We went yesterday for the first time. We scheduled bowling, axe throwing, and arcade for about 4 hours. The whole time, EMILY helped us. She checked us in, and made she we had everything we needed. She checked on us periodically. She was right there when our bowling lane bumper wouldnt work right and switched us lanes. I had 2 younger kids with me and 3 teenagers.. it was hectic, but she remained more patient with excellent customer service for all age groups. She showed the teens how to be safe with the axes, as well as the correct way to throw so they could enjoy themselves while doing it. Greenville Shenaniganz is AMAZING! Everyone is super friendly! Ryan, Jordan, and Mia made axe throwing so fun! Jaymie was an awesome bartender and is so easy to talk to! We took our son here yesterday (July 27th) for his birthday at his request because he loves this place. They did not disappoint! The manger Stephanie was awesome as usual and a huge shout out to Taylor from the kitchen for making my sons day special. This is a great family fun and safe atmosphere and we go here a lot and my family always has an awesome time. All the managers, staff and the food are awesome every time we go. Even with there being options to go to other places like this, we prefer to go here from past experiences. YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH THIS PLACE. I also love the fact that they are proactive about safety and have off duty police officers working security for safety just incase something comes up especially in these days and times.

I kid played a game that requires him to pass a key thru a hole. When that happens the key and lever its on releases an object prize. Well he did his part and the game reneged on its responsibility and released the object midway. I dont think that was fair. The challenge was met. Get the key thru the key hole. Not an easy task. Its one thing to cheat an adult, playing against the odds, its another, cheating a kid that really believes he will win, and when he does, he still loses.

I always have a great time when the family and I go. My only complaint would be to have the lanes a bit brighter, makes it hard to see the arrows when trying to perfect my bowl. But the black light bowling is a cool feature when just bowling with friends.

First time at axe throwing. We were out for a girls night and decided to try it out. Jordan was the best axe-throwing instructor! On top of all the safety and rules, Jordan showed us multiple techniques, gave us excellent tips, and showed us several axe-throwing games we could play. He made everything so fun and easy! Also had excellent service at the bar from Jill. She made me a couple of tasty mixed drinks and was super nice and great to chat with. Wonderful Saturday night- will definitely be coming back. We booked a party for our 11 year old at the Greenville Location and we greatly enjoyed it. We had over 10 girls show up and we had a blast bowling and then playing in the arcade. The staff was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. They were always checking on us during our two hour time slot making sure everything was refilled and ready to go for our party goers. I highly recommend booking your party with them. Great value for a great experience.

We had our daughters bowling birthday here last month, April 2024, and we were very impressed with the customer service. I cannot remember the managers name who helped me book the reservation and helped the day of the party but I am so glad I gave Shenanigans in Greenville a try for the birthday. Bad experience hands down. This place used to be great but it has gone down hill quick. Im not sure if its the management not caring anymore but my family hasnt had a worse experience than tuesday March 26th. Even though the girl who took our order was really sweet her name I believe was Raylee. She did her best and attended us great. The food took to long for it to be as bad as it was. It didnt seem cooked right at all the taste was bland and everything was not put together well at all. The staff was slow to resolving any issues and there was a lot of unwelcoming energy from the start. This place needs to step it up. Even their rockwall location has issues. New management or whole entire staff but this place needs to be fixed.

Seating for bowling is farther than expected. Most bowling alleys have seating at the lane. Tables are set back 20foot or more. Lane beside us their table was off center in front of our table. Ordered mixed drinks and there was no alcohol in them at all. Im not a drinker! We will not be returning to this establishment. However it was clean thats why I have it 2 stars.

Best experience at Shenanigans of Greenville. We came in a Group of 2 adults and a group of our 4 kids. We got our lane and think I kinda picked our waitress accidentally lol She came to our table, took our orders with the biggest, friendliest smile. Worked hard all night! We didn t have to ask for refills at all and if we needed something more she was never hard to find! I want to show some appreciation to Raeleigh for being the sweetest, fastest, most patient waitress I have ever had. She deserved every last bit of the tip she received tonight! I had an amazing time here with my date. We went axe throwing, and our instructor Jaymie was the best! The staff there are amazing! The general manager, Stephanie was also amazing! She was quick to ask if we needed any help, and got us started. Definitely recommend stopping by for all their activities. We also tried out their arcade, which was lots of fun! We plan to go again for the bowling, and we will definitely do some more axe throwing in the future.

