It was our first time trying out this location and Amy was our server/bartender, and she was great! Burgers and Hummus we recommend trying. Amy is very friendly and overall she just gave us great customer service. She mentioned how we are able to bring our pup and what kind of treats they have for them. We will put this location on our top of the list to come back to.

If you live in the area and have not tried it, you are missing out. I highly recommend if you like craft beers as they have 50 or so rotating. Overall, 5 stars and they continue to improve and impress. Drinks: Excellent selection of craft beers along with the usual suspects on tap. Check untapped for the most current list. Plenty of other drink selections and specials. Food: Have not had anything I didn t enjoy thoroughly. Plenty of choices and you don t have to wait very long for fresh food to your table/seat. Service: Excellent! Special call out to Brianna - fast service, friendly and remembers what you like after one visit while providing great recommendations. Bartenders are attentive, friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere: Plenty of large screen TVs to watch sports. Large space so it s good for large groups. Large patio, too, when it s not too hot outside. Good seating outside with fire pits to keep you warm in cold weather.

Absolutely horrible experience. We had such high hopes. We went on a Saturday night and were a party of 9(two families). We ordered a plain cheese burger, a plain grilled cheese, 10 wings and a chicken fingers withsauce.. We got a fully loaded burger (sent back), 8 wings with barely any sauce when I ordered 10 and the chicken fingers came with a drizzle of sauce. We asked for more sauce and they charged us for them.....there are so many other issues...too many to list. They had no manger on staff, only a bar manger and the poor girl tried...she gave us a discount and was very apologetic. But I told her and the staff to go over to Craft way or taverna rossa for another job because this place will NOT be open long!

The Brass Tap is my 3rd most favorite restaurant here in Texas, and thankfully this is the nearest location to where I live. The crinkled fries are good but the chicken tenders are awesome! They re fresh & juicy and we re cooked extremely well. The service was also very friendly and they were a lot of help with both adding a senior discount of my father and adding points to my account. I can t recommend this place enough. ^-^

The server was not attentive for a table of 6. The chicken tenders tasted like the were cooked in old grease and had an off flavor. Hamburger came out with cheese on it despite specifically requesting no cheese. The scotch was way overpriced and small. Server expected me to pick up the cost for another patron who settled their bell earlier and had left. Restaurant is noisy. My party agreed we would never return. Can t think of any positives to mention

Had a great evening at the Brass Tap Plano! Service was great and it was definitely a vibe. Saw the Rob Holbert band live and they were awesome a hope to see them back there again. No complaints at all about this restaurant. I do suggest to management that they post who is performing on any night. I found out there was a reggae band there the night before which I defined would have checked out.

Sat down, and took a bit for someone to come over and get a drink order. When we did get our drinks, we still did not have any napkins or silverware, had to ask for that, ordered the Boom Boom shrimp and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich.....when the food came out the shrimp was actually colliflour and the chicken in the sandwich was cold....we informed the waitress, paid for our drinks and left.....not busy at all, staff seemed inattentive, not a good spot & will not go back.

Service was poor. Food came out at different times, so by the time the entire table got its food half the table ate cold food. They comped one beverage for the cold food! Unapologetic and terrible service: if there are more than 12 people in there, turn around. It was shocking how bad the service was with no acknowledgement. Drinks took forever, we started going to the bar for them, food trickled out and none of us ate at the same time. Fries weren t cooked, shrimp not cooked all the way. Steer clear of this joint until they get their act together because they are far from ready to open.
