Saviannos on Sat at 3:30 pm. Garlic knots and garlic bread was very good. Water is horrible, it s tastes like Bayou water. Do not drink tap water, order a bottle of Pano or Pelligrino. We ordered meat lovers thin crust pizza and chicken Alfredo and my wife ordered Lasagna. All ok but not exceptional. My wife says lasagna was too much red sauce and barely any meat. Mozzarella sticks were awesome. Server Jennifer was great. Overall, ok but not coming back. Thanks for the experience. Why they serve horrible water is confusing; especially if they admit they know.

We came today for a late Saturday lunch. There were only two servers in the back, service was snail pace slow We waited over 20 minutes to place our order. I do not recommend the tap water. It is just awful. I ended up asking for San Pellegrino. The garlic knots are absolutely phenomenal! We ordered the chicken Alfredo, a meat lovers pizza, and the lasagna. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks. The lasagna was not my favorite. Way too much marinara sauce which just makes the dish bitter. The quality of the mozzarella cheese is not the best and I can taste it having made lasagna for over 30 years myself. Overall an average meal. We came all the way from Waxahachie so we will most likely not be back.

This place was absolutely devine! Such a vibe! The food and wine was absolutely delicious. Shout out to Viktoria she was so incredible and was the cherry on top to our date night and the gentleman who took our picture for us. We will definitely be coming back here !!! This place is truly a hidden gem!!! They are pricey but not expensive but so worth it all. They have an appetizer that s not on the menu I called Shrimp Oreganata it s a MUST TRY!!!! Our visit was to celebrate my retirement. We were delayed in our arrival, so didn t arrive at Saviano s until 9:00 pm on a Thursday night. The hospitality shown us by the staff and especially our waitress, Viktoria, was absolutely amazing. The food was excellent, as always, but the service was especially top notch. As we expressed our concern that we would not have time to order, eat, and enjoy the meal before closing time, Viktoria encouraged us to not worry about it, to enjoy our meal and commemorate the occasion. She assured us that we need not rush and could have all the time we needed. Also, her knowledge of the menu was noteworthy and she made timely and excellent suggestions. She was warm and engaging and truly made us feel welcome

Pretty bad experience overall. We arrived around 5:55 and the bartender refused to honor the happy hour wine prices. We ordered a 10 inch margherita pizza for an appetizer and got a pepperoni pizza. That was strike 2. My wife ordered lasagna and I ordered the special which was shrimp and scallops in pommodoro sauce with linguini. Her lasagna was so salty that she couldnt eat half of it and my seafood pasta wasnt good. The scallops were tiny and super fishy... just not good and the shrimp could have been good but they were hugely overcooked and hard to even chew. This may have been a bad day but nothing was good at all. The server was kind and attentive and apologetic which I appreciated.

I had dinner at Savianos restaurant last night, and it was yet another fantastic experience! The food, as usual, was absolutely delicious I especially loved the Cajun pasta, which had the perfect blend of flavors. The garlic knot bread they serve with the meal is incredible; it s one of my favorite parts of dining there. What really made the evening special was our waitress, Stevie. She was amazing attentive, funny, and truly caring. She made sure we had everything we needed and brought a lot of positive energy to our table. It s rare to find such great service combined with excellent food. Highly recommend dining here!

The dining experience here was absolutely incredible. My party walks in to live piano music and the most friendly waitress, Stevie. She gets the table all of our drinks and can tell at a look that I wanted an old fashioned. The best smoked old fashioned I ve ever had. The food was then served and I could have not asked for a better chicken piccata. All together, between the atmosphere, Stevie s light hearted humor and service, and the quality of the food, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. Vegetarian options: Basically any dish can be made vegetarian. The eggplant parmesan, though I didn t order it myself, looked incredible. Parking: Main parking and then partial gravel parking beside the building.

This is my first time to eat at Savoanos Kitchen at the suggestion of a good friend, Rabi. The atmosphere was wonderful to include a talented piano player. The food is beyond scrumptious with generous portions- we brought our leftovers home. Our server was Kamilah- she was very personable and friendly making the entire experience 100% satisfying. Its been one month since I tried this place for the first time. I think about my dish daily, I was so sad I forgot my. leftovers, a painful weekly thought. My pasta dish was the penne alla vodka. I love me some penne alla vodka and I have had many variations, good and bad and this was one of the best. The sauce was amazing. I was weary about the ground beef but it was SO good. My husband got the chicken piccata and he cleared that plate cleaned, it was a huge serving. Our friend got the linguini with clam sauce and the calms were very good, she cleared every bit of her plate as well. They have a good wine selection, their cannoli was also great, which most places do not do well. If it was not an hour away for me I would visit often.

