Ordered take out and asked for a drink with my meal. The guy at the front counter turned around and scrolled through his phone for 2-3 minutes before getting my drink as I m standing in front of him. Management seemed to ignore it. I ve never seen an employee working at a restaurant ignore customers to scroll on their phone right in front of them. Highly disappointed!

Today, Sunday, September 15, 2024, the night shift staff at 9:40 treated me rudely and made gestures not suitable for a person who has to work in that position, second mistake, very crispy wings were ordered and they were delivered to me regularly as they make them, not as I asked for them, the potatoes with a lot of salt cannot be eaten, they are not suitable people to work here, they affect the reputation of the company, its a shame

We always love the food here and today was no different. But what a PAIN IN THE A$$ to order from home!!! Tried ordering online and 5 different times with 3 different cards we were told We cannot take your order at this time. Please check your payment method. We have had this issue with the on multiple occasions in the past, so we called instead. They now have A.I. answering their phones and it took FOREVER to get them to get the order correct. If this is the new norm at Wingstop, you have lost our business. We wanted wings really badly tonight, but will not go thru this again. Even the person behind the counter agreed that it has been a disaster. What a disgrace, Wingstop!!

The bone in wings were hard and dry. Very hard. There were nets and flies in there making it hard to eat. You had to protect your food. Also other bugs. They need pest control. Also why does wingstop not have real napkins? Everyone has to use this big giant brown roll of paper towels. 1 single giant roll. Neither wingstop in Denton has actual napkins. Also told the guy twice there were no forks out front before he was willing to give me one. Not returning to wingstop. I ll go to the grocery store and then make homemade juicy yummy wings.

i got take out and the experience was good. staff was super nice. i assume the cashier was new because another guy was helping him but he did a really great job. on another note, initially i was confused about the long wait time because there was only 1 other table eating some wings, but there were doordash drivers constantly coming in and out so i really cant blame the restaurant for that. my only real complaint is that the front counter is ridiculously tall lol. my food was scrumptious tho 10/10 i will definitely be returning when my wing cravings hit me again

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. After about 30 minutes of waiting for my food, I asked for an update on my order. When I asked, the employee working there looked on the to-go shelves even though I ordered dine-in and only told me that my order wasnt ready yet. It wasnt until over an hour after I had originally placed my order that a different employee told me that my order was never actually sent to the kitchen. I ordered 15 wings, extra cook time. When I got my wings, they were very soggy, soft and squishy, even after the extra cook time. The proportions here are way off as well. Wings don t get tossed in seasoning as they should. My wings are only covered by sauce/seasoning at the top. I only get a few thing of fries whenever I order the larger size. It s basically the same thing as the regular size at this store. Also, they give out tiny little wings and pass it off as a regular wing. No type of chicken on those tiny ones and they won t even replace it for you.

Place was a little crowded but mostly because there werent that many places to sit, there were a bunch of GrubHub/Uber Eats drivers waiting on orders. Instead of having parking and bringing stuff out to them they just fill up the lobby. No one acknowledged when you come in, no way to tell where the line was and a huge wait time even with what looked like a full staff. Cleanliness was not good. The floor was sticky and it didnt smell great. I LOVE Wingstop so dont take this as a review about its food in general but this location needs better management and either more help or organization..

Originally we made a delivery order for 4 people and the order was completely wrong. However I made a call and spoke to the lady manager and she made the order perfect, upped the drink sizes and redelivered the order which was perfect the second time around. Ordered a special in the app for 20 boneless wings and fries. Split it to 4 flavors per the special. Picked up the order and they crammed all 20 boneless wings into one small to go box with their paper poorly separating them. They all ended up falling together trying to unwrap what was essentially a puzzlebox. I mean they tasted good, but my barbecue wings fell into the hawiian and the spicy stuff fell into the sweet stuff and hawiian sauce got all over my lemon pepper. But other wingstops have split this special into two boxes. Dont know what possessed them to cram 20 wings of varying flavors into one box.

The lady up front was swallowed with 20+ angry customers and they 3 guys in the back were finishing orders and just piling them up. Never calling out names even though she was marking receipts for people that were already in store. Update: got home and all that was in my bags was fries!!!

I have always come to this location and I have worked in restaurants so I know that it is impossible to have orders on time when there are a lot of people but the last time I arrived for my order that I ordered online and when I arrived none of the guys who were serving me I asked if they could help me, they only looked at me strangely until I approached to ask for my order, which they said in a derogatory way that it was not ready they definitely need to work more on customer service. Wingstop is very consistent. We only order the wings though. I really like the option to get all flats or all drumettes if we want. We go for all flats from time to time. Ask for extra sauce on side or seasoning (whichever your flavor is) enjoy doing your own wings and season with that lil extra you got on side. Saves me money but always keeps me going back. I would have picture but we had to get our grub on and forgot. Lol finger licking good and its not KFC. Happy eating yall, now Go get your grub on.

This is my second time ordering from this location after spending $70 each time I m absolutely sick to my stomach because they always forget something or somethings always cold. This used to be my favorite place but not anymore. AND THOSE WING THIGHS ARE NOT IT, those boneless wings are more like bone THIN wings just crust I m soooo over it. They should form 3 separate Lines with markings on the ground, customers have been fighting bc theres no organized procedure or lines, everyone just stands there cutting in front of eachother as more people keep walking in like sardines. Simple fix, people that have been helped stand on the far left side, 2 lines in front of counter for walkins/customers, Then Ubereats/DoorDash/Grubhub stand on very right side for pickups.
