DON T GO WITH THIS COMPANY AND LENDER THEY USE. They would push your closing date back 5 times and don t accommodate for your time wasted. If you are selling with them, PLEASE DONT. They are very unresponsive and still ask for a 3% fee, Nancy Romero was terrible.

Linda Hall has helped me buy not only my first home as a single woman who had no idea what I was doing to now my 2nd home! The first home I purchased with her was late 2021 where she held my had through the entire process from being there for appraisals, helping me get my insurance and water and electricity. She sat at the closing reading each and every letter I was signing and making sure I understood before we moved on to signing the rest. Later that year I had issues with my escrow account and linda handled it all she told me who to call and etc. I didn t even know what an escrow account was Fast forward to TWO WEEKS ago when I purchased my 2nd HOME! I am now a home owner of TWO properties at 25 and she helped me with all applications, all paperwork she physically took my mom to the bank to get a last minute bank statement from my account since I was at work before the closing! SHE IS AMAZING,I can t express how much help she s been! She s definitely gone above and beyond with both my closings. Linda will definitely help you get the house you want! Linda Hall is the most dishonest and despicable realtor Ive ever met. She took the money for 3 application fees for me and my children and I never heard from her again. She didnt return phone calls or respond to my text messages. I have great credit and none of us are felons, so the only thing I can think of is it is a source of income for her.

Maria Calvó went above and beyond to help us find our dream house, we started looking for a house in 2020 I believe,house market was crazy and very competitive. We looked around couldn t find anything she never gave up. Long story short she found a new build set up an appointment with them & we loved it. Noel Rendon, the broker of this company, helped my husband and I buy our first home in 2015. The process and experience was very smooth. All bad. I ve never really experienced a move out with this much hostility. After hearing from a previous tenant that getting your security deposit back is a long process I mentioned to my agent that the security deposit can be used for things such as utilities and a cleaning service. As a licensed agent she tried to misinform me of rental laws and claim security deposits don t apply to things like that and sent an aggressive email after I mentioned it. ****all while threatening to involve my job like some for of public shaming or blackmail**** Pics include text, email, and rental law. Not sure if the entire company is like this because it s based in Texas, but I recommend educating yourself before you deal with these people. I ve rented from great landlords and slumlords and no companies representative has behaved this way

Did a tour of a rental house a couple weeks ago then applied to rent. Was contacted the next day that I was denied, so logically I requested to know the reason and was only told they couldn t verify some of my information. I asked if I could help clarify whatever information was needed, but never heard back. I recognize that no one is required to respond, but it felt pretty unprofessional for something that is probably easily resolved as the rental application was poorly constructed and asked for what I felt was unnecessary info like height, eye color, and weight(?). Have definitely had better experiences.

Agent Michelle Pina completely stopped responding to my agent after we put an offer in on a home we loved. We called, e-mailed, and texted, no response. Her voicemail was full. We reached out to the broker and still no response. I called today just because it was so confusing to not hear back after we were being flexible with the sellers requests and was told that Michelle did respond, which isn t true, as our agent had been texting and calling her with me present, and copying us on all correspondence. Michelle then sends an e-mail to my agent just minutes after I called the office to say they took another offer, 2 days after we had asked for a response. Every person I ve told of this situation has advised that this is the most unprofessional work they have ever seen.