Came on a Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. for two 5 years old to bowl, not one person was in here but they don t allow public to bowl on Monday and Wednesday cause of league bowling. I m sure no league bowling will even bowl till 6:00. So I would not recommend obviously this place doesn t want public bowling! Seems like a waste of money to have employed sit here with no customer. They could have gave one hour for these kids to bowl.

If you visit this location after you have been to Rockwall you will be thoroughly disappointed. Its alot smaller with about 1/2 the arcade games and attractions. Spent $100 on game cards and watched my daughters hit jackpots etc. Walked to the ticket counter and guy told them both they had 1000 tickets exactly. One had actually hit a 1000 ticket jackpot so I objected. He gave her another 500 tickets. I left irritated. Definitely felt he was working some kind of something. Will be taking my girls and cash elsewhere for a good time.

The one in Greenville is awful, unless you wanna go bowling. The prices for food suck, but then everything taste like heated in microwave and over cooked. The waitress was sweet. The game selection is like an after thought. Id love to give 5 stars, the staff is always sweet and amazing, bar is really good, the kitchen is good too awesome time to bowl and chill out with a drink.. the arcade though needs an update desperately, half the games are normally down and needing repairs, and if they are running you can tell they arent really being maintained. And thats not the staffs fault, its not something they can do, its the establishment that needs to have a maintenance person out to fix em or update em. So bowling is great, bar is great, kitchen is great! Arcade is eh.

Love this location. We live in between the Rockwall and the Greenville locations. This space feels more laid back. We prefer to bowl at this location and participate in other events (laser tag, kid zone) in Rockwall. It is nice to have both options available to us depending on who we are meeting up with. Used Kids Bowl Free passes and only had to pay shoe rental for two games! We had room to spread out, every other lane was open. Since we saved on the bowling games, we ordered a beverage and snack items from the grill. It was quiet during the week, we try to avoid crowds and this was an enjoyable evening. Staff were patient and helpful with my children when asking for bumpers, getting a ball stuck in the gutter and telling stories about their almost-strikes. :) We usually go during weekends because of work schedule and it can be busy with birthday parties and other groups----but now that school is out, Im going to make it a regular thing to come weeknight evenings. I highly recommend this location if youre looking to not feel rushed.

Pretty good but some of the staff were either overwhelmed or just lacking but when we got our server, she was quite excellent! We dont know what her name was but skinny and blonde hair, lol. AXE THROWING was awesome, my wife and I had a blast!! Went to do some Axe throwing. The young lady helping Saturday night was very nice. My reason for 3 starts is due to the board conditions. They had 6 targets and only 2 of them were of throwing conditions. One board (the one my group was on) literally had a piece... And I mean a 12 long sliver/slab about to fly off. I decided to not make a big deal of it because the lady was nice and we were there to have a good time and not cause drama. Seriously though... Keep up with your boards!

The 29th we had an outside party cancel due to high winds. Last minute we called to see if they had something available for a 3 year old party. They went above and beyond to help us out. We enjoyed the axe throwing. Half of the arcade games dont work anymore, And trying to get a menu was a long process. Ended up choosing not to eat there. After kind of looking around at other peoples food and the prices they wanted for it. Spent $50 for arcade games got to play three different games and am unsure how much of the $50 actually went to playing and how much was taken by broken machines.. I like the idea of the place and arcade a bowling alley axe throwing and food all in one building. However the reality wasnt as amazing as the concept.

We went here to bowl and play the arcade games. It was a blast for kids and adults. The manager was awesome she gave my son an extra play card because she said she liked his dance moves lol. The place is clean and has great staff our server was amazing and attentive to our needs. We will be going back.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Clean and well maintained. I go to bowl and love it! Donald in the pro shop is great! I have one complaint. Call me old fashioned but some of the music videos they play are NOT family friendly!

It was an ok experience at best. While getting our shoes cashier gave us a pair of busted shoes for our kids to wear. We kindly ask for another pair. Started at lane 7 but ended up moving to lane 1 because the balls would not return to our lane. Waiters came and asked if we want to order, we ordered soft drinks. She never returned to see if we wanted refills or to order food.