Hostess wasnt friendly we asked table for 4 she gave us table for 3 with missing chair. Our server was great but a bit overwhelmed. One of my sisters dinner came out wrong we dont eat pork but came out with pork the people that run out food shouldve pay attention. Last night was my first time ever to eat at this restaurant. And I must say, for all the rave made by people, it was a total, complete disappointment. The food we ordered was basic Italian. Chicken parmesan and lasagna. The lasagna was nothing more than pasta lasagna noodles on the bottom of the dish with a reduced meat sauce on top. Not EVEN layered like lasagna should be. The the chicken parmesan was so smothered in sauce that it was soggy by the time I received it. Unacceptable in my book. DONT SIT IN THE BACK ROOM. THE AIR CON BLOWS FROM EVERY DIRECTION. ITS SO COLD. Cut too many corners. In particular, what s going on with the chicken? It s obvious they cook their chicken breasts beforehand and re-warm them at dinner. The texture of the chicken gives it away. We had two different chicken dishes. Both of us thought the chicken tasted and looked pre-cooked. When chicken is warmed and cooled and warmed like that it gets super dense and suddenly the breasts cut very cleanly. Check your chicken when you go next time. They re cut in perfect slices because they re cut while they re cold. We had Madison as a server. She was impeccable. Tssted to me like The food was cooked with no salt. Some people probably appreciate that. It s not for me. I had to ask for salt and pepper. The salt was completely sticky, revolting really, and nothing came out when you shook it, i also had to take the lids off for the Parmesan cheese dispenser to get any, It was not a good quality, fresh, hand grated cheese, needless to say. What a dinner! I was meeting with a friend I hadnt seen in months so we decided to try something new. We had the best time. Our wait was short for a Friday night and they were busy. Our waiter, Mitchell, was attentive and on point. I ordered the shrimp scampi as an appetizer and the chicken picatta as the main dish. Both were great and I cant forget the garlic knots. They were tasty! Definitely put this restaurant on your list to visit. Dietary restrictions: If you require something specific, they will accommodate. Food was great treatment not so great we ve been going to Saviano s for about 5 years now. We hadn t gone in a year so we decided to go back and instantly remembered why we stopped going My husband and I decided to gon on a date night to Saviano s. When we first sat down we were excited to sit at a booth in the back because we had sat in the back before on one of our first dates It was a nice moment of us reminiscing on when we first became a couple about 5 years ago.After us sitting there for a few minutes we were asked to move due to the area being reserved ok no problem. When we moved a group came in and they were sat at the table in front of us. We heard them say I wonder if they will let us move to the booth(same one we just came from). And they were allowed that s when it hit me the reason we stopped coming this was not the first time we ve been treated different than others at this establishment. When I come with my friends it s always a pleasant experience but when I come with my African American husband we are treated differently I don t get it. He is nice, he is a great tipper( better then me ) I just don t get it I was hoping the last experience was a one person thing but going back and getting treated this way has completely turned me off to ever go there.

I dropped in for a quick, latelunch on the way to picking someone up from the airport. I ordered the half Caesar salad and side of meatballs, and Wow! The salad was super fresh, delicious and had lots of fresh Parmesan shavings. The meatballs were flavorful, tender, and topped with a scoop of ricotta. I wish I lived closer because this would be in my regular rotation.

Heyyy Native New Yorker here... :) I have only had their garlic knots and pizza pie and I can say hands down it is soooo good. And I have tried many places in the DFW area and was pleasently surprised. I know good pizza when I taste one. The garlic knots were also so good. The to go service workers are the most pleasant people since being here in Texas for about 6 years, better than Chic-fi-La (sorry, not sorry) I cant wait til I have a nice sit down dinner with my family and I.

Come here for lunch with work, never had an issue. Decided to bring my wife for dinner on a Friday night, expected wait time was 20-30 minutes. We dressed up a bit thinking this was the expectation, to my surprise there were customers in swim suits and flip flops. People were really packed in the dinning room, they are defiantly not practicing safe distance spacing. We were sat a small 2 top that was literally on top of other tables around it. It was very uncomfortable and loud. There was some confusion with our servers and we waited over 15 minutes to get drinks which ran dry quickly with very slow return. Salads came out before the garlic knots and drinks ran dry again. I double ordered drinks to no avail. Our server seemed way too occupied with others to help us. The food is great and my wife really enjoyed her lemon salmon pasta dish but the service was/is just horrible and will not come for dinner again.

