There is honestly no better venue in my opinion than Ranch Austin. The venue is absolutely stunning and my guests were ranting and raving about it all night. Chris and Melissa are so attentive and give so much support throughout the process (and I had many many questions throughout the year and a half of planning!) They are so professional and help you all the way through. I will always recommend them and their venue!

WOW! Ranch Austin is simply amazing! First of all, the property is BEAUTIFUL, complete with longhorns and miniature donkeys that provide a perfect Classy Texas Ranch atmosphere. Beyond that, the hospitality of Melissa and Chris is nothing short of incredible. Melissa makes it so easy to ask questions and go back and forth with during your planning process. I promise she will be your most efficient and organized vendor to communicate with! She is kind, responds quickly, and makes everything simpler! Chris was there on the day of our Kentucky Derby party and he set everything up perfectly prior to our arrival! On various occasions throughout the event I also saw him running around helping various vendors however he could due to the weather and ever-changing DJ setup! He worked TIRELESSLY to make everything perfect!! Even beyond that, he spent time with my sister teaching her about the longhorns and letting her feed them! It was one of her favorite memories! I know there are a lot of Dripping Springs venues, but what sealed the deal for us was the value for the space, easy rain back-up plan, being able to have an indoor-outdoor event, built-in outdoor bar, being able to bring in our own alcohol/TABC bartenders, and the Classy Texas Ranch feel. Other ranch venues in the area were a little more rustic than we wanted and many of our guests commented on the unique combination of ranch atmosphere and animals, but high quality, gorgeous features. The lights outside are also so special at night! We are so happy that we found Ranch Austin! THANK YOU!!

Ranch Austin the perfect venue for our wedding! The venue is so naturally gorgeous and guests were complimenting it nonstop. It has so many different areas for us to utilize for the ceremony, dinner, and reception. Plus, the longhorn cattle were an absolute HIT with our guests (as well as the AC for my northern family members). Chris was so easy to work with and very helpful leading up to the wedding. The price was great too. We could not have asked for a better venue!

Me and my husband had our wedding here last month and it was amazing! Chris and his wife are truly the best and the venue itself is so beautiful, including the longhorns and the donkeys! Chris even went out of his way to gift our son a care package full of crayons and toys to keep him busy during the ceremony. I highly recommend this venue!

Our wedding day at Ranch Austin was everything we hoped it would be! Things didnt go according to the original plan due to some bad weather but still turned out to be the absolute best day. The plan was to have ceremony and reception outside but weather forced us to use our rain plan. We are so so thankful we had the relatively easy option to move everything inside the hall and it still turned out amazing. Chris and Melissa were responsive and helpful with all of our questions. The guests loved the peaceful surroundings and long horns roaming around!

Could not have had a better experience with Ranch Austin!!!!!! From coordinating our very first tour, to a whole year later / wrapping up our perfect wedding night, Chris and Melissa were increidble to work with. They are so friendly, accommodating, have great communication, and much more. - The venue is beautiful. It was the absolute perfect mix of ranch and class that we could not find anywhere else that we looked. - Venue was also the perfect size, with an awesome layout. Makes the wedding move through its stages so seamlessly. Hands down the best option to get married in Austin, we booked it sight unseen and it was so much more than we expected. Its family run and the couple are very nice and accommodating, they provide so much at the venue for a very reasonable price. They also now have Beer Burros you can rent during your reception and its so worth it! They also have both indoor and outdoor options so it was great to have the assurance that we could utilized the indoor area for the ceremony if it rained. Lastly its only 20min from downtown Austin so our families got to enjoy downtown while still getting to be at a ranch for our wedding. I highly recommend booking this spot for your wedding!

We had a fantastic experience working with Ranch Austin for our wedding reception! Melissa and Chris were attentive, responsive, and flexible to work with. They allowed us to visit the venue on numerous occasions prior to our wedding for wedding planning purposes or to show visiting family members the space. When we first came to visit the venue and were invited to BYO wine to share on the beautiful property following the casual private tour, we knew wed found a good fit for us! Ranch Austin provides a taste of the Texas hill country, but with more elegance and closer proximity to Austin than the many other hill country venues we visited. Would 100% recommend booking Ranch Austin for your event!

Ranch Austin alone is such a spacious and beautiful venue and to take the cake, Chris & Melissa were great people to work with. They were good at communicating through email, phone call, and text. They were very flexible with allowing us to come to the venue several times leading up to the wedding for planning purposes. We felt very comfortable the day of the wedding and we were able to rely on them for anything that came up throughout the event! One of the most special parts was being able to select our own caterer as most venues require pre-chosen caterer. Don t hesitate to book for your next event!

