All old ppl don t know what they doing appointment was at 2 got here at 1:45 didn t get seen by doctor till 4, unprofessional 0 customer service they don t give a dam about patients I asked how much more time and quickly asked me if I need to reschedule after waiting 2 months for this appointment

Ive been going to this office for over 7 years. I absolutely loved the staff, up until this year. The new people at the front desk/the lady thats standing in for Dr. Henry are beyond rude!! Im an asthma patient, and they care nothing about my needs

I love Dr McCurley. Him and his staff are wonderful. The nurse practitioner Ogo I just love her too. She wants to make sure shes covered everything before you leave. I am very pleased about choosing him as a PCP.

Dr. MCCURLEY, himself, is the kindest, most helpful doctor. Dr. MCCURLEY & Pam, office manager, has always been sensitive to any need weve had in the last 17 years. He has never made me uncomfortable, or rushed & ive always left feeling confident & cared about.

I appreciate that I can get in to see a doctor within hours of calling for an appointment. I moved and have new insurance and was thinking of changing offices but everyone I called takes months to get in! This office has been dependable for our family s needs even for the period when we didn t have insurance so I m sticking to them.

Dr. McCurley and his staff are truly amazing. I have been a patient for 10 plus years, he genuinely cares for his patients. He takes the time to get to know his patients and addresses their concerns. Cant say enough nice things about this doctor. Nurse Barbara is hands down one of the best in her field.

My husband has been going to Dr McCurley for 30 years so when we married 21 years ago I started going to Dr McCurley. We love him dearly as a doctor and have had no problems. He even called my home one day to check on me because I left his office so sick. We have had no problems with any of the staff they are very helpful especially Barbara and Pam also. We recommend Dr McCurley highly he is a great person!

I have used Dr. Leeroy McCurley for years now. I started seeing him before he moved to the office that he is in now. After the move, there was sometimes a long wait. Now, the time you spend in the waiting room is 2 minutes. Barbara is a hard worker doing several things at once, so it can make her seem rude at times, but when you need something fast, she is able to get it for you quickly. I have recommended Dr McCurley to several people and I will do it again.

Extremely fed up with pam!!! I m convinced she s racist. She s rude to patients but ESPECIALLY patients children. This office is in shambles and it s insane how they re barely hanging on with a thread!! Pam also never returns her phone messages and how professional is that when you re supposed to be the manager? I m hoping Dr. LeeRoy does something about this office and even though he s had people there for YEARS doesn t mean they make good mentors or role models because Pam had me MESSED UP.

Do not go to this office. Staff especially the nurse Barbara is very rude and unprofessional. My suggeston is for her to attend class on customer service. The best person there is the receptionist and Dr. Annie. Dont waste your time!!!!

I am always treated well whenever I go in for an exam. After reading some of these reviews some of the people on here are a little extra and doing too much. I have never had a problem with the staff, they have excellent customer service. Some people need to sit down and have several seats. Barbara is GREAT!!! Ive known for years, shes going to always keep it real with you, but she has a kind heart.Maybe you were doing too much and you got checked and didnt like it. Girl bye!!!!

Staff Is rude!! I called about my husband and ask the front desk a simple question about his appointment. She went in the room and told my husband she was not going to argue with me on the phone. I ask a simple question. Told me she is not telling me anything anymore and proceeded to hang up. He came to this office because my family has came here for years!! So unprofessional!!
