Great bar and grill food pubb/restaurant. Overall four stars based on crowd enticement. I visited as a stranger and there was less than interactive chat. Its like inviting guests and just fixing food. But the customer service was excellent and the beer cold. Clean bathrooms too. Its a my thing.

The service and food were exceptional. Our orders were served without any delay. We had the mahi mahi served with seasoned fluffy rice and light glazed carrots and the perfectly cooked juicy steak accompanied by nicely sautéed medley of zucchini, yellow squash, and onions.

HORRIBLE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL customer service from the bartender ERNESTO. Overall he seemed unhappy with his job. We came in on a Saturday, 8:30 pm with only 4 tables occupied. He never greeted us, we sat down 8 of us. He walked over and stood and looked at us . We asked for menus 2x which we never got, we ask what alcohol beverages were available, we gave him our order he walked away. Few minutes after he came with our drink order NEVER interacting. He walked away and stood at the bar with his back towards us vaping. Never checking on his table. I had to get the other bartender attention to have him turn around. Ernesto then walked over pulled a drink from the cooler and sat it on our table assuming thats what I wanted...ummmm NO SIR! Annoyed I asked him, who order that? He responded with I thought thats what you wanted. At this point my husband and our friends were extremely annoyed at him. We asked for a couple of drinks which The Establishment didnt have (Jameson) so we ordered another drink which was made completely wrong. After me telling him thats not what I ordered he snatched the drinks off the table walked over to the bar and gave them to the guy sitting at the corner of the bar. By this time my husband was disgusted with a service we were receiving. We asked for our tabs and left no tip. Max time:1hr 1drink ea We observed him working his tables which he was attentive and smiling. Thats when we figured out, its not his life or job he hates but his own kind!

Must have fake reviews as the food was pretty bad. Unfortunately it took bar food even lower. Soggy fries they were recooked. Dry overcooked meat on burger, jalapeño poppers where they choose not to remove 70% of seeds. Staff was friendly serving when they came around. Good location with outdoor seating.

Wasnt terrible food, but the service was severely lacking. We sat for a while before being able to our in an appetizer order and then sat even longer after finishing the appetizer before we were asked if we would like to order a meal. By this point, we had already decided to pay and leave. It seemed that the crowd at the bar was way more important than anyone else. There was even another guest walking around asking others for the bathroom with no help from staff.

First, using the Google site from the previous restaurant/owners is a bad look for a new restaurant trying make a name for itself The serving sizes for the price is terrible. Their $9 apps serve 1. Their $13 hamburger doesnt come with fries, thats $2.50 extra They charge McKinney prices for a menu full with frozen food, institutional, not premium. They were out of some food when we were there

Great Food, I had the cfc, my 2 friends had cfs and tortilla soup and quesadillas. Nice portions and the quesadillas were weighty in a good way. Super nice server. Clean and not loud. We were there around noon. Vegetarian options: They had some. Parking: Free parking across the street. Kid-friendliness: Its right next door to a arcade. Id say yeah, I kinda wanted to go. Wheelchair accessibility: Most aisles/walkways looked to be more than 31, so pretty decent bathroom location might be problematic. L angle could get tight, but distance is fine.

Ive gone here a couple of times meeting friends for lunch. Usually I get wings or a chicken fried sandwich. It has never been great. The food is usually bland and nothing exciting. This past Wednesday we had to send back the fried chicken sliders because the chicken was chewy like it was freezer burned. The walls and decor is old , there are holes in the walls and general unkept evidence all over. Hell there is still hand painted candy canes and Christmas trees on the windows In February! Ill not go back until they remodel and put some care into this place.. I dont drink anymore, so cant report on that. Typica business doing the minimum to sell alcohol. Skip it

Second time being there, food was terrible. I ordered fajitas and the steak did not taste like steak. Spam is better. Guacamole was brown and it smelled bad. Rice tasted microwaved and they did not provide tortillas... First time I went there for dinner, I tried their burgers...no difference, figured I would give them a second chance but the foods quality is definitely below 0 stars. This plate is not worth the 20 dollars I paid for.