What a spectacular venue! The Austin High School Cross Country team had their end of the season banquet at Ranch Austin. The team and their families LOVED the location and the ability to enjoy the beautiful outside area and spend time with their teammates and friends. We couldnt have found a more perfect venue for our wedding, and Chris and his family made us feel so welcome and at ease. We planned the wedding from out of state, and had only seen the venue via FaceTime and photos; the venue was even more special and wonderful in person. We had a smaller wedding, and since we got married in late June we were able to move the wedding indoors due to the heat and the space was perfect for what we needed. We did simple decor to compliment the airy feel and lovely rocks, fountains, and chandeliers in the space. Also, we got some really cool wedding photos next to the longhorns!

Ranch Austin made our wedding! Our guests couldnt get over how beautiful the venue was and the space is so versatile because of its size. The best thing about going with Ranch Austin was their team. One of my besties got married here and it was gorgeous! Lots of land,some longhorns, beautiful trees, and lit pergolas. It was supposed to be held outside, but in true Austin fashion it rained that day. (Joking, we mostly have beautiful weather). When I say this place was magic, I mean it in every sense of the word! We were 45 days out to get married and bc of covid, our community center we reserved could not accommodate us. This is where the magic happened. Chris, the owner of the Ranch (he provides a number to text) was able to schedule us a tour that week and from there the process was so easy! They were also so easy to work with and responsive to any novice ( I naively planned the wedding myself) questions I may have had. The venue is from a Western fairy tale. All the guests were as impressed and in love with the space. I mean, they have longhorns just hanging out to celebrate with you! The price was surprisingly affordable as well. Chris and his family truly created a beautiful place to celebrate love. This place is special. We are lucky that we found Ranch Austin.

Sheri showed us the place when we toured & she was so inviting, warm, and nice - we were sold as soon as we left & it was the first place we toured! They were different because they treated us like people - there was no pressure to book or any of the you better do it soon because we re busy that we got from every other venue. From booking on Ranch Austin was super responsive & flexible to every question I had & every visit I needed to make to look around up until our wedding day. The oak trees lit up at night is spectacular. The owner was awesome to work with and so was the staff! Katie answered any and all of my questions throughout the wedding planning process the past year. Im so grateful for this place and sad our wedding is over but these memories will last a lifetime and Im so happy we had it here!

I cannot say enough great things about Ranch Austin - and more importantly their entire team! From Chris to Katie, to mom and dad - you feel truly part of their family when you walk through the door. The grounds are absolutely spectacular and truly a hidden gem in this crazy city. From the farm feel of the real Longhorns on site, to the multiple wedding location options, brides and grooms truly can make their night both personal and magical! Farm seating under the windmill allowed for some very excellent photo opportunities pre-ceremony for myself. A grooms building was perfect for Daniel to get ready, then grab some great photos as well. We chose to marry outside under the covered stage/alter. A 5:00pm ceremony was truly breathtaking with the twinkle lights, outdoor bar area, and firepit! Inside, the Bridal Suite was simply divine. Complimentary wifi allowed me to take in the small moments with my favorite playlist, enjoy a nice cold beverage with my mom and sister, and give my dad a much appreciated first look to his youngest daughter all dressed up! Having the reception inside could not have gone more smooth. Access to the AC, the outdoor patios, and having enough space to accommodate my 52 guests was absolutely perfect! Drinks, Dancing, Dinner, and Cake all went off with pure wonder! Truly a magical experience where you dont need tons of decorations as the place is truly beautiful by itself! The Team was incredibly responsive to all my crazy bridal questions and they host evening Open Houses which truly sold us on the venue! Job well done Chris and Katie - you made my dreams come true!

I cannot say enough incredible things about Ranch Austin. Their pricing is extremely fair in a really competitive wedding venue market, and the owners are genuine and helpful. You could not ask for a better Texas chic atmosphere, and Im not exaggerating when I say it has it all. Each of the different spaces on the property, which includes two outdoor and one indoor ceremony space to choose from, have their own personalities and are so versatile to any couples style. The catering kitchen is a dream (which is a detail many dont think about) and the scenery is just breathtaking. There are so many beautiful opportunities for photos, from sunsets to longhorns to nighttime dancing under the twinkling lights. Every aspect of my wedding came together perfectly because of this venue, it was really a dream come true!

