Lauren was our realtor, i do wanna start off by saying it was a very strenuous process getting a home, but she made it as easy and as effortless as possible. We had so many questions and concerns we had no idea what the answers were to what she was very patient and educated us on the matter. Even was able to get us 0 down on our home and worked hard to get us in as fast as they could! I loved everything she did and how hard she worked to get everything we wanted.

To Alex Pardo, Hello Alex, I am writing this review for you. Youre the best ! When Alex and I first met, we only had a chance to talk a few minutes. Alex, immediately sent off to me some houses he thought I might be interested in. I wasnt impressed. Yes, he tried to help me but on the next two pages on Redfish there was two homes similar priced $10,000 to $ 20,000 cheaper. I informed him exactly what I was looking for. Boy ! Did he get on board. He found exactly what I was looking for, a fixer upper. I tried to purchase the home. To make a long story short, I did everything wrong. The house purchase fell through. I talked to Alex; he guided me as to how to proceed buying my next home without the problems I tried to do myself. He guided me every step of the way. And I mean every step of the way ! This process was a little slower but when I/we got all the details straight, we were ready. Three months later I was able to purchase my home. Getting all the details straight before we even start looking was paramount. Even after I/we found a home I wanted, Alex came through again by guiding me through the process. And, YES, there were so many details Alex helped me solve, along the way, I am sure glad I had Alex on my team. Althought i think they are very professional, they are not very communicative, This company represented sellers interest s which obviously is the Goal, was not communicative on doing counter offers, or even outbidding highest offer on the table. Spoke to Pete Ayala about purchasing a lot and building a home and he quieted our minds and calmed our nerves about the entire process. This relocation experience has been a long winding road full of surprises, and I don t think anyone could have hung in there with us and stayed as committed to finding us the perfect home on day 90 as she was on day 1, than Jessica Molina with the Ryan and Brian Real Estate Team. We are a family of 3 relocating to Edinburg, TX from West Virginia, and though we began the house hunting process in February, due to unforeseen circumstances we went under contract twice and had to terminate our agreement both times. We are relocating to the area because of work, and when I reached out to them, I was immediately paired up with a representative and our realtor. Our realtor, Humberto (Beto) Miranda, gave us the absolute best experience. He worked hard to get us preapproved and gave us an action plan to look at homes when we were in town. When we were in town, he lined up six different houses for us to look at. At each home, he let us reflect on the features of each home. We came down to two houses, and he assisted in helping us make the right decision. Specifically, one home was not going to get a loan approval for the listed amount. His expertise helped us make the right decision - a home that we have fallen in love with. He organized a competitive offer, and the buyers accepted! From there, he worked with his collaborators to get the loan ready for us and got the move-in date to meet our needs. Importantly, he checked up on us throughout the process. I first Ryan Peterson in October 2021 because I was nervous to sell my home and I had no idea what it was worth or what would be needed to make my home marketable and desirable. After just one meeting he gave me actionable tasks to fix my home, and recommended contractors and cleaning crews who came through and fixed my home so we ll that I almost didn t want to sell! It took a lot longer than I expect to get through the steps because of life on my end, but Ryan and his team continued to check in with me throughout everything. Once we put our home on the market, for only ONE WEEKEND, I received 10 offers, many of which were well above my asking price. Thought the whole process I tried not to get too excited because it all seemed too good to be true. Last night we signed the closing documents and today we got confirmation that our house is off the market! I couldn t recommend this team enough. Choosing a great Real Estate office to facilitate the sell of our home was not an easy task. After doing my due diligence it was evident Ryan&Brian Real Estate Team was a perfect fit. The whole team worked very diligently, they walked us through every step of the process. From my initial phone call with Michelle who was very professional and knowledgeable she explained the process and transferred me to Tania, the Client Experience Manager. Tania was so sweet and personable, she scheduled the appointment with the Listing Manager, Ryan. When we meet with Ryan he was so friendly and genuine. Ryan discussed the listing process and showed us home comparable to determine our listing price. He was very sympathetic to our decision of selling our most valuable asset. After he s visit we felt confident we chose the right team. Couple of days later we meet with Abigail Marketing Coordinator, along with a professional photographer. Abigail was such a delight she throughly explained the marketing process and the phone app where we can review the showing activities. That app was awesome. Shortly after that we received a phone call from Frank, the Transaction Coordinator, he introduced himself explained he s part in the transaction which was to oversee escrow with the title company, the buyer s real estate agent and lender, and he s fiduciary duty to the seller (Us). Frank kept us updated every time there was an update either by text or phone calls. He was so diligent that he updated us when the appraisal and home inspections where scheduled. Frank is amazing. Our transition went so smoothly thanks to the team. We received the highest level of communication and professionalism we have ever had in purchasing a home. Daniel Navarro came highly recommended and he truly lived up to our expectations. Daniel began working with us remotely before we arrived to Texas.