Popped into this restaurant on a Saturday night. There was plenty of parking and no wait. Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. We were seated right away. Lauren was our server, and she was very nice and personable. Bread knots - hot fresh and big flavor Calamari - fried and served hot. Flavor was just ok. Special - tortellini w/shrimp, brocoli: This was a very generous portion. The flavor was a tad bit bland. Lobster Ravioli - substitute the red sauce for alfredo. My daughter loved it. Cozy with low lighting and lots of dark wood, the way an Italian restaurant should be, as far as Im concerned. Beautiful bar area. Savianos is a place youll remember. The garlic knots are a little slice of heaven. The toasted ravioli appetizer was the perfect cheesy / crispy combo. All three of us enjoyed our entrees, only one of which we had seen on any menu before. The Wicky Chicken Riggies is out of this world; one of the most flavorful sauces Ive ever had with a delightful spiciness. To top it off, out server Jennifer was charming, friendly and attentive. There are good Italian restaurants much closer to us but well definitely make the drive back to Savianos. Highly recommended!

Okay lets say up front, at first glance this place can be hard to notice and kind of sketchy looking. My bf n I were debating on finding somewhere else to eat at first glance but I proceeded to give the place a chance. We walked in and were in awe of how beautiful the place was. The food was great n our server was so informative on the drinks and even discounted the pizza since we only ate 2 pieces of it, and took the rest to go!

I live in north plano and drive out to ft worth for work. Going to Savianos is, to me, the only reason to ever go to tarrant county. The menu is always fresh. New specials all the time to keep things interesting. Like, Id recommend something but Ive never been disappointed. I mean even the generic lasagna has been elevated. The flavors... just... are more fresh. Pleasing. Sure, go to olive garden where they treat you like family, but the only reason they treat you like family there is the food sucks... they have zero else to offer. Trust me. This isnt a paid advertisement. Im not getting any kind of discount. Im just wanting Savianos to continue to succeed.

I was in town for a two day meeting and our leader took us here for dinner, as he used to live in the area and Savianos was a favorite from him. It reminded me of old school Italian with a nice menu of traditional favorite, a dim lighting situation, Rat Pack music playing in the background and cloth napkins. It was not too busy when we came on a Monday night and our server was attentive. We ordered a few appetizers to share and dinner, I had the Capellini Capri which was robust in flavor. I will tell you that the garlic knots they give you which are complimentary are addictive! Super yum, I think I had four or five of them, and forced myself to stop eating them. They apparently make the Cannoli in house, so save room as it is delicious BUT not as delicious as the Chocolate Cake which was scrumptious!

We visited on a weeknight. My husband called in advance and was told they don t do reservations and not to worry it would not be busy. Much to our disappointment it was packed and extremely loud. We asked to switch to the front seating where the musician was playing piano. At first it seemed like a better choice, but we soon regretted it. Appetizers and food came out quickly. Our server was very attentive until we received our food. We waited 30 minutes for drink refills. I couldn t even eat my food because I had nothing to drink. It was pretty obvious we were just sitting there. It took another 30 minutes and asking multiple times to get to go boxes and our bill. We could see 6-8 servers walking around, but no one seemed to care. Not sure why the bartender is also waiting on tables, not a good set up. Tried to explain our experience as we were leaving, but the hostess just said ok and didn t seem to care at all. We used to come here for special occasions, but this will be the last one.

Placed a to go order and female was pushy and messed up the order. Asked for chicken piccata, mozzarella sticks and cheese ravioli. Got meat ravioli which tasted like taco meat and was burned at the bottom. Mozzarella sticks were great with the marinara but garlic knots were squished flat and drenched in oil. Chicken piccata had a bone inside (currently pregnant) and was not very appetizing. Disappointed with the fact that this was our first time and had great reviews.

I have been a long time customer at Saviano s. Everything there is delicious. The staff is wonderful and I remember when it was in its original location before they moved across the street. My mom and I used to know the owner and he would tell us cool stories about how John Travolta and Harrison Ford would fly their private planes and just to eat there. Sadly, never ran into either of them, but that would ve been cool.

Once a favorite restaurant. The atmosphere was quiet and a perfect place for a romantic dinner. Now the atmosphere has gone. Its more like a cafateria than any relaxing quiet romantic restaurant. Service was poor. We got our meal before before our salads arrived. We were told that they forgot and were very busy. True, they were very busy and half the time the lady delivering the food didnt know to which table. Parking: Limited parking in front and side of building. More parking in empty lot on side of building but nothing lined.
