The truth is we only went to try it for the first time, and although it wasnt bad, the food is not that great. What is worth highlighting is the attention they gave us. There was a very friendly girl who explained the entire menu to us and how to order. And the cashier was also very friendly. Thank you so much.

Workers and supervisors like to harass new workers in inappropriate ways. And when it is brought to their attention, they try to evade it because we cannot present a report on the worst experience in our history. That is why former workers have resigned due to management and harassment. It is not recommended to work here or even eating feels disgusting. The night staff doesnt even keep the dining room clean and the bathrooms arent any better either.

not the greatest experience as someone who loves taco bell I came expecting so much better but was very disappointed I always get a quesadilla and chicken chalupa and for both I had to go on a wilderness explore to find the chicken in both the fries were extremely soggy the only thing i enjoyed was the baja blast can never do me dirty do as you will with this review

I mean, its a taco bell, what do you expect. The food is ok and cheap. Wait times are high. Took about 20 mins to get an order out. This store is understaffed at the moment, so I get the wait times, but it is still something that should be resolved quickly, especially during the holidays.

Its like all fast food places, but I still want to have the taco bell style experience! For me its a delicious U-shaped tostada but half a portion of a tostada of course. I think that in the beginning people were allowed to make their taco, but due to the improvement of the process it now comes out of the kitchen assembled ready to taste. I want to return to taste more dishes since there is variety.

Its taco bell. I mean if you have been once, youve been a thousand times. You know the menu. The value crave menu is the most potent laxative known to man. Youll be a one person orchestra the next day. This location has really friendly staff and they get you on your way quickly. Theyre not stingy with salsa either if you ask for it.

I cant say much since I generally go through the drive-thru most of the time. On top of that, I rarely go to Taco Bell. Taco Bell is a place you dont go to much in the Valley with all the Mexican food options around. But every once in a while you get a craving for it. This is where the benefit of going to Taco Bell comes through. Consistency. You know what you are getting, and you get it. The Cheesey Crunch Gordita is gonna taste the same as it did 5 years ago, and will continue to taste the way it does. Same for all the other menu options. That is why we go, and that is why I give this Taco Bell 5 stars. This place is consistent, no matter how much time goes by between visits.

Staff ignored me for 6 minutes while I was waiting at the counter and only acknowledged me after they were finished with their own conversation. When I finally got my order they forgot my cheesy fiesta potatoes and when I finally got those they also forgot to put sour cream in it too. This isn t the first time they just flat out ignore customers waiting at the register this is the second time they ve done it. Needs new management and some common decency to acknowledge customers, a little Hold on I ll be right there instead of being ignored would be nice.

The food was great, the customer service not so much. Some old skinny guy with glasses in the back caught an attitude with us for no reason. Which I don t understand because nobody was talking to him in the first place. 8/10 still coming back tho. Would ve been a 10/10 if it hadn t been for uncle grandpa with his stank attitude.
