtesy and explained they no longer had croissants to complete my order. Then one if my sandwiches wasnt even the one I ordered. The line is ridiculously long to get and attention to actually fix a mistake. They were kind enough to realize they should have notified they didnt have enough to complete an order but nothing to fix or a courtesy partial refund.

Great service!( - )My only qualm is there is one girl who works at night that will kick you out of the store exactly at 9pm. Other than that I love taking my boys there on Saturdays. Good family atmosphere, they provide board games and play great family friendly music. - this place has changed. I cant seem to get them to go easy on the ice or leave the ice out on my cold brews. They filled the cup 3/4 full of ice. Gonna start going elsewhere.

Lottery was great. Ordered Maple Bacon and egg sandwich. Ate the Bacon, cheese barely melted, egg tasted funny. Coconut dollar was kind of dry. Threw the mealottery. They have recently changed management and you can tell. There used to be a manager named Taz and she was great. The new manager Sara is very unfriendly and not helpful. There is a young lady there that is really great but I dont remember her name but she has been there a while. We come here every Sunday and the last 2 it took 40 minutes to get our order. Both times I have been missing a sandwhich and another has been wrong. One of our coffee tasted horrible but the young lady remade it for me and I really appreciate that. We love the food but really with the service was better. Just seems poorly managed. I watched other customers go through the same issues. Also, just because you gloves doesnt mean you should touch your clothes, face, and other things and think that is sanitary. I was in food service for over 15 year and understand food safety.

Won t be back esp with all the delicious local donuteries nearby. Stood at ordering counter for 5 minutes, no one even greeted me or said they ll be right with me. I usually go to this Dunkin , I ordered 3 regular coffees and one of them with hazelnut shot 8/26 around 5 pm . All the coffees was just warm not hot and also the milk that used in the coffee smelled bad . They didn t add the hazelnut shot in the coffee. The smell of this coffee and not being hot made me to hate Dunkin. you should clean your milk dispenser atleast once in a while and please teach the employee how to give hot cofffee to the customers. I never had any issue before from this Dunkin store this is the first time I got such a bad coffee from here .

Kept telling me to hold on at the drive thru when ordering (sat there for 10 minutes) then when I asked if they were selling the pumpkin munchkins they say no so I got a little upset and excitedly raised my voice saying nooo bc they are my fave... well the lady at the drive thru rudely tells me not to yell bc I am at a speaker and it goes thru the headsets....I get it, but I didnt mean to be that loud I was just taken a back. Horrible location. Had an issue with my order and have made 10 calls with no answer. I ll have to drive up there when I get off work. I understand a lot of places are understaffed, but this location is always slow and employees have a horrible attitude most of the time. Theres a clear reason the rating for this store is currently 3.6. I went into the store this morning to get a coffee and breakfast. I waited in line inside, very patiently. When it was my turn to order, I told the young lady (probably new) at the counter what I wanted. Might I add, I said it at least 3 different times. She couldnt find my food order which I asked for an egg and cheese wrap with bacon. When she finally found my food order after a minute or two of looking, she said well you have to choose one. Instead of complaining that I had already chosen one, I repeated what I asked for originally for a 3rd time. This was the same scenario when I ordered my coffee. Again, I didnt get mad or anything. I just repeated it for her. I paid for my order and stepped to the side to wait for my order. The young lady at the counter took the next guys order and made his coffee. Minutes later, she asks me what I ma waiting for. I said well you took my order. My food and coffee. A white woman employee kind of glared in my direction, maybe she didnt like what I said. The young girl looked through the orders that were in front of her. Im guessing she didnt see mine so I handed her my receipt. She said something like okay. She walked away to help drive thru and minutes later someone called out my food order. So now, I am waiting on my coffee. A few mins later the young girl asked what I was waiting on again. I said what do you mean. You took my order at the register. I stepped closer to the counter and said listen I understand if you are new, just say you are new and Im sorry. The white woman says its her job to ask you what you are waiting on as I was telling the young lady what I was waiting on. I looked at the white woman as her back was towards me and said you dont even know what happened at the register. This is not about her asking me what Im waiting on its about her not knowing when she took my order. So, the young lady then said well your coffee is right here......This is the same coffee that had been sitting there when she checked the first time! All she had to do was say that the first time and I would be gone. But again, she doesnt appear to have the best memory even though I was the 2nd to the last customer she helped. By now, my drink is watered down. So, I stormed out of the store because I was now angry because this Supervisor or Manager (white woman) has no idea what happened previously at the counter and wants to take up for an employee without knowing the whole story. As a new customer, how am I supposed to know where my order will be? So they make an assumption everyone knows when and where to pick up their order or when it is ready? I feel like that is the case here. There is no humbleness at this location. After I get to my car and realize I did not grab a straw, I walked back into the store to hear this Supervisor or Manager was talking about me to customers, saying she wasnt listening. I immediately said to her, it is unprofessional to talk about another customer to other customers. Teach your people the menu! And what is it that I should have been listening to??? It is clear you couldnt and didnt listen to hear or know what was going on with me as a customer. Be better!!!! Do better!!!!!!

