Martin put in the effort to help me with my occupational license. Because of circumstances out of his control, he could not help me but gave me my money back and told me exactly how to go to the court i needed to. What lawyer does that? I ended up getting it without having to pay a lawyer at all so i have to give him a 5 star review!

Martin and his office assisted me with a traffic ticket. I m a CDL holder so tickets are a major problem for me. Attorney Martin Rubin helped for the first time about 2 years ago with getting an occupational driver license since I was unable to obtain a driver license. He was quick and made the process really easy for me. I am always working and very limited on time to get my personal things done between having a full-time job and having a business on the side. The process was very smooth so when it came time to renew it I knew exactly who I would call. Well I just received good news that Attorney Rubin was able to get me my actual Driver License today and I no longer have to worry about applying for an occupational license. I have been dealing with occupational license for over 10 years now and hearing this news made me soooo happy. He worked quickly and went over all possibilities with me upfront and made sure I had a full understanding of the process. I did not have to be behind him at all. Incredible attorney. Honest, professional, and ethical. He proved to give great legal advice even when he had to give me answers I didnt necessarily want to hear. Im so unhappy with the Lady who answers the phones. I was refereed to this office for traffic tickets . When I called to see how much it would be to take care of my tickets. she sounded like she did not want to assist me. she didnt bother to get my name, citation number, drivers licence number , NOTHING .. she told me it would be 400 + some court fees+ other fees . $ 400 and she didnt ask my name or anything that would have gave her access to quoting me the correct price. She sounded like she just wanted to rush me off the phone..very unhelpful

I had a great experience with Mr. Rubin and his entire staff at his firm! My traffic ticket situation was very complex when I first approached Mr. Rubin for his services. Let me explain; I had an ineligible license and roughly 14 outstanding tickets that were all in warrant status. 13 of the 14 traffic tickets were tickets with in the Justice of the Peace courts. One ticket was in the City of Dallas. Mr. Rubin, Debbie, and Julie all helped me immensely in getting my tickets dismissed and helping me get my license back. First, let me say Debbie was very helpful from the first day I called their office. She explained the process and help me identify all of my outstanding traffic violations. She also clearly laid out the steps I would need take in order to reinstate my license and clear all of my tickets. In addition, Julie helped me stay organize and kept me on the path to clearing my tickets as each one of my tickets were dismissed. Let me be clear, the process required me to consistently follow-up, research, and stay on top of the process. Thats the only way youre going to successfully handle your tickets. Most people think you just hire the lawyer, and thats it. Thats not the way to do it. In my situation, Mr. Rubin filed an appeal bond for me for all of the courts and was able to get my Justice of the Peace tickets moved to the City of Dallas courts, and dismissed. I dont want the process to be misinterpreted and to insinuate that I didnt have to pay any fees because I did. But paying fees is typical in traffic ticket situations. In my case, I had to pay $30 Omni fees on each JP Court tickets which was great compared to having to pay the whole fine for each ticket. Once I paid my Omni fees my warrants were lifted and I was able to get my license reinstated and drive again! I would absolutely recommend Mr. Rubin to anyone needing to hire a lawyer to help with their traffic violations. Mr. Rubin and his team are professional and will work diligently to help dismiss your tickets. I highly recommend this law office, I can stress enough how good they are! Excellent service all around.

In the past 10 years, I have had on occasion a police officer pull me over for alleged speeding. Mr Rubins office handled every one of them. No convictions thank you! In another case the city of Dallas came after me for not trimming my trees and rubbish bins. Mr Rubin went to court with me and the case was tossed out by a very angry judge who said the city was wasting her time. His office has always been professional to deal with and Marty is IMHO the best traffic attorney in Dallas.

I hired Mr. Rubin for a speeding ticket I received. There was an error on the speeding ticket regarding the posted speed limit. I informed Mr. Rubins office about this. They made the appropriate notes on my file, and with that Mr. Rubin was able to get my case dismissed! Yay! Aside from that positive outcome, Mr. Rubin was a pleasure to work with, albeit briefly, as well as Julie in the office. As my wife stated in a previous review about Mr. Rubin. I was referred by a really good friend of mine. From the very first phone call I made to his office. It seemed like they actually cared, and was more than willing to help me. We scheduled an appointment, and went in to see Mr. Rubin that week. After explaining our situation to him he decided to take on our case. Every time I had to call or had a question. I would call the office. Debbie took my calls. Very Professional, and sweet woman I must say. Every time without fail I would get a call back from Mr. Rubin within an hour. I was never left in the dark wondering what was going on. It has been roughly a month at the most since opening the case, and Mr. Rubin has already resolved our case. I highly recommend Mr. Rubin, he is a very professional, understanding, and will not beat around the bush with you. He tells it how it is, which is what I liked the most about him. Had a ticket paid that came from Frisco in 2011 its now 2016. I now have a CDL and receives a letter in the mail saying i was about to be suspended. I contacted Mr. Rubin because I was confused on how they could come back years later. He was very informative and told me what he could do to help me. Went back and seen him 3 mos later and we left court today and I have no suspension my CDL is good. Very professional personal guy, nice staff clean office. Hopefully I will never have to use him again (thats not a bad thing) but if I do I know who my attorney in Dallas is.

I have a commercial drivers license and any moving violation greatly affects your CDL, _ your points on your commercial drivers license, it can affect your credit score, your insurance premiums and your future employment opportunities. From the time I contacted Mr. Rubins office for a traffic ticket in Jan 2016, and spoke with Ms. J. Coronado, I was immediately impressed with her pleasant, courteous manner and her willingness to assist and answer all my questions. I had contacted another Law firm prior to contacting Mr. Rubins and it was like day & nite. The other law firm was not as pleasant, quoted me twice as much as what Ms. Coronado quoted, and attempted to pressure me into a contract with them. This is a very good law firm. They totally dismissed every traffic ticket I had. Everything happened within a month. I will suggest this law firm for the rest of my life.