If theres one main comment I heard at my wedding it was that the venue was absolutely stunning. And I couldnt agree more. I went back and forth for a while about whether the venue cost was worth it but our wedding night proved it was. It was by far my favorite part of the wedding, more than the decor or the flowers. I had a ton of guests from out of town and they had such a great time taking pictures of the longhorns before the ceremony. It was also just a nice occupier while everyone was arriving. The windmill ceremony site couldnt have been better, and we lucked out with nice overcast skies so it wasnt overly sunny, which that site can be. The reception couldnt have been more beautiful with all the lights all over the trees, the outdoor bar, and the lovely bonfire. It really was perfect. I highly recommend this venue. It really was everything we could have ever hoped for, and more.

My husband and I just got married at Ranch Austin and we couldn t have picked a better venue. The location is far enough from the city to have that all-to-yourself feel, but still close enough that we were able to stay in and experience downtown Austin. Ranch Austin had everything I was looking for in a venue: options for an outdoor ceremony and reception, gorgeous lawn and reception spaces, and that Texas vibe with longhorns hanging out so close to the party. It was absolutely amazing and even our vendors who had never worked there before kept saying how it was one of the most beautiful venues they ve ever seen. We are a military couple stationed on the east coast so I was nervous about planning everything so far away but Chris and Katie were always extremely accommodating and responsive whenever I asked questions and made sure that the day of went off without a hitch. Everyone LOVED the venue and we were more than pleased! Thank you so much Ranch Austin for making our wedding day perfect!

I fell in love with this venue the second I drove through their property and saw the longhorns. This venue represented who we are as a couple so I didnt have to seek any further than Ranch Austin. I never had an issue with anything. They took care of everything and were readily available if I needed anything. We live in Colorado and my husband didnt see the venue till we came for the rehearsal dinner. On wedding day he told me I did a great job picking the place. Even from out of state Chris and Katie were so helpful. I loved that you have options in case it rains and you dont have to come up with a plan B. I got so many compliments on the venue and the day was just perfect.

This venue was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed- a beautiful bridal suite AND grooms cabin (separate from the main building which was really cool). An amazing spot for the ceremony with beautifully strung lights that lit up the area at night and made it the perfect setting. we did the reception inside because we couldnt predict the weather. Our guests were both inside and outside (at the outdoor bar). The staff at Ranch Austin were very informative and proactive about keeping us informed about upcoming payments or things we needed to do. We couldnt have asked for a better venue and staff to work with!

As soon as we walked onto the property, we knew this is the place we wanted to get married. The property is spacious, well manicured and not to mention beautiful, especially when lit up at night or when the longhorns are in full display. On top of that, the management (especially Katie) is one of the most laid back, yet professional wedding venue managers we had met! We are most grateful or how easy it was to work with Ranch Austin. We werent sure if it was going to rain on the wedding day (up until hours before the ceremony), and The Ranch never put an additional ounce of stress on the situation. Quite the opposite. They were kind, accommodating, and helped to consistently focus on the positive. It was clear that they sincerely want each of their clients to have a wonderful experience at their venue. I am glad we went with that initial gut feeling when we came to visit---I could not imagine being married anywhere else but here! Thanks Ranch Austin!!

As soon as me and my [now] wife stepped foot onto the property we knew we had found the perfect spot for our wedding. The location is far enough away from the city that it feels out in the country (and doesnt get the loud city noise) but is close enough that our guests were able to venture to downtown afterwards. The venue is gorgeous in every way and has the most caring and professional individuals running it. Anytime we had a question about decorations or things we could or could not do/bring to the venue, Chris and Katie were an email away and always very prompt with their response. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the venue and loved taking pictures with the longhorns during cocktail hour. This is hands down the best place for a true Austin, TX wedding.

It rained early in the morning the day of our wedding and Chris was out cleaning off the patio area so that everything would perfect! The venue is the perfect setting for a hill country wedding without having to travel out of Austin. The options are endless for they type of ceremony you prefer. Chris and his team at Ranch Austin were AMAZING. Theyre prompt at answering emails and we were able to go to the venue for planning purposes many times. Theyre super flexible. My favorite thing about this venue is that its so spacious. For our Oct 2017 wedding, we used the outdoor altar, the indoor ballroom and the outdoor reception space. Our guests had plenty of things to do and places to be, and it felt so seamless shuffling everyone around. I adore this venue and its so close to a ton of Bee Caves amenities. We loved the fact that hosting our corporate seminar at Ranch Austin rather than a hotel ballroom meant that our catering options were endless. I highly recommend Ranch Austin to anyone wanting to add a special touch to their corporate seminar, client happy hour or other corporate party! I LOVED having my wedding at Ranch Austin.