Drive through line was ridiculously long. I pull up to order my food, they told me to hold and left waiting. I tried being patient and then I said something, and he proceeds to take my order finally. The donut place runs out of donuts at 6 pm ! Crazy a coffee place and donuts will stop making donuts at a certain time if they close at 7pm . Quick trip had some , a gas station taking business from a donut shop ! That is what happens when there is no good management !

This is a combo Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins. There were 5 employees in the store 3 were working the drive through, 1 on the walk-in register and 1 making the breakfast sandwiches. It took a long time to place our order. Once placed it was a wait for the food as the employees were more concerned about the drive thru window.

Worst place ever they never have any ice cream flavors the donuts are older than the kids working at the place. I got a plan vanilla milk shake and it tasted like the milk had expired. I will not go back the customer service is horrible the young lady that was working had the worst attitude. As if it was an inconvenience to help serve any customers. I cant believe that a Dunkin/Baskin and Robin would be this bad. Wow why corporate has not got involved or the owner take more ownership is beyond me. I hope I dont get food poisoning from the items I got.

I came in to get breakfast and waited for 10 minutes before ever being acknowledged. The lady waiting behind me called out to a few employees, asking if we were going to be helped. Finally, an employee came by and said that they were busy and it was going to be awhile before they could help us. Then he just walked off. Ive never had that happen to me at any restaurant. I went through the DT and once I got home the donuts had been placed upside down and the glazed donuts were covered up in what seemed like just powdered sugar. I called Sunday, 2/07, at 5PM and asked for the manager. She was extremely rude and refused to provide her name multiple times. To top it off, she hung up before I could even finish my last sentence. Horrible customer service and food quality, honestly. That ll be my first and last.

I tried the ghost pepper donut. It was good but not nearly as hot as you expect something that is named ghost pepper. It has a little bit of heat that you could feel. I was definitely hoping for more of a pepper punch. Give it a shot before they are gone.

I come to Dunkin Donuts at least once a week. Ive been to several different ones all over the metroplex. The one in Rowlett is one of the worst ones Ive ever been to. Getting a bagel from this location is a risk - you never know what youre going to get. I ordered a plain bagel with extra cream cheese. THIS is what they gave me. Ive had bagels that tasted burnt, that have tasted like chemicals, and bagels with no cream cheese or like this one very little. I obviously need to drive the 25 minutes to Murphy and stop trying the Rowlett location..

I have been a LOYAL customer of DD for years. However, I have had the worst experience with this location. I recently placed a mobile order to this location. I paid almost 25 bucks for this order. When I get there, I get told that they were out of stock of the food I ordered. 1st off, why does the app even allow a customer to order something that is not available?? Going back to that day, I ask for a refund. The staff looks so confused. They obviously dont know how to process this, which means theres a gap in training. I get told that I need to use the app to contact the company in order to get a refund. I have never experienced this, where the store cannot process refunds, even if they order was placed on the app. Not only did I leave without my food, I also left without my money and I have to take the time to contact the company directly?? I do just that, I call the company and the hold time is 25 mins. Needless to say, I reached my destination before I was able to speak with anyone; I was going into an appointmentand could not be on the phone so I had to hang up. Later that day I decide to use the virtual assistant through the app, which is a joke because I paid almost 14 dollars for the food and it said it could load 200 points to my card, which is equivalent to 1 free drink. No, that is not enough so it submitted a claim or request. Here I am 48 hours later, and after calling, using the virtual assistant and emailing the company, this issue still has not been resolved. I am so sad and disappointed not only in this location but also in this company. Needless to say, dont waste your time going here. Dont waste your time using the app, you may be ordering items that are out of stock and you too will leave without your goods and money. They have lost a loyal customer.

Ordered several items. Enjoyed my regular coffee with cream and sugar, price was fair. My 2 Wake Up Wraps were small. The Gofor2 deal which is 2 wraps for $2 has no bacon but cheaper. Overall was a decent experience. The charli- over all 9/10 it was worth the buy in ny opinion and it may be bitter to some people but for me it was good and it hit those spots.
