We just had out last birthday party at this Mcallen location, while also previously having two other parties at their palmhurst locations and we have had the best experience at all three! From the initial booking, the owner makes reserving a breeze. The hostesses are always so helpful and polite from start to finish. We also really appreciate how clean the place always is and how they go above and beyond to make sure all areas are safe for kids! We look forward to booking many more parties here!

From start to finish booking this event center was amazing ! The venue was responsive and answered all my questions . The day of the party the staff was so friendly and helpful !!! The service was truly amazing !!!! Highly recommend to book for your birthday party !

Excelente lugar para hacer tus fiestas infantiles, los niños se divierten al maximo. Instalaciones en buen estado y una Excelente atención por parte de los encargados y señoritas que ayudan en el evento. Mis invitados quedaron encantados con el lugar, ya que cuenta con área para más pequeños, spa de niñas y futbolito para más niños más grandes.
