The venue is beautiful and what not. So you re wondering if it s a beautiful place why am I giving it a low rating? Well if it wasn t for the grounds keeper who is totally rude and disrespectful. I attended a quince this past weekend and I overheard the quince s mom kindly ask the man if he could put the 2 dogs in their pen because they were bothering guests and with the food around she didn t want them to get into it. To which the old man replied as you can see my dogs are in their pen, these dogs belong to the other ranch so they re not my responsibility. Then he proceeded to say that the reason the dogs were there was because of the family s yorkie to which the lady replied no these dogs have been here since earlier when we came to setup and besides they barely brought the Yorkie 10 minutes ago. He then went to mention on how dogs are not allowed(there is no sign might I add) he also went off on the fact that they rented a water slide and how it is also not allowed. To which she said well for 2 weeks I ve been calling and no one answers and he told her that she s been calling the wrong and asked what number did she call and she said the one on the website. He proceeds to say that she called the wrong number because if the owner wants to answer he answers if not then he doesn t answer. So she said that in that case they need to update that information on the website. But again other then that the venue is beautiful, they just need to hire someone with people skills. PS he then said that it is a ranch and there are deer around to which I laughed because I ve lived here all my life since the late 70 s and not once have I seen a deer

This spot is a wonderful outdoor venue with palapas and a pool off Whalen Road, tucked away just off Jackson Road heading south. Plenty of parking and room for whatever event yall might have in mind with lots of seating as well

Great place to celebrate whatever occasion. Plan to take a dip in the pool to cool off too.i had my first sons wedding here a few years back & now my middle son will be celebrating his wedding here as well in June, 2022.

Great service wonderful place the manger of the place is very helpful in case you need him . Other than that you can decorate however you want at the end of your event you just clean the regular and the rest of the cleaning they take care of it. We rented the Cabaña montero from 5pm -12 am but you can go in as earliest as 2 hr before your event to set up.

Nice place for adults looks clean but for kids the pool looked clean but most of them kids came out with cuts on their feet a child mentioned having a cut on his toe and he said theres rocks in the pool didnt pay attention since we were the 1st ones to arrive to the party and was with them the whole time but everything else is great.

Pretty cool place, hidden gem. Pool is good for longing or partying, not deep. Sufficient parking, as long as guests carpool. 3 patios/decks by the pool, grill/oven area is a good size. Enough outlets parsed around so you can charge your devices, comfortable seating everywhere

An outdoor event center that is kind of out of the way place (which is a plus) that features two large palm thatched gazebos (palapas), swimming pools, grilling/bbquing areas, a small dj/band area and dance floor/area. They also have air conditioned bathrooms....a must for South Texas. The large palapa easily accommodated 10-12 tables (60+ people) with room for another 6-8 tables along the outer edges. Very large paved parking area with handicap access. Dont know what the rental fees are but the place is very creative and festive.

Its very nice they make a pool for small kids and big kids. Good for all kids of parties, or a wedding. It was hot but they have fans. It is very nice and also has a small pool for children and a large one. Very nice facilities for all types of parties or for a wedding.
