Very disappointed in this location. Management needs to get the employees up to speed. Trash on floor in store as well as parking lot. Mens room is a total mess. No receipt paper at pumps. Inside gives a receipt you cant read. About 5 employees standing around.

Fuel Island is nasty, windshield water always muddy, mens bathroom floor always covered in piss, just imagine you are walking in somebodys piss while shopping, girl fixing BLT obviously couldnt read English, no soap in bathroom, I stop at qts from missouri, oklahoma, and texas, and this is the worst! The girl at the counter was nice.

All we can say is ... WOW. First, the womens bathroom... gross. Not cleaned and water EVERYWHERE. WHAT IS GOING ON?! Next, standing in line to pay for coffee and there is a girl dressed very skimpy- dress to the very top of her thighs and barely covering her assets on both ends. She is flirting with the curly headed cashier and asking him his age. She writes her name and phone number for him and leaves. just keep it away from work. Jeez. Last, my husband went to use the mens restroom. He was disgusted. He said urine all over the floor under the urinals and gross. It was dirty and nasty. This is so not how we are used to QT stores running. This is sad. Yuk.

Nice, clean, and well-managed QT. The employees seem genuinely happy to work here, which reflects the great attitude of the manager who was there. They were sold out of the drink I was looking for, but they tried hard to look.

I love QT and their quick handling of customers. Many truck/large RV pumps with half of them having bulk DEF at the pump. You are able to use regular credit/debit cards right at the pump without having to go in. Competitively priced diesel.

Excellent gas/food stop when passing thru Wichita Falls Texas. Plenty of gas pumps! Extremely well stocked store has a great variety of road needs, food etc. Huge friendly staff too. And most importantly when on the road, CLEAN restrooms!

Very helpful, clean and a great selection of food. Gas is 2nd lowest to the competition, but if you want food and variety they beat them. Almost not worth the trip to the lowest as youll use it driving there on the highways. No wait to little regardless of the pump or inside. Youll get a talented person running 2 registers at once. on top this place has several surveillance cameras and police presence, making it a very safe place as a weary traveller to crash for a night. Very thankful to these folks for more than the store, everyone here helps in any way possible.

Somewhat upsetting. I always get my coffee here because you guys use the paper filters instead of those new machines but now thats not the case anymore. Without being filtered through paper, the coffee retains the acids and the bitterness but coffee filter through paper taste much better. You guys no longer have the best coffee in town. Im really disappointed

I LOVE QTs. The ones in Kansas City are GREAT !! But, this QT was below QTs standards. The stalls in mens room had NO toilet paper (and one of the stalls was locked, but empty). The windshield wash container near my gas pump had not paper towels. The gas pump was out of receipt paper. One of the front doors was broken. And, in general, it was not very clean. Disappointed.

Although the location is not ideal, in my opinion, due the logistics of exiting North Bound 287/I44 and definitely the access to visit when going Southbound. Truckers will have a tough struggle to get in and out, back to the direction they are going in. Quik Trip is a good place to visit and the parking lot is huge. The gas pumps are numerous. It is a very large building and steadily busy with customers. They seem to everything one could possibly want in a one stop store. Ice is available to buy located on the outside of the store, clean restrooms, courteous employees, hot dogs with the chili cheese dispenser. Souvenir gifts, t-shirts, candles etc.

OMG the Falls has a QT!!! Ive had the luxury of experiencing the awesome QuikTrip having lived in TN and worked in N. GA so I knew what was coming. This location lives up to its reputation. Its well organized with a great staff! My only beef is they have got to get the diet Dr Pepper fixed on the fountain!!

stopped at the new station earlier this evening they built here in Wichita falls Texas was kind of disappointed in the fountain drinks area pretty dirty didnt have any Dr pepper most of their fountain drinks had a lot more carbonated water in it and I got the mountain dew its okay rest the store I mean I know its a busy location its a busy store rest the store look pretty good all the hot food items they had laid out looks good she just got to take care of the fountain drink area a lot better. it was my first time stopping in there since you open. I would recommend yall put some bike racks out front too cuz you are close to a cycling trail and a hiking trail the store is so new you still cant check into it on Facebook.

Ok, 1st& 2nd visit great. 3rd visit I decided to order a pizza. Ask cashier how long, answer was something like less them 10mins. Ordered pizza. Pizza was ready for pick up& I waited for 10 more mins to receive a pizza I was almost in arms reach of. Tried to get the attention of the 2 different what i asume to be manger standing up above everyone else because everyone else was busy. I understand things happen& management has alot of responsibility but when they each look at you& you speak to them& the do not even acknowledge your standing there step down from podium / whatever theyre standing above everyone on to start talking to another employee about nothing to do with work heard the whole conversation. The employee sees me standing there and ask me if I need help with anything not the manager that just walked right passed me. I am not one to right negative remarks I understand busy. We are all busy.... have not been back since& do not plan on it anytime soon. Ps pizza was great....

The store is wonderful. The landscaping is horrible. Which ever company installed the Bermuda Sod did a horrible job. They did not level the ground before laying it. They clearly did not use landscaping pins to secure each roll on inclines. Which has caused it to fold, and will not root as it should. You can obviously see that there are huge clumps of dirt beneath the grass when you enter and exit the parking lot off Old Iowa Park Rd. It is honestly an eye sore to me due to my profession. I could see Quick Trip having points deducted from a landscaping audit due to this issue.

QT is absolutely the best This was my first time at this store. It opened a few weeks ago, so the bugs are being worked out. The store was very clean, as they always are. I was initially disappointed that several fountain drinks werent working or marked as being unavailable. When checking out, I mentioned this to Isaac that was waiting on me. He promptly apologized and gave me a coupon for a free future visit fountain drink! Thank you Isaac for your professionalism and owning the inconvenience. That goes further than youll ever image!

I know that it is new, but when was the the last time you entered and exited a place and were welcomed and told goodbye by the same person? Floor being mopped the entire 15 minutes we were in the store. Very clean. No lines at check out, and customer service and expediency were top-notch. If this caliber of service and accommodation is carried forth, other convenience stores should wake up.

I am a QuikTrip fan! I believe that QuikTrip, especially this location, is far better than Buc-ees. This location is spotless. I have visited during the day and at night and I have been impressed with the spotless cleanliness. The restrooms could easily win a prize for best restrooms in town. The food is great! The personal pan pepperoni pizza has large pepperonis and the sauce is light. The crust is perfectly when you add one of the dipping sauces. That is the big secret for a perfect QuikTrip pizza - add the sauces! I look forward to stopping at this location for many years to come.

I have been emailing QT corporate headquarters since we moved here 8 years ago from Tulsa. Gone are the Stripes, 7-Elevens etc with the dirty floors and dark corners, expired food etc. QT will bring a higher standard to Wichita Falls. Hopefully this is the first of many for our area. Cant wait for them to open.
