Every time I come to best buy Im disappointed. Not one employee said a word to me. I went in to buy a laptop and had questions. The guy working the area never greeted me or asked if I had any questions. All he did was watch me like I was gonna steal something. When I would move, he would move to keep watching me. Lots of cool gadgets and great selection of movies. Get 5% back when you use your Best Buy card. I would like to add that after the the first of the year 2024, they quit carrying new release movies. Best Buy only has what they haven t sold yet. Can t even order new releases online. It is very disappointing since it was my go to place for movies

I ve been a Best Buy customer for years and this Best Buy in Baytown is the worst off all and I ve even thinking about closing my Best Buy account and hope whoever is on management on this Best Buy in Baytown give me a call and fix my issue because none of their employees knows what they are doing at all Bough a bunch of stuff on thanksgiving A fridge air pods stove tv washer and dryer I spent $3,500 total Well all my stuff was supposed to be delivered right after thanksgiving I got everything delivered but the fridge and was told it was supposed to be delivered next week I waited and waited and my fridge never was delivered I get a phone call saying that the fridge is waiting to be delivered but need to pay for it because someone cancel the order I need to pay for need when it was already paid showing on my Best Buy account Well I go by the store pay for it again and the guy tells me that the fridge is on back order when someone called me couple days before and told me the fridge was in the warehouse waiting for me Ok I told him I wait for it he told me by Friday or next week and it was Sunday I waited for Friday and no one called me and my fridge was never delivered I call Sunday and no one knew anything about my fridge I waited for another week Saturday I called again and whoever answer me told me the order was there but she didn t know where my fridge was I was on hold for like 30 minutes and she was never able to figure out where my fridge was at all I got tired and I told her cancel my order and she sent me an email confirming my cancellation A week later I receive the Best Buy card charging me for everything including the fridge What is going on with this Best Buy Does anyone that works there knows anything was going on I hope management call me and fix the issue

Popped through this location about a week ago to buy a 65 television for a customer. Located product on my own, no assistance was around. November 4, 2023, around 6:30 PM, I went into the Baytown BEST BUY looking for a particular Boom Box/CD/Bluetooth compatible. 4 associates passed me and not one asked me if I needed assistance. The store was not full. One young man saw me coming his way and suddenly acted like he was busy. When I walked into the establishment, an associate was standing at the little desk area and didnt greet me. I did 3 walking laps around the entire store (except) appliances to make sure I didnt miss the item I was looking for, so I left. Went to Walmart and found exactly what I was looking for. I hope the management reminds their team, particularly this team that were assigned this particular shift that customer service is essential, particularly since we have started the holiday season. The only associate I saw multitasking was a an associate that had long hair with glasses. He was helping assisting several customers at once and of course the GEEK SQUAD were assisting others as well. Please note that 99% of customer reviews I write are always on the extreme positive side. It is extremely rare I write a review with this disappointing tone. Thank you for your time and attention.

I have been a customer at Best Buy for years now, and the overall experience has been quite satisfactory. Although I have never encountered any major issues with their customer service, it was also not exceptional or highly memorable. This store is horrible Kyle stated he was a manager which he definitely doesn t act like he is one. When I was trying to do a exchange. After talking to him you apparently can t return a item no matter how much money you spend if it s past 15 days unless your a member then it s 60 days. He is very unprofessional. It was a gift so I didn t have any type of receipt unfortunately. He treated me as if I was trying to do something a customer shouldn t do which is exchange my daughters gift. Also he stated the item can t be opened. Well how are you going to know something is broke if it s not opened and try to use the item? Let s just say Best Buy has altogether lost my business. I also asked for cooperates number Kyle gave me the store number not corporate. He avoided the issue. So I got the number by finding it myself online. I will be taking this issue further.

Staff doesnt want to help you. Like ur a bother to them. Asked for help finding a tv. They said they didnt have any. Walked over to some in a pile on the floor and found what I wanted myself

They won the appliance wars. I shopped online and went to 4 other brick and mortar competitors, and Best Buy won. They had what I wanted in the price range I was looking for and the service I expected along with free delivery, and that saved my back. So, five stars it is.