I ignored the reviews about the bland food and service and decided to give it a try since I had once stopped by for cheese fries amd they were pretty decent. I walked in and straight to the bar to place a to go order. There were two gentlemen at the bar eating and drinking but not another soul in the place other than the 3 ladies working there. It took a small amount of time foe someone to greet me and ask how can I be helped. Not the best as at least 1 of the 3 women could have acknowledged me and said someone would be with me shortly or something. However, they continued their conversations and texting until they were ready to get to me. The girl was friendly and very accurate with me order for not having to write it down. I was impressed with that. I walked to Emporium Pies around the corner and came back and my food was ready. Got home to my cheese fries and they were just meh, probably better to eat them at the restaurant. I had Catfish strips that were decent in portion but they must not have seasoned the cornmeal or the fish because I imagine crumbled white bread would taste better. They have a decent menu but someone has got to add some flavor to these bland dishes. Parking: Free parking right behind the place makes it convenient.

Place is decent. Location is prime. Downtown McKinney is a very fun place to visit, day or night. This place is located adjacent to the parking garage. Easy access. Food was rather bland. Nothing special. Nothing remarkable. Kind of tasteless. Service was too laid back. Nice enough people, but it took 7 minutes to get a drink, hit empty a couple of times, took us flagging staff down for a refill. There was a 22 minute ticket time on the food. There was only one other table of two men and three kids on our side of the restaurant. This was today, on a Sunday, and the service was super slow with a near empty restaurant. To be fair there were more people that came in twenty or thirty minutes after my party of two. I would say go for the booze. Drinks looked nice and relatively inexpensive on the cocktail menu. Draft system was refreshing to see and kept up really well. Other than that, pass.

Wow! I don t know how this place stays open. First thing, the trash cans in the ladies stalls had not even been cleaned for the new day. Oh did I mention we were the first customers there today at 11:15A. It didn t even look like the place was ready for a new day. It doesn t even look like the owner takes pride in his business. The burgers tasted burnt! I can t cook well but I can def grill a better burger than that! My husband chicken fried chicken was pretty good so there s that. Pretty good, but not our favorite! Wish the atmosphere was a little more lively and didn t love the food we ordered, but the service was great. We will try again!

We ordered the nachos for take out as we are artists in the Arts in Bloom festival. The nachos were good but skimpy portion for $9.95. Maybe 15 chips with black refried beans and cheese with avocado and jalapenos on the side. Tasty but very pricey.

Stopped in just out of convenience as we were running an errand nearby. Really glad we did. My family had the ribeye steak, mahi mahi and a burger along with a skinny (fried) pickle for the table. The main courses were all cooked perfectly and served hot, and the sides were just as satisfying. Grilled veggies, sweet carrots, rice, fries and sweet potato fries were all fresh and amazing. Reasonable prices and friendly service too. Highly recommended!

Im only giving Foxiis 3 s because of 2 things. 1 there were a bunch of kids loitering right outside the window where we were sitting with skateboards and vaping and the other was the restaurant lacked any kind of ambience. The walls were bare with a couple TVs and that was it. The staff was friendly and the food was actually very good. Truth be told tho, if we werent with another couple, we would have left just because of how the place looked on the inside. So, as far as food & service? We were pleasantly surprised.

Food was really good. The gentleman working during the day was awesome! The 3 girls on pm... not so much. 3 of them leaning on the back bar, filthy tables, empty glasses everywhere and the kitchen was dinging a bell while they stood around. They also had turned up the music so loud you couldnt hear the person next to you during March madness. The girls turned off the sound for the tvs when the whole clientele was watching the game. Their choice of music did not seem to appeal to anyone in the place. 15 people tops in there the whole time. I know places are desperate for help, but wow.

Very good food. Had the TX queso, Buffalo chicken sliders, and hamburger sliders....and fries. Freaking delicious. Beer was cold and bartender was on point, friendly, and easy to take to. Will go back next weekend with an out of town buddy. Cant wait.
